Spring Break 2025

This was by far our best cabin to rent! Plenty of room! Plenty to cook with. Decor was beautiful! We had one minor problem with garbage in kitchen not being emptied. Anytime I texted a response immediately. Our grandsons said , very best cabin ever! We want to stay in this one next year! Highly recommend!! 10/10 for us!!

Cozy home away from home.

It was a great experience, from start to finish! We got a text the day we traveled in telling us the cabin was available for an early check in, which was nice! When we got there, the temperature of the cabin was preset and very comfortable and our initial impression was the property is stunning. The cabin was very large and easily accommodate our 7 occupants and an infant. The cabin was well decorated, well stocked and just felt like home. You can book this cabin with confidence to ensure a fantastic stay during your vacation.

Smoky Mtn Getaway

Timberstone provided the perfect space for our vacation! We had two families sharing the rental. The common areas were spacious enough to be able to cook and eat together. The game room was spacious and had lots to do. The outdoor sitting areas were relaxing and inviting. Beds were comfortable, too. The rental is secluded enough for privacy, yet it is close enough to town (less than 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge’s parkway) to be able to get out and explore. I would definitely consider booking Timberstone again!

Amazing family vacation

We loved the layout of the cabin. Plenty of seating for all. The kids loved the hot tub and large decks to enjoy outside. We loved the layout. Once the kids were in bed the adults could gather upstairs without being concerned about waking others up. We loved the community pool and hiking trail.

Family week

Timberstone is massive and beautiful! Spent a week with our daughters and grands. The kitchen had every utensil and cookware needed and dishsoaps and several paper towels. Stacked W/D a must w children and some detergent pods provided. The screened porch was a good corral for the kids to play in and still be seen by parents. The amazing decks on multilevels had wonderful commercial grade railing that enclosed the area on each end and added safety. The master bedroom suites up and down had beautiful soft beds with nice linens. Just needed some curtains for privacy and sun filter. The two other bedrooms had large solid wood furniture and good queen mattresses. We were surprised by the generous number of towels/cloths. And even hand towels and bath mats. And many rolls of toilet paper in every bathroom. We enjoyed the hottub everyday and it kept a sustained therapeutic temp. The weather cooperated and we went to the pool several times. The energetic young adults walked and pulled the kids in their wagon up and down the significantly steep driveway. The elders drove to pool/ playground parking lot. Appreciated the small restroom and covered picnic tables also there. We saw many big fish and tadpoles in the pond. And the grands explored the short nature trail and played in the creek. No bears. But a bobcat passed through quickly one night! A quiet and restful retreat. But still w/in a few minutes of Pigeon Forge. Thankyou for sharing your special home with my family.

Great home but don't expect local recs from the management company!

The home was stunning, very clean and great space to hang out with everyone! All of our party had their own space and bathroom as well, which is always a plus. The only downside was the allegedly "local" team of managers told me to google it when I asked them for a good pizza or takeout place in the area because "they didn't have that information in their system." Their "local" office is in the strip mall where we ended up getting pizza, so they clearly are not local.

Family Christmas

Timberstone is a beautiful, spacious cabin. There were ten of us ,and we had an abundant of space. The kitchen was very well equipped with all we needed for cooking. The Christmas decorations were absolutely gorgeous! The cleanliness of the cabin was impressive. We have been taking this trip for many years , and have stayed in this same resort but Timberstone is definitely the best ever.

Awsome Family Vacation Home

This was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean, fully stocked kitchen. The dinning room table accommodated all of us for dinner. So much outdoor space. Got to see some bears. I will definitely be back.

Beauty but short on supplies

The home and location was beautiful for our stay in the Pigeon Forge area. However, the one pillow case provided per queen bed in one room, and the extremely limited supply of soap and kitchen trash bags required a shopping trip both years we stayed in this home. Perhaps it should be mentioned in the listing to be prepared to bring additional supplies.

Beautiful but broken…

This house is VERY beautiful (and the neighborhood is gorgeous!) but honestly, this home majorly needs some TLC! The kitchen is not very well stocked and lots of dishes and the island were so DIRTY upon arrival… and the oven needs to be thrown away! It “growled” so loudly (even an hour after we shut it off!) so much that we could hardly talk over dinner. Some of the lights were burned out, and our ceiling fan was not working in our room, which would’ve been great to have! The trash bags they provided broke on us. The front doorknob was broken which “locked us out” for over an hour upon arrival, until a maintenance guy showed up and showed us how to maneuver the door knob in order to get in. That should have at least been included in our instructions for arrival because i had to go to the bathroom SO bad! We asked the management company for a two hour extension on our checkout (which was 10am!) and they denied us. Makes me sad, this house could really be something special and worth returning to but we felt that we didn’t exchange in good business with this transaction.

Beautiful, great location!

Series of events

Timberstone was a beautiful home but the events that lead up to us being there were traumatic. We originally were booked into a 3 bedroom condo at River Crossing. Despite a text that the condo was ready at 4 pm it was far from that. We walked in with all our luggage and into a mess. Two bedrooms were not cleaned and the two bathtubs were filled with dirty towels and hair. The toilets were dirty as were the sinks in both bathrooms. I immediately reported this to Vacasa and was assured that there was a priority placed on the complaint and would be cleaned shortly. This was at 5 pm, At 8:30 pm we were informed that there was no one to clean and we would be sent a list of available comps. At 10 pm I was speaking with a representative that was in California. We finally got to Timberstone at 11 pm. We had not had dinner and no groceries because we had been waiting on them to keep their promises of getting things taken care of. We were exhausted and our 5 year old grandson needed to be in bed hours before this. The next morning we discovered that neither of the electrical outlets worked on either side of the sink in the master bedroom. The icemaker did not work, the toilet downstairs was leaking (it had already been reported by the previous renters), the cold water faucet in the master bedroom would not cut off. We finally after much work got it to turn off. We didnt let all this deter us from have a wonderful trip. I would not recommend Vacasa and will not use them again.
