Situé dans la plantation de Gulf Shores «Dunes» (phase 2). Si vous trouvez un meilleur prix, il n'a pas de vue! Mais ce condo a une VUE SPECTACULAIRE !! Deux chambres complètes, deux salles de bain complètes! Condo peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à six (occupation maximale est de 6 avec pas plus de 3 étant des adultes), et dispose d'un superbe neuvième étage, vue sur le golfe depuis le salon, la chambre principale et un grand balcon. Voir le golfe assis sur le canapé ou allongé dans son lit. La conception désirée de la chambre à coucher divisée localise une chambre et une salle de bain de chaque côté du condo avec cuisine et salon entre les deux. Salon carrelé et miroir, cuisine carrelée et bains. Décor Beachy et balcon accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Entièrement meublé avec cuisine complète.

De larges dunes vierges et des kilomètres de plage de sable peu fréquentée. Parcours de golf de Kiva Dunes classé au niveau national adjacent à la propriété. Détendez-vous sur le balcon de cette copropriété de grande valeur et profitez de la vue avec votre café du matin ou votre rafraîchissement en soirée.

Pas d'animaux et unités non-fumeurs. PAS DE SOUS-LETS !! L'OCCUPATION MAXIMALE EST DE 6.

Dépôt de garantie remboursable de 200 $. Le dépôt de garantie devient votre dépôt de garantie à votre arrivée et est entièrement remboursable après votre séjour en supposant que les conditions de location sont remplies, y compris le départ du condo dans l'état où il se trouve (avec seulement un nettoyage normal requis), et les clés sont retournées.

PAIEMENT:
La location est due selon les options établies par VRBO. What a view!!!! This condo had a great location on the Gulf Coast and very easy walking access to a beautiful beach - we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day! The property is in a safe and well-kept resort with plenty of ammenities, and its location was convenient to Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, the state park, and Foley.The condo is on the top floor (great views!) and had everything we needed for an easy and comfortable month-long stay. We were able to prepare and enjoy all of our meals as we had planned (including using the resort charcoal grills). Bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the dressers and closets for organization. Two bathrooms allowed us to spread out - and great water presure in the showers. TV, internet, and cell service were all excellent!We could not have asked for a better stay!

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful views, plenty of space, easy access to pools and beach. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. WIFI was a little spotty but it was manageable. We would definitely stay here again!!

There have been a few kinks since the recent changeover. Hopefully that improves with time. It was a pleasure having you! Always great to hear our guests enjoyed their vacations! Call on us any time and if you call direct, you can avoid the VRBO fees. You are right about the wide expanse of beach and sand dunes making the walk to the water a little farther than 'usual'. They put these building setbacks in the proper place to leave natural dunes in place and preventing the tide from flooding the property. We've owned for 24 years and in all the tropical stormand hurricanes, the high tide makes it to the lawn but not beyond. The lawns have never been killed by saltwater. They laid it out perfectly! And the dunes and beaches are natural and have not once needed replenishment by man and dredges like so many beaches elsewhere.

We love this beach

We have been at this condo several times. We absolutely love the view and location. I don’t remember the mattresses being so uncomfortable though. We didn’t sleep well at all because of how uncomfortable the mattress was.

Hi Jamie, I'm sorry you didn't sleep well. Nothing has changed with the bed in the 7 months between your September 2024 stay and your April 26, 2025 stay. We just got home from there today and my wife and I both slept well and didn't notice anything different or amiss. The mattress is only 2-3 years old and is used about 125 nights per year.. It's a basic firm mattress, which is what most people prefer. So I'm not sure what to make of it. Some people like pillow top mattresses and memory foam mattresses, etc. And occasionally someone suggests different types of mattresses, but we stick with firm mattresses as it's what most people prefer and older guests can get in and out of bed easier with firm mattresses. Wonderful time but the only complaint I have is they need new mattresses on the bed in the master bedroom and a new couch in the living room. My husband and I both came home early because of our sciatica nerve hurting, mine hurt me all week.

Hi - I'm glad you had a wonderful time! The sleeper sofa, is well.... a sleeper sofa. It's just now 2 to 3 years old. And they typically are not that great as beds or sofas because of the way they are made. We do not recommend sleeping adults on a sleeper. Teens and children are usually fine on them. As for the mattress in the master, It was purchased for the summer 2022 season, so it is 3 years old. I know mattresses are a personal preference and we buy firm mattresses without pillow tops because that's what most people prefer, including ourselves. I hate to hear that it detracted from your enjoyment! At any rate, we hope to hear from you again in the future. Safe travels wherever you roam!

Great condo!

The condo and location are great! Spectacular views and easy access to the beach. The pools are really convenient too. The restaurant (Sassy bass island grill) is located in the first floor of the unit and is delicious! Have to try the Dirty Banana!

Hey! Thank you for the review! We appreciate you very much. You have me wanting to go try the dirty banana at Sassy Bass. I’ve eaten there but never get the fruity drinks although they do look great. Hope to hear from you again soon.

Great Gulf Location

Top floor so view was very good towards the beach/ocean, and surrounding area. Being on the top floor condo was very quite and relaxing. Roomy and comfortable with 2bed/ 2 bath.

This area is tranquil and serene. It's a good place to go to the beach to relax but escape the crowds and drunk or rowdy students.

Gulf Shores Plantation is on Fort Morgan Road close to several restaurants, and also close enough to the amusements, restaurants, shopping and night life 'in town' that it is all easily accessible with a 10-15 minute drive, but far enough away that you can escape back to our family oriented resort with its wide sandy beaches, and unspoiled dunes and nature. Unlike what has resulted from the over-building and over-crowding 'in town' in 'Gulf Shores proper', Orange beach, and West beach. It's like the beach was when I was a kid. Just a great place where the kids are safe, there is no through-traffic, or 'girls/boys gone wild'.
