Esta casa es una maravillosa mezcla de clásico y moderno. El camino sinuoso y la pasarela ajardinada preparan el escenario para unas relajantes vacaciones en la isla, incluso antes de llegar a la puerta principal.

El salón está dispuesto para maximizar la vista de la bahía de Westcott y permitir reuniones cómodas alrededor de la chimenea eléctrica. La cocina y el comedor son adyacentes, lo que hace que las comidas sean fáciles y agradables para todos. Una amplia terraza se extiende a lo largo de toda la casa y ofrece un área de comedor y sillas para relajarse y disfrutar de la vista.


Los 3 dormitorios se encuentran en el piso principal de la casa. Despierta en el dormitorio principal con cama King o el dormitorio King para invitados con vistas matinales de la bahía a través de los grandes ventanales. Las dos camas King se actualizaron recientemente (2019) a Stearns & Foster Rockwell Luxury Firm Euro Pillowtop King Mattresses. El tercer dormitorio está equipado con un colchón Queen de almohada Queen Stearns & Foster Rockwell Luxury Firm Euro y adornado con un tema náutico.

Una vez que estés listo para la aventura, ¡no busques más que el camino a Crab Shack! The Crab Shack es un área cubierta justo debajo de la casa con una gran cubierta construida con bancos, que ofrece una vista sin obstrucciones hasta la granja de mariscos de Westcott Bay, al otro lado del agua. The Crab Shack tiene equipos de deportes acuáticos a disposición de los huéspedes. (Usar equipo a su propio riesgo). ¡A la derecha de Crab Shack hay un camino que conduce a un claro con un pozo de fuego y bancos únicos para historias de fogatas y s'mores! We loved our stay here! The house was just what we needed, quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful views. It was a pleasure to be able to take leisurely walks to the resort and then return and relax by the firepit at the bottom of the property. My husband and the kids had a great time making a fire together! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel right at home. The host was quick to respond and very friendly. We left feeling refreshed. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed this beautiful property. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and eat on the gigantic deck with the view of the bay. The owners were kind to allow early entrance as it was available which we greatly appreciated. First class all the way:) We will be back!!

Great holiday week!

Location was fantastic! We walked to the sculpture garden, the distillery and Roche harbor. The bay was so quiet and a wonder place to paddle. We brought kayaks and paddle boards. Morning sunrises were gorgeous and the home was cozy and the deck was pacious

Perfect for a couples getaway!

We had a great stay at the house. Lots of time was spent out on the deck each day watching the water and wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall the space worked well for our group of 4 plus one dog. Would definitely return!

Roche Harbor Wedding

Attended a wedding at Roche Harbor. Property was conveniently located about 3/4 of a mile away. No stairs so great for our two small grandchildren.

Crab, Cribbage & Cabernet

We loved the Crab Trap on Westcott Bay! What a serene setting out on the huge deck with a beautifully updated and well-stocked home. We ate a lot of crab, played some pretty competitive cribbage games and drank a bit of Cabernet after boating each evening! It just doesn’t get any better!

The house was perfect and having 2 king size beds for the couples was absolutely perfect. The views from the 2 bedrooms and the living room were exceptional. I don't think we ever closed our blinds! We needed the staff to help with internet connection and they were incredibly prompt and helpful. We loved the gas grill and enjoyed evenings by the firepit - fortunately we were there in early April so we were able to have a fire.The house was very well stocked with supplies and it was very clean!. We would highly recommend San Juan Properties and hope to return.

Great location

The drive down to the property was steep but doable if you took it slowly. We had no issues with check in. The house has two deck areas and amazing views of Westcott Bay. The three bedrooms were well cleaned and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable for all and the living room was nicely decorated, There were games and a TV. We did encounter a burp in the internet one morning but it resolved after a quick reset. The speed was about 30 MbPS. Kitchen facilities were good and had what we needed. The requirements before departure should be in the listing. We had to put towels in the washing machine and start and load the dishes into the dishwasher and start. Taking out the trash as requested was a search as it was hidden around a separate building. We did have seals in the bay every day and even a neighborhood cat came to investigate us on the porch. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: LWe had a lovely visit to the Wescott Bay Crab Trap in June 2021. The house is in a picturesque location along the water. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. If you plan to cook, bring your own oil and spices.We were a group of 6 - myself, my husband, two teenagers and my parents. The house felt a bit small as there are just two smallish bathrooms. I think it would be perfect for a group of 4.I did feel that the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly especially given the extremely high fees.I will most likely not return though due to the fees charged by San Juan Property Management. The nightly rental rate was over $800 since this is peak season. In addition SJPM charged a $275 cleaning fee and a non refundable damage fee of $120 and a pandemic cleaning fee of $100. There was also an affordable housing fee of $195 which I guess is a pass through fee from the island. Fees came to almost $690 for the stay.Also guests are required to empty the trash, strip the sheets, start the dishwasher and start a load of towels on checkout. Overall I feel that the fees are way too high for the size of this property. However as long a guests are willing to pay the fees, I guess they will be charged.

We are glad to hear your overall stay was enjoyed by your family. This is a beautiful, waterfront, well-cared for home on the North side of San Juan Island. We feel lucky to have the privilege to represent this lovely family vacation home. The rent and fees reflect the average cost of a rental home of this quality and with such an amazing view and access to Westcott Bay. The cost of the rental is outlined clearly during the booking process. Due to COVID-19, there are tasks that we ask guests to complete when departing the rental homes to further protect our staff. We are sorry if these tasks were cause of stress on your checkout morning. That is certainly not our intention, and though it is not a requirement of our guests, it is very helpful to our staff. Again, we are glad your family enjoyed their overall stay at the Westcott Bay Crab Trap.

No matter what room you're in you can see the water and we spent most of our time on the large deck. Would definitely stay here again. Only con is I wish there was more flexibility with check-in/out. You can't check in until 4 which means you pay for a day you can't really use and check out is at 10am. I feel we could have better maximized our time in the rental if we were able to check in earlier and out later.

The location was perfect and provided us with such a beautiful view along with a very peaceful setting. We cooked in and the kitchen had more than enough of what we needed; this is big since two of our guys are amazing cooks. Beds were very comfortable. We LOVED how large the deck was overlooking the water. The house felt larger than the square footage listed; however, the huge deck really extends your living space. PLUS, who wants to be inside when you can sit out there and enjoy nature and good company. We all highly recommend this home and will be renting it again in the future. It was very clean and well maintained. We did not need to contact the management company during our stay. I did receive several very helpful emails from them prior to our arrival that I greatly appreciated. Giving us driving directions from the ferry, suggested things to do and see. Very helpful.
