Had a great time staying here! There was some maintenance work going on while we were there, but otherwise was an great stay. Pool gets good sun, beds were very clean and the kitchen was huge. The property managers were very nice :)

Cabo High School Graduation Trip

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Villa Kanga. The house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our three families and a couple extra graduates. We really enjoyed the pool and the location of the house as it was only a short walk to the downtown marina area. They were very quick to respond if there was anything that we needed addressed. Everyone had an amazing time!! We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Stay!

I can't say enough great things about this spot. If it's even possible, the space is even more beautiful in person! The concierge (we worked with Laura) is incredible and makes planning a group trip so easy! We utilized the private chef service for dinner and breakfast 1 day and absolutely loved it. The food was great and the people were incredibly kind. Cleaning services come every other day to tend to the house and clean the pool. Town is in walking distance and we arranged for a shuttle to take us to and from places that were not within walking distance. There was so much space and many gathering spots for the whole crew. I wish I could give this place and this experience more than 5 stars!

This place was incredible for me and my friends, the pictures lived up to the expectations. The pool being heated was a highlight for and the concierge and entire team was so helpful and responsive during the process. Will def be coming back!!!

Great Location

Our youngest son was getting married at the Gran Solmar, so family and friends rented Villa Kanga for the week. It was in a great location for us. Fifteen minute walk to Gran Solmar and only 5-10 minutes to the marina. Ten of us stayed in the house and it was very comfortable. However, I would suggest to the owners, maybe a furniture upgrade in the family room sometime in the future.

It’s a beautiful house in a great area. Walking distance to downtown and market close by.

Great pool, lots of room and loved the bbq/ kitchen. The water pressure and showers were horrible.

Great House & Location

We enjoyed our time at this home. The location is central and easy, the property matched what was presented in the photos and the communication with the property owner was on point. There were a few maintenance issues, but they were addressed and resolved in a timely way. We'd return and enjoy again.

Beautiful experience

We had such an amazing time with friends and family. The house was amazing and we definitely already talked about returning to visit even while we were still there. From the host to the private chef and helpers, the experience was 10 out of 10. I recommend this property to anyone and the location in Pedregal was the best! Thank you again.

Beautiful home and great location!!

We spent a long weekend at Kanga as a party of six and we all enjoyed our stay! The management company made the process very easy organizing groceries to be delivered before our arrival. We had an organized shuttle from the airport and easy check-in process. We loved spending our time in the pool and outdoor space! Easy quick walk into town or the beach or we were picked up right at the front door for a quick drive into town. We look forward to returning!!

perfect post wedding vacation

8 of us stayed here after my daughters wedding. the house was perfect. We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting by the fire pit enjoying the view. A quick call to the gate and a taxi came to take us any where we wanted to go. But we could also walk to the marina and many restaurants. The concierge was very helpful with anything we needed and even helped us get a chef one night. The food and service were amazing and it was one of the best nights of the trip!!

The perfect Cabo get-away

This house was incredible. The infinity pool had a gorgeous view of the town and ocean, the living area was so spacious, all of the rooms had their own bathroom, it easily fit our group of 12 and we could have had more! The downstairs outdoor garden area was very tranquil because you can hear the sound of the water falling from the pool and it was the perfect spot for a private yoga class and massages! The swim up bar at the pool was so fun and the kitchen had everything we needed! The concierge and host were so helpful in setting up groceries, private chef, transportation and spa services for us. Our group cannot wait to return in the future!

Awesome stay

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. I stayed here with 6 adults and 5 teenagers last spring and never felt like we were cramped. So much space, wonderful people to work with and the convenience of being so close to the Marina can't be beat. We had the welcome appetizers, drinks and 15 minute massage for everyone. We also had 3 meals prepared for us by Victor and a pre-stocked refrigerator waiting. Sorry Fiona it took so long to say thank you and we will be back for sure!

Our stay at this property was overall delightful! The space was ample, comfortably accommodating our group. The pool was a definite highlight—large and perfect for cooling off. The property management team was extremely helpful, responding promptly to any queries. The security gate added a sense of safety, and the marina being just a short walk away was a major convenience. The only downside was having to wait for a few hours in the morning while the pool maintenance was completed. Despite this, our experience remained very positive and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and secure vacation!

Loved it!

The house worked out wonderful for my group of 10! There were some issues with lighting in most bathrooms and water pressure in the showers, but overall, really lovely home and perfect, safe location. The pool heater also did not work the first day, but it was quickly fixed and we enjoyed it for the rest of our trip. Easy cab pick up via front gate and never more than 10 minutes. Thank you for letting us stay at Villa Kanga. We loved it and we will be back!

Review of villa kanga

Over all was a BEAUTIFUL house!!! Ben and Nolelkys were sooooo nice and responsive. I did have trouble communicating with the concierge and the services she offered (chef, bartender, transportation, etc) were extremely pricey compared to other companies in Cabo which led to me having to book everything on my own, (kinda felt like I was my own concerige service). The communication from the concerige was severely lacking, but the host and Noelkey’s were extremely responsive and helpful with everything! Lorena was mainly the only reason I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The bedrooms and bathrooms and location and cleanliness of the house were perfect though! If you plan on needing a lot of conceriege assistance I would maybe look elsewhere, but if you are just looking for a beautiful perfect house this is for sure the place to stay!

Villa Kanga is a beautiful and clean home, with a great floor plan for large groups.

The photos do not do the home justice. Each room has its own bathroom, including a half-bath on the main level. There are three bedrooms downstairs that open onto a beautiful private garden. The master bedroom on the main level has a beautiful large master bathroom and private patio. The master bedroom on the third level was my favorite, where my husband and I slept. This bedroom has a private patio, a large master bathroom and an adjacent living room that was perfect for down time. The rooftop firepit/couch was occupied by us each night for stargazing, watching the cruise ships in the harbor and group shenanigans. The home is perfectly located in the gated community of Pedregal, close enough to walk to/ from the marina. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The main level of the home is awesome from groups. The pool was perfectly heated. There is indoor and outdoor dining, with enough space at either table for 12. The home is the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. There are several washers and dryers which we use daily. There is a deep freezer for bags of ice and the marlins we caught while fishing. We had a few small issues; however, the concierge was very communicative and fixed everything that came up instantly. We experienced the best service. Communication was outstanding. This was the perfect spot for our group to spread out and relax. From the moment we booked this place to after we left, they went above and beyond!

Best bachelorette trip ever!!!

The house was perfect! Each bedroom has a private bath making the stay with 12 girls so wonderful. The house was tidy, clean and huge pool with an amazing view, and great amenities on the property (pickleball courts, daily cleaning).

Fabulous VACA

Gated Community made us feel real comfortable. All issues were remediated immediatly. (Needed bottled water since the filter was not working). Great attention to us from the owner!

Amazing stay in Cabo!

My friends and I enjoyed this amazing house in Cabo! The host and Villa Kanga services were easy to communicate with and made all the planning like transportation and chef dinner at the house a breeze to plan! The pool and the roof top were amazing to hang out in. I recommend this house!
