You will love this new three bedroom, two bath home in a new development. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a private fenced yard. This is a perfect place to stay for family events such as holidays, wedding and graduation celebrations, etc. There is easy access to the universities for visiting students and attending university events.

Proximity to Oklahoma City makes this the perfect place to stay for cultural, educational and sports events in the City. Our home is just 10 minutes southwest of Oklahoma City with quick access to the freeways and only 15 minutes from Norman and the University of Oklahoma.

This property is animal dander-free and smoke-free. In order to ensure the health and safety of family members with severe animal dander allergies, we must strictly enforce this policy. For the health and safety of our family and our guests, we also have a strict no smoking policy.

Due to our homeā€™s location in a quiet residential neighborhood, this property is NOT appropriate for lodging for out of area workers or to be used for loud parties. We do not accept rentals for longer than 14 days.

Our home has sleeping accommodations for a maximum of 6 adults, one king and two queen beds.

The Home has a well-equipped kitchen, WiFi Internet, Smart TV with Netflix, a propane grill and well-appointed living/dining spaces, bedrooms, baths and a laundry room.

PLEASE NOTE: We are experiencing a glitch in the Description of our property on the VRBO site. . It is showing that we have a SPA/HOT TUB. We have never had a SPA/HOT TUB and do not currently have this amenity. We are working with the VRBO folks to fix this "glitch" so the property description accurately reflects the amenities we do offer. We apologize for any misunderstandings potential guests might have experienced because of this. According to VRBO, they are researching this and tell us the problem should be corrected very soon.

We have traveled the United States and stayed at many places over the last year during the start of our retirement. From the East Coast to the West Coast, this property is certainly one of our all-time favorites. The cleanliness, warm decor, fine furniture, high quality appliances, floor plan, great neighborhood, etc., was truly outstanding. We could not have felt more at home. In additional, the property owner was so pleasant and professional in every way. If our travels bring us back this way, we would most definitely stay here again. Stayed here for a girls trip to OKC and it was perfect! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun getaway. Great location for exploring the city but nice and quiet when we wanted to relax. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful Property!

We stayed at this property during OU graduation weekend (Thursday to Sunday) and it was excellent. We wanted to be far enough away from campus as to not have to deal with the graduation chaos in Norman but also be close enough where we could drive to and from pretty easily. It's an easy 25 minute drive to campus. The property is clean, updated, and includes all the amenities an adult family could want. Beds were great and house was very clean. We highly recommend this property! Owner is very responsive and great to work with as well.

We have stayed here two years in a row for baseball tournaments in Blanchard. The house was perfect for our needs Grandpa, Grandma, mom, dad, 11 year old and 7 year old. It is more cost effective and relaxing than staying in a hotel. effective than stayinging

Perfect Place to Celebrate Thanksgiving

We stayed here with my family to celebrate Thanksgiving. I was so thrilled to see a completely stocked kitchen and the large dining room table. The house had everything we needed for all the cooking we needed to do. We may be traveling here next year for Thanksgiving and i would definitely stay here again.

Great place away from the big cities

We were in town for an OU game and to visit our student there. We've stayed in Norman, Oklahoma City, Moore, and now New Castle. This is about the same distance as Oklahoma City, but further than Moore. However, the drive is way easier and we'd elect this area again. This was our 1st experience with a VRBO that wasn't a "vacation spot". It's exactly what you'd expect. A 3 bedroom home in a subdivision. It was very clean and well maintained with a fully supply of everything you need for your stay. There's even a storm shelter in the garage floor in you're visiting in the tornado season. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and sheets. Even 2 small fans if you want those for sleeping. Plenty of couch space in the living room for everyone. Before you go shopping for food and coffee stop by and see what's already there. You might find it there already. I found checkout to be easier with fewer "things to do before you leave" than other places we've stayed. The only complaint is there is almost zero usable water pressure, particularly in the main shower. Even with the shower head on a hard/massage spray you might get the shampoo washed out after several minutes. We would stay again without question, however.

3-week summer stay with family

This home worked great for us. We stay in Newcastle for several weeks each summer to spend time with my wifeā€™s parents. We need at least three bedrooms for everyone to sleep, plus a space for my wife to work during the week. We also want to be as close to my wifeā€™s parents as possible. Smokeyā€™s home fit the bill on all fronts (my wife ended up working from a reasonably sized walk-in closet in the master bedroom). The home was clean, well-prepared for us, and easy to live in. The home was stocked with some supplies that made our stay easy (like laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc.). It had all the dishes, cookware, and appliances that we needed for our long stay. Smokey was communicative before checkin and throughout our stay. The home has a small back yard and patio that is probably nice during other times of the year; we didnā€™t spend much time out there because the summer heat was in full force (and because we spent a lot of our afternoon/evening time with my wifeā€™s parents). Unlike one place we stayed in a previous year, this home has a garage that you can use, which is great. The smart TV is reasonably easy to use. We logged into our own Disney, Netflix, etc. accounts and it all worked smoothly. In short, it was a nice little home away from home for us this summer, and weā€™d definitely stay there again.
