Individually designed & beautifully maintained apartment with independent entrance - ground floor of private villa. Two twin bedrooms with sofa bed in the living room. First floor of villa unoccupied. Sole occupancy with access to private gardens, barbecue, stunning pool terrace & pool. Situated just 130m from the nearest restaurant and a wide selection of bars and restaurants close by. Algas beach bars are a short walk. Moraira town and main beach are also close enough for a 10-15 minute walk,

A car is not always necessary as everything is just 5/10 minutes walk away. Apartment is situated in the Cap Blanc region of beautiful Moraira. Newly and tastefully decorated with free WiFi and Satellite television. Everything you need for a great holiday. 5 minutes walk of Algas beach with numerous bars & restaurants. 5 minute walk to two Supermarkets.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, brilliant villa with a brilliant pool and outside space. Location was perfect, close to lovely restaurants, bars and also supermarkets. Only around fifteen to twenty minutes walk into Moraira. Definitely would stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! L'emplacement est parfait, proche de toutes les commodités et des plages. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré, exactement comme sur les photos. La literie est confortable, et j'ai particulièrement apprécié la petite attention des hôtes à notre arrivée. Ces derniers ont été très réactifs et disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande vivement cette location et n'hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain séjour dans la région."

Beautiful villa with superb pool

We absolutely loved our holiday here, the apartment is really spacious, and in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from the supermarket and some restaurants. You can also walk to some local beaches which are small, so I think it’s worth hiring a car to access the better beaches. The pool and outside space is really superb, beautifully maintained and there’s shade available at all times of the day. Great communication with the host, we will almost certainly be back!

Lo dicho no volveremos . La relación calidad precio pésima. Halojamiento muy sucio y deteriorado. Todos los años pasamos las vacaciones en este tipo de alojamiento y este ha sido el peor con diferencia. En la zona de la piscina , de tres sombrillas solo pudimos usar una las otras rotas. Cubertería y vajilla sucias. Ropa de cama y toallas sucias. Los mosquitos te comen literalmente. La primera noche a mi pareja las pulgas de su colchón la acribillaron y aunque es cierto que al día siguiente tras informar del echo mandaron a un control de plagas que no vieron nada ya que habíamos gastado dos botes de insecticida. Tuvimos que acudir a urgencias a Teulada y volvimos con medicación para 5 días.

Super Holiday

From start to finish a great holiday. The info we had prior to leaving was excellent, which meant we had no problem with transfers and locating the villa. The Villa and pool were exactly as described, so clean and spacious, and everything we needed. We all loved the pool, and spending most of the day in it, retreating only to the shaded terrace for lunch, and a little snooze! We went with a 11 and 12 year old and my 82 year old mum, my husband and I enjoyed the walk into Moraria though we used local taxis when mum was with us at just 9euros. The local resturants are fantastic, so much so we ended up eating out every night! It was great to have two supermarkets so close by. Thank you Gerri and Mark x

Fantastic Villa in a perfect location.

Wonderful villa in a perfect location. Very spacious and great pool/BBQ area. Loved everything about it. Didn't need a car as great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Thought Moraira was beautiful and will definitely return in the future. Communication from Gerri and Mark was fantastic from start to finish. We had an amazing time here.

Wonderful, relaxing Nuevos Horizontes

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Nuevos Horizontes. The villa is so well equipped and maintained. The outside area and the pool are fantastic. Great size of pool for all to enjoy! Great restaurants in immediate area to villa and enjoyable 20 minute stroll to lots more in Moraira. Very good communication before arrival and after. All in all a wonderful stay. Hope to return again sometime soon!

Amazing family holiday

We have just came back from a fantastic week at Neuvos Horizontes. The villa is amazing with all you could ask for from a home from home. The outdoor area was beautiful and our two boys aged 2 and 9 spent all day playing in the pool. The location of the villa is perfect. 5 mins walk to a very large supermarket that caters to all your food and household needs. There are a great selection of local restaurants and then only 20 minute walk into the centre of Moraira. We were lucky enough to visit whilst there was a fiesta going on and we got to see the most amazing fireworks down at the beach front! I would greatly recommend staying at Neuvos Horizontes. Gerri was incredibly helpful in the run up to the holiday, providing me with detailed information about the area and how to get to and from the airport as we had not rented a car. Once we arrived, Gerri's friend Anne was there to greet us and was available throughout the week for any queries we had. Thanks Gerri and Mark for an amazing holiday and we look forward to visiting again.

Couldn't ask for more!

This is a fantastic villa and really is as nice as you would expect from the photos. We stayed in Nuevos Horizontes for 10 nights and had a fantastic time. Everything you need (plus more) is provided. The pool is a very good size and surprisingly warm (even in early June)! This was our second stay in Moraira and probably not our last, it's a lovely place to holiday. Gerri, Mark and Anne were all fantastic and only a phone call away if you needed them. Couldn't ask for more!

5* Beautiful Property!!

Family of 4 travelled consisting of 2 young children aged 7 and 8. Fantastic home - situated at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac (we barely saw another resident in the street all week!). Clean property, well maintained with ample storage. Highlight of the trip was the pool which is clean and well maintained - cleaned twice during the week by the cleaner. Kids spent all day all week in it! Property is located within easy reach of local stores, bars, restaurants etc and a short stroll (15mins) to the nearest rocky inlet and a little further (@20-30 min) to the main sandy beaches. Communication from the owners prior to the trip was fantastic with regular updates and information as well as contact details for the manager on arrival. There town of Moraira is beautiful, clean with pleasant locals - huge variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. Weather was perfect the whole week. All in all - we couldn't have been happier and would definately return. Lee, Jenny, Jack & Tom

But with 4 stars given, it means that we loved our vacation and our stay at Gerri & Marks place.

Beautiful

Fantastic week had at Gerri & Mark's lovely villa. Villa was lovely and spacious and everything was as described. Best part of all for us was the amazing outside area. Beautiful area to sit and relax at the top and large table down at pool level. Great bbq area but admittedly we didn't use it as wanted to eat out. Pool a great size and superbly maintained, providing many hours of fun, especially for our two sons aged 14 and 17. Many restaurants very close by. We found the walk into the main harbour in Moraira a pleasant walk taking about 30 minutes. Didn't feel the need to go too many times as lots on our doorstep. Booking the villa was very straightforward and Anne, local contact, was on hand had we need her. All in all a fabulous place to stay and I would definitely book the villa again if we choose to stay in Moraira which is very likely. Thank you Gerri & Mark

Wow.....fantastic :-)

We have just arrived home from a fab 10 day holiday at this great villa; it is exactly as described and as seen in the photos......beautiful, clean and modern, and very well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including free wifi! The large pool and patio areas were a big hit with us and we enjoyed many lazy or fun filled hours in the sunshine whilst our boys grew fins! :-) the BBQ was also great and ideally positioned for either some food in the sun or a bit of time in the shade. The area in which the villa is set is close to lots of amenities; supermarkets, restaurants and beaches all of which are within easy walking distance. The town itself is a little further away but this too can be walked or there are taxis; the town offers lots of great little shops and numerous tasty restaurants to choose from, it also has a large sandy beach with some great water sports on offer. We had hired a car for the duration of our stay as we wanted to see/travel further afield, and we drove into Benidorm and Aqualandia which is only an easy hours drive away. We also benefitted from the fact that it was festival time in Moraira, which we were unaware of at the time of booking; there were various events happening throughout the week and some great evening/late entertainment which included live bands, bull running and amazing firework displays; definitely a must see if it's on at the time of your visit. Would recommend checking online for what's on in the local area. All in all.....we had a fantastic holiday, thank you Gerri and Mark for making the booking process easy and straightforward and to Anne for answering any questions we may of had. Would not hesitate in recommending your villa to family and friends. :-)

Lovely villa and great pool area!

We had a fabulous 6 weeks at Gerri & Mark's villa. Super comfy with everything we needed and so conveniently situated - just a short walk into town and also lots of great restaurants very nearby. Would recommend this accommodation - particularly the large pool and terrace area with lots of shady areas if needed. Gerri and Mark were easy to book with and supplied lots of useful info on the area. Their local lady that is on hand for any queries (Anne) is lovely too and very helpful. All in all a wonderful holiday!!

Beautiful villa in a great location

Lovely spacious villa with all modern amenities. Lots of outside space with plenty of shade if needed on the long sunny days! Good sized pool tha got a lot of use while we were there, a real plus point! Great location, short walk to the supermarket and plenty of nice bars and restaurants closeby. We also used the local taxi service for the short ride in the town centre which was very easy to do. Would highly recommend this villa, lots of good info from the owners before we went and from Anne whilst we were there. Thank you.

Superbes vacances à Moraira !

Nous avons passé quinze jours de vacances très agréables dans cette maison bien située à Moraira. La maison est en tous points conforme à la description et aux photos figurant sur le site Homelidays. Elle est très joliment décorée et les prestations d'un haut niveau. La climatisation était la bienvenue compte tenu du temps magnifique qui règne sur cette région. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Anne à notre arrivée qui peut être jointe sur place à tout moment en cas d'éventuel problème. Concernant l'environnement de ce bien, tout est à proximité. Supermarché et restaurants peuvent être rejoints à pied ce qui n'est pas à négliger. La ville de Moraira est vraiment une destination à conseiller pour les familles avec enfants. La plage du Portet est un petit bijou préservé. Quant à la maison, la piscine et le jardin lui confèrent un luxe indéniable. Ils sont régulièrement entretenus par un jardinier et un "homme de piscine". Merci à Gerri et Mark pour leur accompagnement tout au long de nos démarches. Leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse sont très appréciables. Nous n'hésiterons pas à conseiller cette location ou bien à y retourner nous-même tant cette destination est propice à de vraies vacances. A bientôt ! Stéphanie et Arnaud P.

A lovely Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa, a lot of attention to detail had been made and we enjoyed our welcome pack on arrival. We made good use of the pool and the gardens at the property were beautifully maintained and all amenities in the house were in working order. We particularly enjoyed the outside seating and the lilos. Being 10 minutes from the beach, night markets and a vast array of restaurants we didn't lack for much to do! The area is very quiet and peaceful. We look forward to returning again and would definitely recommend to friends.

Fantastic Holiday

Just came back from a fantastic weeks holiday at this fabulous Villa. The Villa is like its described, Lovely, big spacious rooms, all equipped to a very high spec. Nice big kitchen too. The Large pool and surrounding area was the big star for us- especailly as the weather was fantasticly hot.The villa situated in a perfect location- you get the best of both world, peace and quiet and yet within easy walking distance of Moraira center and lots of Lovely restaurants nearby. we had been told about Moraira by our Friends and can now see why they go on about the place. It really is a pretty unspoiled place with a lot of Spanish charm. There are so many wonderful restaurants that you do get spoilt for choice. We also have to praise Gerri (hope she doesn't mind me calling her with her shortened name), for the swiftness and ease of booking the apartment.This must be one of the easiest and problem free villa booking we have ever made- Even Anne and Roy, who handed us the keys were absolute pleasure and so helpful. Although a car is not neccesary as everything is nearby we did have a car to go and see other towns and villages. I would say anyone looking for a great holiday in Moraira, either as a family or couples you want be disappointed here. Perfect location and accommodation. We will certainly book here next time we return to Moraira. Thank you Gerri for giving us a perfect family holiday!!!

Perfect!

The Villa is absolutely beautiful, very spacious and the large pool is great for relaxing. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Moraira Town Centre and beach are only 5 minutes drive away. Would definitely recommend to couples and families looking for luxury accommodation at an excellent price.
