Out of all the different stays I’ve done over the years, this one is firmly in the top 3. Serge’s place is amazing - from the location across the street from the beach and beach clubs and 7-minutes walking distance to the heart of Cannes to the beauty and cleanliness of the place (plenty of amenities included, lots of natural light, a breathtaking view of the sea, plenty of space) to the accessibility and kindness of the host themselves, I have zero complaints and many compliments. I would’ve moved in if possible :). If you’re looking for a place in Cannes, you cannot do better than this one. I plan to return and have already referred this place to friends and family. A special thank you to Serge for being so accommodating and for making sure his place feels like home to his guests.

Having stayed in a hotel in the area last year, we were looking for some space to bring our grown up family to enjoy Cannes with us. This apartment was perfect. Plenty of space, great location, wonderful sea view, well equipped and private. Serge is a wonderful host.

Great place with a fantastic view!

We enjoyed the apartment a lot, it is very spacious and clean and the view is amazing. Although in the middle of Cannes, the apartment is very quiet and you look out over a green roof garden and then the sea. The service was perfect, all together we rate this place with 5 stars!

Merci encore
