Tucked away near the Fraser river, this first floor 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect place to make a fire and relax after a long day of skiing. Located in downtown Winter Park, it is a convenient walk to downtown to grab a bite to eat, or get some takeout from the surrounding bars and restaurants. With enough room to accommodate up to four guests, this condo can be inviting to an adventurous family of four or a quaint retreat for a couple of two with the free ski shuttle stopping just feet away from the doorstep. While enjoying the serene peacefulness of Winter Park, you can sip coffee on the deck or enjoy a healthy breakfast cooked from the full kitchen at the breakfast table. Put your feet up and relax while watching your favorite show or sneak away to the bedroom for some solitude and space.

When your legs are tired from ripping bumps on the Mary Jane side, the brand new Hi Country Haus Recreation Center is just steps away. Soak your muscles in the indoor heated swimming pool or slip into one of the two indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Dry off and enjoy a quick round of pool while the kids play in the playroom just steps away from you, or get a workout in enjoying the fitness room. End your evening with a show on the large flat screen TV or hop on the computer and use the printer to get ready for the fun day ahead. The property was generally comfortable, clean, and adequate for the price. Great location. Only drawback was that there was a problem with heat, so we were a bit chilly for a couple of days. Informed the owner and they promptly called the HOA to look into it. HOA delivered a space heater which helped a lot.

Very convenient

This unit is very convenient for access to Winter Park Resort with a shuttle stop just steps away from the unit. It had all the amenities that my son and I needed. The newly updated rec center is a plus. Hosts were good communicators throughout the process. We did notice some spots in the property that could have been cleaner.

We are a fun, adventure loving family that has always wanted to be nestled in our favorite mountain town, Winter Park, Colorado. We are both teachers on the front range and want to share our getaway with others who love Winter Park as much as we do! We love to ski with our two children and drink yummy beers at the Winter Park Pub on a regular bases. We hope you have an enjoyable time and catch the Winter Park bug that we have.

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to the ski mountain as well as downtown. This condo offers a place to relax all year round because Winter Park has endless amounts to offer in both the summer and winter season. We love the access to the lift, which is the public transportation system and the recreation center amenities add a little bit more luxury.
