L'open space e il grande balcone possono facilmente ospitare abbastanza spazio per un grande gruppo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e tutto il necessario per i cuochi casalinghi. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size, mentre la seconda camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno principale ha ripiani in granito e una grande vasca idromassaggio / doccia combinazione. Il bagno principale ha ripiani in granito che corrispondono al maestro e una grande doccia walk-in. Includiamo tutte le forniture di pulizia necessarie; così come le forniture di bucato per la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice situate all'interno dell'unità. TV via cavo premium e servizio internet sono forniti, ma si prega di portare con sé il vostro laptop. Includiamo un armadio pieno di cose divertenti da spiaggia: sedie, asciugamani, ombrellone, refrigeratore, canne da pesca, giocattoli. C'è una grande piscina e jacuzzi con vista sulla baia, e anche un molo per la pesca; e una hall di 24 ore con servizi igienici. Camminare fino al grande supermercato publix richiede meno di un minuto, con decine di ristoranti, pub e negozi sono a 15 minuti a piedi. A causa della posizione privilegiata si può ottenere senza un'automobile, ma il parcheggio coperto gratuito è incluso nel garage di primo livello. Le tariffe settimanali pubblicate sono (sat thru sat) per gruppi fino a 4. This condo is perfect. The owners were so nice and helpful. Anything you could possibly need was in the condo for us. Perfect location to grocery store and several restaurants. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Awesome Condo & Great Hosts!!

This condo checked all the boxes and then some! Amazing views, great location, spotless and had everything we needed. Also the hosts, Rick and Karin are lovely and very accommodating. They drove us to the airport to pick up our rental so we didn’t have to pay for an Uber. Really can’t say enough great things about this place and the hosts. We are already planning our next stay.

Wonderful Stay

The views and beach were amazing! There was a Publix conveniently located right next door. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The owners made sure to reach out prior to our arrival to give us some tips and address any questions we had. We also got to meet them during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Stay

The owners made contact prior to our arrival, also met us at the location. Showed us around, and made sure we knew we were able to reach out with any questions or concerns. The place was just like the pictures provided, this place had everything you could possibly need to stay comfortably. The pool and hot tub were perfect, and warm. Beautiful stay.

Great stay

This condo has it all! My son enjoyed fishing on the bay and we loved the close proximity to the beach. The balcony is perfect for watching the sun set at night. Rick was very helpful with suggestions on dining in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice!

This condo has everything you need. Really! The place was very clean. Plenty of room for 2 teens, mom & dad. Owner was excellent. We spent time at the pool & beach. The room and views are even better in person. We had a great time.

Traumhafte Wohnung in bester Lage

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir durch Karin und Rick herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage mit Blick von der Terrasse auf den Strand und das Meer, aber auch vom Balkon auf den dahinter liegenden intercoastal waterway. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden und sie ist top ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich lädt mit dem Pool mit Ausblick und einem Grill zum entspannen ein. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Restaurants und Kneipen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und der Sonnenuntergang von der großen Terrasse ist traumhaft. Vielen dank

Great Vacation!

The check-in process was easy, Rick & Karin the perfect hosts. The condo was clean, spacious & the beds were super comfy. They even provided water & soda in the fridge on our arrival. The view of the gulf & beach from the top floor was amazing! However, the patio faces a busy street. I would have preferred it to be somewhat quieter. That said, I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great location and great hosts

Across the street from the beach and next door to a Publix supermarket...you can literally vacation in a one square block area if you choose. We where there during a period of outdoor construction that Rick warned us about beforehand. It was noisy and dusty on the patio at times, but we adjusted to it OK. We had some flight SNAFUs and delays on our arrival day that messed up our logistics, but Rick went so far as to pick up my girlfriend at the airport after both our flights from different origins were delayed...she arrived after midnight, and I didn't arrive until the following morning, so we are very appreciative. The unit is clean and tidy with a great layout and any kitchen accessories you may need to prepare meals there.

Perfect Treasure Island Condo

Rick and Karin are the best hosts! Very kind and helpful!!! Their 4th floor condo is amazing! Very clean, great views, well- stocked! Especially appreciated the beach cart, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler for the beach! They have truly thought of everything!!! Other people have mentioned the comfortable beds- and they aren’t just saying that!!!! The views from the condo are beautiful and location to everything is right there!!!! Also , felt very safe with keys and codes to the place!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was in a great location with views of both the beautiful beach as well as the canal out back. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable. The owners were incredible. I highly recommend this place. You will NOT be sorry

Fantastic vacation

If we could rate this property any higher than 5 stars we would! Amazing condo with everything you need to make a memorable vacation. The condo owners are true gems and couldn’t be anymore accommodating and welcoming. First off, the beds were so comfortable that I actually slept better than at home! This condo was superbly clean and stocked with too many amenities to list that are not often included. The beach closet had chairs, a wagon, a cooler, tackle box and fishing poles. It also has an abundance of pool towels and toys. The beach view was breathtaking. The pool was heated during our stay and the dock was a huge hit for all of us. Honestly we could not have been any happier with our choice. The location is walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. There is a trolley pickup as well. Rick and Karin are amazing hosts and you will not be disappointed!

Paradise in Tampa

Not enough room here for all my positive comments. The place was immaculately clean and had just about everything you need and then a whole lot of “and then some”. I tried to find something that could be missing and all I found was more stuff. The view of the beach was relaxing and incredible! There is a classy supermarket with adjoining liquor store about 100 feet from the property for all those last minute items you want to eat or drink. Plenty of room inside the condo and the fridge had some goodies to welcome you. Rick & Karen are exceptional hosts and Rick gave us one helluva orientation and a lot of great recommendations on what to do and where to go. Thank you Rick & Karen for providing us with such a pleasant & relaxing place to stay and making our stay a memorable one, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful views and great location.

The property was very clean and homey. It is a great place for relaxing or hanging with Friends. Everything was there that you needed no matter what you were doing; going to the beach, sitting by the pool, relaxing in the Jacuzzi, grilling or fishing off the dock. The grocery store is right next door bars and restaurants within walking distance. The view was amazing! An amazing place!

It's all in the name!

Treasure Island truly was a treasure! Very relaxing, beautiful water, beautiful sand and the condo was a treasure itself! Rick and Karin were very welcoming and let us know that it was "our home" for the week! The condo had a beautiful view! Restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance. Parking was pleasant as well! I truly have nothing negative to say!

You can’t beat this place!

This beautifully remodeled condo certainly did not disappoint! The views right from your balcony is just gorgeous and then walk out back or sit on the master bedroom balcony for an entirely different beautiful view! We were so very happy with our stay from the comfortable beds to the personal attention we received from our host! Thank you for a wonderful visit, we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Love Treasure Island!

E have been visiting treasure island for years. It’s our favorite beach. Rick was very accommodating and available if needed. Nice greeting upon arrival and he was able to accommodate an early arrival. Home was clean and well stocked. Plenty of beach towels and beach accessories so no need to bring your own which is nice. A few adult drinks was a nice touch. Wish the television in the living room was a smart tv so we could have set up our Netflix and Hulu to chill in the evenings. Also wish there was a lock on the master bedroom. But those are minor things. Overall a very enjoyable stay. View was amazing. Salt water pool on bay was nice. Spent a few early mornings on the dock watching the sunrise. Very peaceful!
