Casa Miramar is one of San Pancho’s newest and most exquisite homes; offering the most spectacular ocean views in total seclusion. Hosting three, en-suite bedrooms and an ample, ocean view, pool terrace, this fabulous home is perched approximately 150 feet above a private beach cove on a private half acre with 180 degree coastal views of the Pacific Ocean and tropical jungle. Currently, Casa Miramar is being constructed and will be completed by November 2018. Renders are visible now and reservations for 2018/2019 Fall/Winter are being accepted!

We invite you to enjoy the feeling of total privacy while being in the treetops, overlooking one of San Pancho’s most sought after views of the Pacific Ocean. A quick drive takes you to the heart of San Pancho, which offers a variety of activities, parks, community centers, restaurants, grocery stores and gift shops.

Heated pool – optional for $185 USD per week

Casa Miramar, hosts three, en-suite bedrooms and will be the primary home on the property, built separately and secluded from the original home. Casa del Risco, a private, detached, two-bedroom/two-bathroom, ocean view home, can be rented with the main house or on it s own. For information on combining Casa Miramar together with the neighboring, two-bedroom ocean view home, please view the five-bedroom Casa Miramar & Casa del Risco. Please keep in mind, if not rented together, the homes can be rented separately and may be occupied by other guests not in your party. The homes are completely private and autonomous from one another and only share a parking area & beach access.

Relaxing Vacation

We were happy with Casa Miramar. The location in the jungle was a bit more than we anticipated, and the ongoing construction next door, which was fully disclosed in advance, was quite loud and annoying at times, but not unmanageable. Great views; nice people/workers; and lovely home. Our only positive suggestions would be to fix the cable so the master bedroom TV works; fix the outdoor speakers or simply remove them; and the refrigerator makes no ice. You might consider just purchasing a separate ice-maker.

Lovely home but ….

Beautiful view and comfortable bedrooms! House is nicely furnished. Internet is unstable and construction noise all weekdays makes it less desirable. They limit towels and you cannot use washing machine so it would be better if they gave us 2 towels per person instead if 1. San Pancho is a great small town with good restaurants and nice people. It feels very safe. We will come back to the town but may try a beachfront home next time.

Beautiful home and wonderful location!

We had a great time at this house and in San Pancho. The pool was amazing and it was a great place to look out over the ocean and eat wonderful local food from the restaurants and shops on Tercer Mundo (not to be missed), as well as to view the spectacular night sky. We also drove to nearby Nuevo Vallarta Beach and the great Coco Beach restaurant, where we ate lunch nearly every day. It’s also the best place we found to swim. The housekeeper and groundskeeper were terrific. They were there 3 times during our stay and the house and grounds were immaculate and very well tended. Two things to note - the roads in San Pancho leading up to the property are very steep and rocky in places, so please consider an SUV if you are renting a car. Also, there is no laundry room in the house so you will need to visit a local laundromat if needed. If you are somewhat adventurous, as we are, this is a great place to visit! Joe and Gail

A perfect stay

Our trip to Casa Miramar was fantastic. Maria was available via whatsapp and helped guide us into the town. Armando, the groundskeeper kept the yard and pool tip top and was a pleasure to chat with. The ladies who cleaned were so pleasant. The pictures are just as the property states. The beach below is accessible via very steep stairs, but they are manageable and it was fun to climb down for a short visit to the beach. We spent most of our days visiting local beaches and then hanging by the pool (which is salt water--big treat). Truely a lovely home with lovely people. We will be back!

Modern Luxury in Charming San Pancho

This is a property worthy of Architectural Digest. The quality of finishes and design details rival some of the finest coastal homes in the US. It is apparent that absolute bliss and convenience for the occupant was the focal point of every design decision from layout to furnishing, fixtures, accessories and technology. Regarding layout, this is a perfect property for couples looking to travel together but still have a sense of privacy. Each bedroom is completely separate with its own entrance and terrace and contain its own luxurious bath and individual theme. The courtyard, main common area (kitchen/living/dining/half bath) and pool are central but still removed enough from the bedrooms for privacy. Furnishings are modern and high end but still exude comfort. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas grill on the pool deck. Every essential for cooking was there as well as beautiful pottery and glass serving ware. We also enjoyed many little touches like fresh flowers and fruit upon arrival, plush towels and bathrobes as well as an ample stock of paper products and soap. Although the internet and cell service can be intermittent at times in Mexico, we had plenty of internet bandwidth without a single glitch the entire time through the home's Wifi which also worked just as well in bedrooms as it did in the main living area where the equipment is located. Sonos sound system by the pool is also a nice treat. Plenty of internet to stream music no problem. The property is new but clearly well looked after as we did not have a single thing that didn't work. Gardener/Pool/Maintenance person as well as the housekeeper visited us 3 times during our stay. They were lovely and not intrusive. The private beach is worth the effort to walk down to. There are stairs, although they may be a bit challenging for some. We are in our 50's in average shape and had no problems getting to it. Many small beaches in this area are underwater this time of year, but not this one. It has ample frontage to sit and be mesmerized by the surf regardless of tide. The house is so wonderful, we rarely left except for provisions. We did however enjoy wonderful lunches at Barracuda and Mr. Ribs. Maria's is a breakfast favorite and the Passion fruit margarita as Las Palmas is 'all that'. Last but not least, don't miss the market on Tuesdays! We purchased the most wonderful cheeses, breads and sweets from the vendors.

Amazing house with stunning views, perfect holiday

Allison, Maria and the whole team were the best hosts, looking after our every need. They have the best house overlooking the crashing ocean, with stylish furniture, a full kitchen, and the best view of the private pool and ocean below. We even saw whales spouting from our pool deck. Amazing!
