Wonderful Normandy vacation!!

Charming Normandy region home in the countryside was a welcome location for our family! We were close to the historical areas and beaches of Normandy as well as only a short drive to the lovely medieval village of Bayeux. Our host Corinne was so sweet and gifted us with delicious apple cider and homemade jam, and provided local event information. Thank you for being a wonderful hostess, Corinne!!

Quiet getaway near Omaha Beach

Clean, new, spacious house with garden and patio. Ideal base for a family stay in Normandy. We loved our 4 nights of peace and quiet after a hectic week in Paris and Lyon. Highly recommended!

Holiday time

Excellent property, the house has everything required for a comfortable holiday. Host very friendly and helpful. Nice little village location, not far from great beaches and with a kids playground a few minutes walk away.

Comfortable home for family trip

Large comfortable, clean home with 2.5 baths was great for four generations traveling together. We were close to everything we wanted to see, which was wonderful, and had enough room for everyone while we were at the house. The grandchildren enjoyed the toys and play area, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks Corinne!

A Normandy Gem

A really lovely property with all amenities accurately described. Very efficient and friendly communication with host Corinne who lives next door. Superbly situated for exploring the area, especially all D Day beaches. Our second visit to this peaceful , well equiped holiday property.

Family holiday.

Greeted by property owner. Very friendly but limited in English language. Very tidy property in a quiet location. Car essential. No local facilities but only a five minute drive into Port de Bessin. Excellent insight into rural French life.

On the last night the owner requested $30.00 for Linen and insisted we pass a vacuum cleaner. We were there for one night.

Great location, 2 miles from Omaha beach

Plenty of room for 6 people - 2 couples and 2 singles. 2 downstairs bedrooms with queen/king beds, a large full bathroom with loo and shower plus another half bath on the ground level. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with singles and a full bathroom. Great location for touring the invasion beaches. You can actually see the channel from the second floor. Bayeux only 30 minutes south. Rustic setting with views of farmland, plus there were 5 or 6 chickens wandering about.

A little Bit of Heaven

Outstanding relaxation spot! We were seeking a quiet locale to use as home base for our week long ‘Honor DDAY Vacation’ and Entre Terre and Mer was perfect. All the conveniences of home - good kitchen, plenty of baths, good beds, laundry room, beach equipment, BBQ, and lovely patio! Hostess, Corinne, was delightful, charming and very informed on activities to enjoy. The setting is idyllic, flowers are everywhere and peace reigns. Easy walking to the beach, conveniently near Port Bessein and Bayeux, and day trips to Mount Ste Michelle, St Mere Eglise, and all the Normandie sites. We hope to return again and stay longer! Heerlijk verblijf

Een ruim huis met veel privacy. De materialen in en om huis waren schoon, compleet en goed onderhouden. De verhuurster was vriendelijk en goed te bereiken via de app van Vrbo.We hebben een prachtige week gehad!

Parfait pour des vacances en Normandie

Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants dont un bébé. Le logement est très fonctionnel. Bien situé pour visiter les côtes normandes et les lieux d'Histoire. La propriétaire est fort sympathique est très arrangeante. Nous recommandons!
