Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club #114 -Pet Friendly

This homey 2 bedroom 2 bath family condo is also pet friendly. This condo has great views of the Mammoth Crest. New flooring and couches as of 2024. This condo is convenient to the ski back trail in the winter and the uptown/downtown trails for mountain biking in the summer and fall. It is also close to the pool and spa.
Bed Arrangement: With two large bedrooms downstairs, the master features a queen bed and it's own tv The second bedroom features a queen bed with a set of twin bunk beds and its own tv this condo is comfortable enough for 6 people. Upstairs, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities and the living room has a sofa sleeper and TV. Upstairs also has a bathroom. The unit is conveniently located five stairs from the garage so packing in and out is not a chore. This is a relaxed Mammoth adventure place your family, friends and pet will come back to over and over again.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps 6 comfortably | | Complex Amenities: This condo is close to the pool, two spas, saunas, recreation room, and community barbecues. Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located on the premises.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.
Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

We liked the floors and comfortable sofa area. We found the bedrooms and kitchen equipment a bit dated, but otherwise we had a comfortable stay.

Pretty good place to stay

The complex is tricky to get in and out of if the roads are icy. Garage is kinda short so you may be searching for limited outside spots. Hot tub was great. This unit was nice, though kitchen could have used a few more pots, pans and accessories. Thanks! formhav

Christmas Vacation

Overall, a good experience, 4 stars. Hot water issues and the condo is outdated, understandable with a pet friendly rating. The community grill doesn’t work. My husband attempted to grill and it was a total fail. First timers to mammoth and the location was within driving distance to main ski areas and attractions. Overall our children enjoyed the stay.

Condo is falling apart and gross!

The Kitchen and Bathrooms are in total disrepair. The bathrooms are terrible. Shower doors do not work nor do they have handles. The TV's in the condo don't work and the WIFI is terrible. The TV's in the bedrooms are from the 1980's. The Livingroom couch is old, dirty and should be replaced. Bedding was smelly and disgusting. This condo is totally over priced given its shabby condition. I don't recommend this condo to any family! This might be the perfect place for Frat Boys and Young men who need a place to thrash on... not a good family Condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were beds there were working toilets and the condo stayed warm. There were no additional perks. The bedding was the necessities only the bathroom shower hot water stayed for just a few moments the pocket door to the master didn’t work at all including not closing all the way. The kitchen wall small had two microwaves because the one in the wall does not work. The mugs were chipped and cracked with our morning coffee the sofa has a rip and neither television worked past the channel powered onto. Fortunately for us, we were truly there to ski and our friends had a lovely condo where we spent our evenings. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived although I can accept that as a maintenance overlook.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was sufficient to use as a base for our fishing trip. It's proximity to Canyon Lodge made for a short shuttle to the Lodge for 2 of our guests who enjoyed spring snowboarding. The overall cleanliness was fine. A few of the plates had dried food residue. The kitchen is minimally stocked;so you might need to bring extra items (Aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc.) if you are planning to cook. A nice bonus was the cast iron skillet! We were disappointed when the Vertical blinds in the living area were not working; Maintenance was lacking in the bathrooms. we were disappointed to find a cracked seat in one toilet and a broken handle on the other. Also broken towel racks. both bathroom sinks drained very slowly.The owner/property manager did respond quickly to our inquiry.

Horrible. No hot water. Heaters are toxic. Old disgusting.

We are a family of 5. After a day of skiing , One person takes a shower, the other two, in the shower run out of hot water. Can you imagine? Shivering in 30 degrees weather. Call the manager, they say the water heater tank is only good for one person! Seriously? so much money a night for one person?! And did I say the toilet and showers were disgusting? The heaters do not work properly. Toxic smell comes out. All the manager says, it is an old house. Horrible horrible

Blues weekend

I took us a moment to realize that the trolley dod not come to the property. But there are free parking spots the trolly did go to pick you up and this worked out fine. Thanks for providing a great unit to stay with our family💕

Everything was clean and comfortable.I wish they had a little more detailed information on the garages as it took us a while to find our spot and didn't realize it was a manual garage (got there at midnight so didn't see anyone else operating their's). Otherwise, a really great spot at a fair price.

Awesome Location, OK cleanliness

My group of 6 stayed 3 nights for a ski vacation at Mammoth. Let me start with positives. The location was AMAZING. Short, easy walk (5-10 minutes) directly to the Canyon lifts. The unit had a nice patio that wasn't in the pictures. Each room had an adequate heater. And the property managers were responsive. Now for the negatives. The entire downstairs does have a strong odor of dog pee. It is nice that this unit allows pets but it is unfortunate that there is a lingering smell of dog urine. Overall, it was a decent place to stay if your main goal is skiing/snowboarding and you'll only be in the rooms to sleep.

Condo was not clean

The entire condo was not clean. It had a dirty feel to it and the bedrooms downstairs smelled like dog urine. There was trash behind the dressers and nightstands. The bathroom sink upstairs didn’t drain properly. Very disappointing
