We spent one week in Nice and stayed in this lovely apartment which was a perfect fit for the needs of my family (we were three persons). Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, excellent location in terms of bus connections and a walking distance from the old city and Promenade des Anglais. The host family who lives nextdoor, was very nice and helpful. Air conditioner during summer months is a big relief, even though we were lucky enough to avoid the worst heat wave. You can rent a car or a scooter from a gas station that is just around the corner. We rented Vespa scooters, it was a lovely way to go a bit further and explore the nearby beautiful villages. The apartment has a small sheltered balcony with a view to a small garden with colorful flowers where we enjoyed our breakfast eating bread fresh out of oven from a nearby boulangerie. We had also the luxury of tasting tomatoes and cucumber freshly picked from the garden, kindly served by the host family. On our last night, we went to a nearby restaurant Neuf Cinquante 950 recommended by Madame Bacelos where they serve home made artisan pasta - and it was the best pasta I have ever tasted.
