Discover Los Angeles in this Sky Villa with private indoor/ outdoor swimming pool located above Sunset Strip among Hollywood Stars, 5 minutes away from prestigious hotels, restaurants and hot spots. This one story 1500 square feet (140 square meters) villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, with extra large living room, open kitchen and dinning room, with huge sliding doors opening to the pool, sun deck and the best view of Los Angeles all the way to the ocean.

Photos cannot even capture the breathtaking view!

Enjoy drinks while relaxing on sun deck and watch the most amazing sunsets and sunrises. House is in nature with deers, coyotes, birds, raccoons, squirrels and geckos.

Please turn OFF the heater/ A/C

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Maximum day time guests limited to 10, including renters! Noice ordinance 10 pm till 8am strictly enforced!

If you want the swimming pool heated, it's minimum extra $500 and please let me know in advance, as it takes 2 days to heat it!

Please turn the lights, A/C or heater off when you leave the house. It takes only 3-5 minutes to cool/ heat when you come back.
