About this property

🏖️ Reservations for Spring and Summer 2026 are now open!

Our home is just minutes away from Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk. Restaurants, retail outlets, stores & boutiques are some of the attractions located close by. *Lewes Park and Ride is a quick walk or drive away.
The first floor has two separate living/dining areas and a large master bedroom with a full bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The second floor has a large loft area perfect for watching a movie, playing games and as well as playing foosball. A full size sofa bed and daybed with a trundle are also in the loft area. The two remaining bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and another with two bunk beds.
The back deck is perfect for spending your mornings in the sun and evenings in the shade. Our community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests are responsible for washing dishes and towels before checking out. Starting the wash cycle before leaving is perfectly ok. A limited supply of laundry detergent is available for use.
Used Bed Linens/ blankets may be placed on the floor in the corresponding bedrooms.

Absolutely no loud parties- this is a family community and breaking this rule may result in immediate eviction and fines.
