Great spot for a large group

  • 5 of 5

The home was lovely, totally furnished with anything you would need. The Kurig machine was fantastic, we drink a lot of coffee and appreciated the ease of making a quick cup! We had 20 staying there and we all had enough space to spread out. I highly recommend this place for a big family gathering. Thanks to letting us stay there, we had a blast!

Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this beautiful home for my son's graduation from U of O. We shared it with his girlfriend's family, and this was the perfect setting for us all to gather and celebrate. We called it the "Parent Frat House". 10 beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, and a nice big kitchen and family room that could accommodate everyone. They had 2 ovens, 2 stoves, 2 refrigerators, blender... everything we needed to entertain. Two car garage, and plenty of parking on the street. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a graduation party in the spectacular yard and all our guests ranted and raved about the setting. Wendy was very friendly and accommodating in every way. Wonderful memories were made and we feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here! Thank you!

Beautiful and accommodating home!

  • 5 of 5

This property was perfect for our large family gathering and graduation party! It housed all of us comfortably and was stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. The house and yard are beautiful and in the heart of the university district. It is within short distance to many activities and Eugene parks.

It was perfect and well worth the cost!

Wonderful Experience!

  • 5 of 5

What a great time we had with our host's beautiful house in Eugene. Our group of professional people enjoyed both the proximity to campus and the large private space for the group. We will definitely return next year.

Beyond wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

As we prepare to end a week's stay in this lovely home, all we can say is, THANK YOU Wendy and Larry! Everything about this beautiful abode is A+. We couldn't have asked for a better home base as we prepared to move our son into the U of O. The location is excellent, within walking distance to neighborhood restaurants, Matthew Knight arena and our favorite drive-through/walk up coffee truck, Dutch Bros! The views from the balcony are fantastic, the neighborhood quiet and serene (love the wild turkeys roaming here and there!) and the home itself as comfy as our own. So bright and cheery with the huge living room windows and doors (and access to the fantastic balcony where we sat and enjoyed wonderful sunsets), and the master bedroom is bigger than any luxury suite we've ever experienced! Cooking out on the balcony grill was wonderful and there's not a thing missing in the way of utensils, cookware, etc. If this could be our home away from home for every visit to Eugene, we'd be the happiest parents on earth! Can't recommend highly enough!
