We had a couple of issues pop up at the beginning of the stay, but they were quick to address them. Otherwise, it was a very nice location and set up. I would recommend this stay.

Great retreat

Good central location with just about everything in Las Vegas within a 20 minute drive. 10 minutes to Summerlin. Great to have a pet friendly place!

Janie the host was extremely helpful and responsive. The condo complex was very quiet and we did not hear any noise from other condos. The condo stayed very cool during the 100 plus temps. We kept the fans on and did not have to adjust the thermostat at all, was always very cool. The bed sheets and towels were like new. The beds were comfortable. We frequently used the washer and drier, had no problems. Kitchen had sufficient supplies for cooking. Since we brought our dog, we were very glad that the condo did not have carpeting so we didn't have to worry about odors from previous pets. We walked our dog around the condo complex, neighbors were friendly. Some trash around but ok overall. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, parks and walking paths close by. We love the Peccole ranch trail for walking our dog, everyone was very friendly along the trail and many others also walking their dogs.The only challenges to the condo were the steps, the sofa and parking. The condo is on the 2nd floor with steep steps so not the best for unloading your car or if you have any mobility issues. The sofa is a sectional and the sections kept sliding apart so it could be challenging to sit on it, had to make sure you sat on one section. The covered parking space for our condo was at the end so didn't get full shade. It was also difficult to park our large truck between the poles that separate the spaces.Overall a great place to stay and we would stay again.

Beautiful, Clean, Cozy

Perfect condo for two couples or a family of 4. Location good, near restaurants, stores and Red Rock. Nice if you want to be away from the bustle of the crowds on the Strip or Downtown. Great location to visit friends and family in the NW part of the valley and Summerlin. Janie the owner couldn’t have been nicer to communicate with.
