Francois and his wife responded to our communications and addressed our questions quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed the location of the apartment - easy walking to the grocery store and to restaurants in Port Lympia, close to the tram and buses, and also to e-bike rentals. Great little apartment, well equipped, and we definitely appreciated the air con! We would stay here again if we're in the area.

We had read all the wonderful reviews on this property and its hosts ( Conception & Francios) and now we know why they were all so good.If we had a ten star option it would get a max 10.This Apartment offers all you could wish for it really is a home from Home. It is so well equipped in both utensils, and accessories as well as air con and Laundry equipment and even Barbecue on the Balcony.The location is good in a quiet area and easy walking to the port area close to tram and bus connections. The Hosts make you very welcome and are always on hand if needed . We would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful apartment its location, cleanliness, comfort and its Hosts.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and shared lots of information with us regarding the area and things to do. Communication with Concep and Francois was excellent. The apartment has a separate bedroom and the living room has a sofa bed. There is a lovely balcony the length of the apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent. The location of the apartment is 5-10min from Port Lympia where you can catch the tram to the city centre and airport or take the bus 5min the other way to Villefranche-sur-Mer. Overall wonderful and would not hesitate to recommend. Would stay again!

Excellent apartment close to everything. Cafe’s, bars, restaurants,public transport.Host is very friendly and you’ll feel very welcome.On arrival we had waiting for us beautiful wine, orange juice, milk and everything to get you started.We were so,so grateful.Balcony is large and we enjoyed evenings with glass of wine. If ever in Nice, we will be sure to book this again.

Perfect location, perfect stay, perfect hosts

Very central district near the port. Walkable to tram, train and local beach. Also very pleasant coastal walk to Massena square. Accommodation perfect for us 2 friends equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing

This property was wonderful. Spent a week here in September. The location was perfect an easy 10 to 15 minute walk from old town and close to Neighborhood shops and restaurants. Very easy to get to from the airport 10 minute walk from the tram. And the hosts are wonderful. :) we would absolutely stay here again.

My holiday

Highly recommend this apartment . Great location for coco beach where we swam every morning around Cap de Nice . Very quiet residential area which was safe friendly and convenient to Port and all other locations were within easy walking distance.

Beautiful spot to enjoy Nice

This was a perfect spot for my husband, daughter and I to enjoy Nice. It's a convenient 20 minute walk to Old Nice and very close to the Monte Carlo bus. It has nice patisserie and boulangeries snd shops close by as well. The apartment is well appointed and lovely. We enjoyed several meals out on the terrace. Communications were smooth and easy and the Barcelos family were excellent hosts. Definately a gem in Nice!

A Fabulous Treasure in Nice

I cannot say enough about this wonderful place which truly felt like home to me. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals and a lovely terrace to sit out on and relax, listening to the birds. While Nice itself can get busy, the apartment was tranquil and relaxing. The landlords were fabulous and responded to questions right away. When I arrived I was given a detailed explanation of everything I needed to know plus the lovely extra touches of treats in the fridge (WINE, coffee and milk). When I was out walking one evening, I ran into the landlady (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) and went over to chat for a few minutes. Things like that make me feel connected when I travel. The location of this apartment couldn't be any better! Close to the port, Old Town, bus stops and bakeries, you can get to anywhere you need to. The bus stop to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Villefrache (#15) are just down the road, the #82 to Eze is 10 minutes away and trams/buses at the Port will take you almost anywhere you want to go. Old Town Nice is a 15 minute walk away and the Coastal Path is so close I took daily morning walks there. Everything was so close and it was so quiet. The shower had great water pressure and a rain shower head. The washing machine and drying rack were perfect. AC was available but I never needed it with the patio door open while I was home. The apartment had everything I needed. When I come back to Nice, I will stay longer and definitely plan to stay here!!

Bel appartement proche port et vieille ville

ErforderlichNous avons passés une semaine très agréable dans cet appartement pratique, de confort et proche Port, Colline du Château et Vieille ville de Nice. Boulangerie et supermarché à proximité, bus à Monaco aussi. Le tram du port nous permis de rentrer après avoir fait le shopping sur le Bvd. Jean Médecin. Laissez les lumières éteints le soir et les moustiques ne rentrent pas. Les propriétaires sont très sympas, informatifs, et corrects.

Appartement au calme très bien situé

Appartement spacieux, très fonctionnel et joliment décoré. Balcon sans vis à vis dans les fleurs et la verdure, juste le chant des oiseaux. Très bon accueil. Nous avons été très contents de ce séjour.

Havre de paix entre mer et montagne

Nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil attentionné de la part des propriétaires. Le logement, conforme au descriptif, est idéalement situé. Nos hôtes avaient rempli les placards et le réfrigérateur des produits de première nécessité : café, jus d’oranges, confiture et même une bouteille de rosé… Ils ont été disponibles pour nous guider voire même nous accompagner vers les commerces du quartier. Nous recommandons vivement cette location .

Sehr angenehm. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt. Man kann ohne Probleme das Auto stehen lassen. Die Garage gibt einen großen Pluspunkt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
