This villa is built on two levels and has three bedrooms. In the district of Moraira, 4 km from the center, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, with internal stairs. You have a panoramic view of Peñon de Ifach (Calpe) and Thal. Very quiet area. Parking is directly from the entrance. Located near pretty bays, surrounded by a landscape with fertile fields and small typical houses and estates. Weekly market on Friday, fish market every morning. A car is necessary.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique dans cette villa ! L’endroit est spacieux. La vue sur la mer est tout simplement à couper le souffle, un vrai bonheur du matin au soir. L’emplacement est idéal pour se détendre et profiter du calme, tout en restant proche des commodités. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Ein traumhafter Familienurlaub in der Villa PanoramaUnsere Zeit in der Villa Panorama war einfach wunderbar. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei jugendlichen Jungs (19 und 16 Jahre) unterwegs und haben das Haus in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und sonnigen Lage in Moraira, nur 4 km vom Zentrum entfernt – perfekt, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig, stilvoll auf zwei Ebenen gebaut und bietet drei komfortable Schlafzimmer – ideal für Familien. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom privaten Pool mit Innentreppe und Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight! Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend – der Panorama-Blick auf den Peñon de Ifach und das Tal ist wie ein Gemälde, das jeden Tag neu begeistert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand waren schnell zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Ein großes Dankeschön an Agata, die uns herzlich empfangen hat. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und professionell – das hat für einen perfekten Start und einen entspannten Abschied gesorgt.Diese Villa ist eine Oase der Ruhe mit allem Komfort. Wir können sie von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour

La maison est super bien située avec une vue panoramique à en coupée le souffle. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. Notre hôte Agata était d'une gentillesse irréprochable, toujours à l'écoute et à faire le nécessaire afin que notre séjour se passe bien.

CASA VISTA IFACH

La casa está ubicada perfectamente.Vistas maravillosas. Pero, hay muchas escaleras y lo peor es que, ni un tramo tiene para agarrarte.Bajas al aire. la Lavadora está en el patio de abajo, sin luz para llegar , sin pasamanos en escaleras y sin valla para no caerte a la casa de al lado.Definitivamente para gente mayor o con discapacidad de movilidad TERRIBLE(como fué nuestro caso). La Señorita de la Inmobiliaria(Ágata) MARAVILLOSA, ATENTA, SIMPÁTICA Y CON TODAS LAS GANAS DE AYUDAR.UN 10).Para lo que cuesta, sinceramente, no está bien.Sofá muy viejo.LOS MOSQUITOS TE MASACRAN!!!!.Hay Mosquiteras en alguna ventana, pero en las Terrazas, no.Con lo cual, te comen vivo los Mosquitos.DEBERIAN PONER MOSQUITERAS MOVIBLES EN LAS TERRAZAS.La cocina...bueno, vieja, pintada, pero vieja.Repito, para lo que cuesta, no está a la altura.Sin pegas en las vistas.Aunque en las fotos, parece que está más cerca el Mar de lo que realmente es.Sin ninguna pega a Ágata.ES MARAVILLOSA!!!!!!ACONSEJO QUE, PARA FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS, ANCIANOS O ENFERMOS DE HUESOS Y DISCAPACITADOS, TOTALMENTE PROHIBIDO!!!.Aire acondicionado, solo en una habitacios y en la Sala.Pero por el precio de la luz, TOTAÑMETE PROHIBIDO USARLO.Con lo cual, TE ASAS EN LA CASA.La Barbacoa, para tirarla, SUCIA hasta decir basta!.O la limpian en profundidad, o tienen que quitarla y poner una nueva.En general, regular.
