Large home with everything you need.
Great property with plenty of room for our group. Kitchen was stocked and we loved having plenty of bathrooms.
It was a very nice home with 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in a very nice residential area.
It was about 1.5 miles from restaurants, grocery store, and a coffee/pastry shop. It worked out perfectly for our family reunion of 18 people.
Beautiful yet FUN and very accommodating
Ok my friends, if you have a large group, this is your house! We were in town for my sons wedding and this home was so accommodating! Wendy is amazing to work with from our first contact until our departure. She’s is dialed in on her guests and the needs of so many. The house is amazing in its size and fully equipped. You’ll want for nothing but your food! We had no problems getting 22 family and friends ready for the day of the wedding, including the groom. I would love to be there in the summer as the patio is awesome and we used it even in the rain and snow. Being able to all be together for the week, cooking together, eating together and celebrating a wedding was awesome! The roll-away beds were awesome because we had college cousins reuniting and all needing to be together (girls). The kitchen accommodations were fantastic .... it suited all of our needs! The family room openness is outstanding and we took full advantage of this gathering area. We had a day of snow and the fireplace was awesome with the view! It’s in a great location and easy to get around. Thanks again Wendy...... do you have a place in Florida? LOL that’s the next stop
Excellent for a large group!
This house was perfect for our 19 adults and 2 children, and we really enjoyed exploring all the floors and rooms, lounging on the balcony, and listening to music in the living room. Primarily we were thrilled to be able to stay all together rather than renting several small houses that may not be near each other. We had a couple of extra people who didn't have a bedroom, so the roll-away beds were particularly useful for us. We also found the kitchen to be extraordinarily well-stocked - above and beyond what you typically find in a rental. Wendy was easy to communicate with, and we had a wonderful time renting this house!
I do want to make a suggestion for future renters, however. Sound travels extremely well through the house, and we did not think about that when we chose our bedrooms. If members in your group stay up late, the ones who go to bed early should pick the rooms that are as far away from the common area as possible, 3rd or 4th floor ideally. 2nd floor was definitely not far away enough. Just a tip!
Thank you for your lovely review. You were wonderful guests!!
I gave you a 5 star review too! We hope to see you again someday.
All the best,
volleyball team love their stay!
Thank you for hosting our team for the MLK tournament. Our team had finals the same week of the tournament and all the space in the home gave them an opportunity to study and have the privacy they needed. Beautiful home, thank you.
Thank you for your nice review. And thanks too for renting 2325 and taking wonderful care of the house. Please come back again sometime. We would love to have you.
All the best,
PS I gave you a 5 star review too!
Wonderful family holiday
We are 3 generations that spent the holiday together, and it was wonderful! There was plenty of room to gather as a family, without feeling crowded. Also plenty of space to slip away for quiet time or a nap. Loved having the extra refrigerator and cooking surfaces, as well as a table large enough to eat our meals together. Holiday decorations were a special touch, and added to our Christmas magic. We loved our time there!
Located in the oldest district in Eugene the elegant Fairmount district is close to parks, the Saturday Market, the University of Oregon and the Willamette River. Hayward Field, home of the Olympic Trials, is .5 of a mile from this beautiful house. Mt. Pisgah and Buford Park (hiking, bird watching, riding and picnicking) are a ten minute drive from the house.
