Excellent location, super comfortable beds, beautifully decorated. I was a little nervous about street parking, but it wasn't a problem at all, there was plenty. The neighborhood was pleasant and a quick walk to Piedmont Park and Midtown Marta station. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Atlanta.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a college visit at Georgia Tech. The neighborhood was so quiet and the property was very clean and cozy! My husband is very fussy with beds and we both thought it was the most comfortable bed that we have had at a VRBO stay. The shower is also amazing! If Georgia Tech is in my son’s future, we know exactly where we will stay when we visit!
We enjoyed our time here in Midtown The neighborhood is charming and Piedmont park is close. Great restaurants nearby and everything is walking distance. We felt very safe.
We came to visit relatives in Midtown. The place is charming and walkable to just about everything. Lovely neighborhood full of mature trees. Will definitely stay there again.
We found the property extremely clean, well-supplied for cooking, and located in an ideal spot for enjoying the city without constantly using the car. Beds, linens and bathroom were well-stocked and comfortable. Recommend!
This place is perfect for a long stay. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Patio area is a nice bonus. Walk to Piedmont Park and all the fun on the Beltline.
Three sisters in town for three nights in March. The property was perfect for us. Cute space, nice touch to have water and snacks available, great location. Beds were comfortable and really nice shower. We’ll stay again for our next visit.
A friend and I traveled to ATL for a concert. The house is very convenient to many nice restaurants and venues. We hope to schedule a return visit in the Spring. The host is very helpful and responds to messages very quickly!
Everything was just right for us. Great location and neighborhood. Easy parking. Safe walking. Well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. Excellent value. We would love to stay here again!
A lovely home in a wonderful location. The house was really, really nice: spotless, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, etc. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are fabulously comfortable. Also, the house is super-quiet, even though it is in a thriving urban neighborhood. For instance, even though our bedroom faced the street, we barely heard any street noise (we were there for a week). It was easy to find parking on the street, and there are many, many places that you can walk to (restaurants, grocery stores, etc.); you don't really need a car there. In addition, the house is only three blocks from the beautiful Piedmont Park. The owner was gracious, responsive, and really easy to work with. He answered all of our messages quickly, which I really appreciated. I cannot recommend this property enough!
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, well situated property in Atlanta. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of life, and the house had everything we needed for our visit. One of the highlights was the proximity to Piedmont Park and Pemberton Place! Although the property does'nt
have dedicated parking , we always found street parking right in front or next to the house, so it wasn't an issue for us.We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Atlanta!
This is a wonderful property and neighborhood. Everthing is clean and nicely decorated. There is great natural light and pretty views of the neighborhood and gardens. We were able to walk to the park and restaurants. Downtown is a short drive away. Free parking was available on the street right in front of the townhouse. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Comfortable, well equipped unit in great location!
Communication with our host, Steven, was excellent. He was responsive and always helpful. The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, and the back garden was cozy. The unit is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with very convenient street parking. There are stairs to enter the unit and the only bathroom is located on the second floor (next to the bedrooms). This wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others with mobility issues.
Since my partner and I are looking for different things in a rental, I like to do pros and cons...
Pros -
Location can't be beat. We were close to the attractions we were interested in.
Extremely quiet to be in a city, and have units on both sides.
This is by far the most fragrance free rental we have ever stayed in.
Good value for the cost.
Cons -
Two story. Problem if one has bad knees, and next time I'll read the description more carefully.
No screens in bedroom windows.
Great Midtown Location to stay while visiting Atlanta
I live about an hour from the city, but didn't want to have to drive back late after attending a concert in Atlanta so we decided to make a mini "stay-cation" out of it.
This is just a perfect location and close to everything.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I mean, literally quieter than our area in North Gwinnett County!
The house has everything you would need. The layout is efficient and beautifully done. The temperature was in the high 90s but the house was always comfortable.
Oh... and the beds... OMG... they were so comfy! I have never slept so well. I spent time on the adorable patio having coffee in the morning and evenings after it cooled down having a nice glass of wine.
This is perfect for a young couples or even a single person in town for business.
The property is fine, though the kitchen is somewhat lacking: a broiler with no broiler pan, 1 pan, 2 pots, 1 serving bowl. The property owner’s rude, demanding attitude (e.g., expecting immediate responses to his messages) made our stay stressful. He just wasn’t kind. On our long journey he is the only rude person we’ve encountered. Property Pluses: supplied coffee and bottled water, ample towels, shampoo, conditioner; hair dryer, comfortable bed. Couldn’t sit outside though the weather was fine because the covers on the seats didn’t keep the cushions from getting wet. It’s a property with promise not yet realized.

I added a broiler pan and a full set of new stovetop cooking ware after this stay. Dorrie had a lot of complaints and special requests during her stay and she wore down my patience after occupying a lot of my time with nonissues.
We loved our stay in Midtown! The location was great, we were able to walk or take a short Uber drive to wherever we needed to go. The host was amazing as well. He answered all of my questions within a timely matter. Thank you!
We stayed here to attend two concerts at two different venues. We were approximately 15 minutes from State Farm arena and 15 minutes from Buckhead Theatre. It was the perfect distance. We loved the neighborhood. We always had parking and felt very safe. The beds were really comfortable and every room was clean. We also loved the back patio. We would definitely rent this space again. Thanks!
Perfect for a stay in midtown! Host was accommodating and property was perfect!

My favorite thing to do is to relax by the pond in the backyard and enjoy the shade under the tree canopy. It’s also very relaxing to walk down Myrtle and Penn Ave - the next streets on your way west toward Peachtree Street - which are dominated by 1920s craftsman-style homes. I modernized the townhome and lived here for many years. I still live on the street and love providing tips on things to do. There’s a lot in walking distance!
