アパートは、Majestic Hotelの真後ろ、カンヌ・カレ・ドール中心部にある、30代目のブルジョアビルの2階にあります。
美しい高さの天井のリビングルームは、部屋全体に光があふれる高さの窓があるため、明るく開放的です。 リビングルームと6人用のダイニングエリアに十分な座席があります。

3ベッドルームはすべて良いサイズです。 特に広いマスターベッドルームには、皇帝用のベッドがあります。または、シングルベッド2台として設定することもできます。 他の2つの部屋は2台のシングルベッドとして作ることができるスーパーキングサイズベッドがあります。 両方のベッドルームは後部北向きのバルコニーにアクセスできます。 ベッドルーム2には専用バスルーム（トイレ）があります。
全客室にヒプノスベッド、世界で最も快適なベッドが備わっています。 各ゲストのための1つのガチョウおよび1羽のアヒルの枕があります。 すべての寝室にはラジオ警報iPodドッキングステーションまたはSonosスピーカーがあります。


居間、寝室、廊下は2011年秋に完全に再装飾され、FarrowとBallの絵の具で塗装され、床は美しい燻製オーク材の床に置き換えられました。

A gem!

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful apartment. Spacious, with A/C and comfortable beds. Michael is a wonderful, attentive host! The location is amazing, close to everything-beaches, shops, restaurants. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again someday! Everything was perfect!

Ideal in every way..!

beautiful apartment - spacious, fabulous location, very well equipped. AC was a great bonus, very comfortable beds- I loved all the info supplied, this is how I found the best bakery and the market. Will definitely return. Host was great with communication and easily reached.

Palais des Festivals - Old Port

We had a wonderful holiday, the apartment was truly excellent and among the very best that we have stayed in over the last 15-20 years. The location in terms of accessibility for public transport (train station is about 4-5 minute walk) proximity to restaurants and the promenade/beach and other key locations in Cannes etc is fantastic. Would very happily return and recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic Cannes Flat

This flat and the property owner are fantastic. Michael was on the spot with any and all information you could ever need about Cannes and the apartment. Our communication with him could not have been better. The apartment is in a great location, just minutes from the beach and great restaurants. It was well appointed as well as absolutely spotless on our arrival. We will be recommending this property to anyone planning to visit Cannes.

Great apartment in the centre of Cannes

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well maintained. Situated on the 2nd floor it is full of light, and at the back overlooks gardens so pretty quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom and shower room modern. The position in the centre of Cannes, makes it a great place to stay: a few minutes walk to La Croisette, beaches, restaurants and shops (great for the baguette in the morning). The old harbour, cobbled streets of Le Suquet and ferry to the islands of Lerins are also within easy reach. The owner was very friendly and easy to contact. We won't hesitate to come back

Lovely apartment in the perfect location

Our experience renting this property was great. The communication with the owner was flawless from the beginning of our search until our return home. The place itself is lovely: • Very clean • Comfortable • Tastefully decorated • Although the street is close to many sites, it is peaceful and charming all day long • Well located – two (2) minutes walk to the beach and rue d’Antibes for shopping. • Parking is also two minutes away • Food (marchés Forville et Gambetta), bakeries (yes fresh baguette and croissants every morning), pharmacies, restaurants, etc. - all accessible by walk We were in France for over two weeks and for our last week we wanted to enjoy the local lifestyle in a comfortable setting without it being in a hotel. This place was perfect, felt like home away from home. Actually felt like we knew the owners… We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning. Thanks again Michael!

Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Cannes!

My wife and I stayed with our two sons and we all loved stay in Michael and Karen's apartment! Beautifully appointed, spotless, and perfectly located apartment in Cannes, within a 10 minute walk of everything - shopping, the beach, restaurants and train station. This was our first experience in renting an apartment as we typically stay in hotels and I'm glad to say because of the very positive experience it won't be our last. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very spacious and every detail has been thought of. The look is modern yet includes an eclectic mix of furniture selections which makes one feel very at home. Michael and Karen leave no stone unturned with this rental, Michael was our main point of contact, he was very courteous and replied to an email with hours of our inquiry. Without a doubt we would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

I was born and raised in the UK but have spent half my life between Meribel and the UK as I have run a Luxury Ski Chalet business there for the past 27 years, which I recently sold.

I am married with a 14 year old son and we love Cannes!

We have been coming to Cannes on and off for almost 30 years and probably once or twice a year for each of the past dozen years and it has long been our dream to own an apartment in Cannes. In December 2010 we finally achieved that dream when we purchased 15 rue Notre Dame.

We could not believe our luck when we found, what was for us, our ideal apartment with its lovely lofty ceilings, full height windows and the wonderful location just behind the Majestic hotel where we have stayed many times.

Since purchasing it we have greatly improved the apartment, decorating through out, replacing floors and in the winter of 2013 replacing the kitchen and the final part of the project was completed in January 2014 when we refurbish the bathrooms.

As well as being available to rent through out the year, it will be our home from home when we come to stay. With this in mind we believe you will find this to be one of the most comfortable, welcoming and beautifully appointed and equipped apartments available to rent in the Carre d'Or.
