Good convenient location

We stayed two nights there. There was a hiccup in check-in process that owner wasn't present when we were already there at the building. We called and waited perhaps 15 min. Communication was not great, left messages but no return of calls. Cooking wares are old with scraped surface coating. Positive side is the big bath tub. Bedding was good. AC portable was annoyingly noisy and you must leave the window open for the exhaust and collect water in a bin. We reserved forn3 people but towels provided were only for 2 people...

Zentrale Wohnung in tollem industriellen Design

Tolle Wohnung in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Part-Dieu, die alles nötige in der Umgebung bietet um einen praktischen und komfortablen Aufenthalt zu geniessen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Strasse und trotzdem sehr gut angebunden war. Eine problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

Un Week-end

Petit week-end appartement très convenable. ( dame à l’accueil très agréable et souriante).Point négatif; beaucoup de bruit en face ( résidence étudiant ou autre), étant en rdc les entrées et sorties sont bruyante, très gros vis-à-vis et appartement un peu sombre.

Great little apartment

We stayed two weeks and found the place to be clean and well maintained. There was a lot of construction noise (across the street) during our stay. Marc was prompt and helpful and the place is very convenient to neighborhood shops as well as the main Lyon transit lines (tram, bus, train)

Fijne accommodatie op een heerlijke plek

Overall een fijne locatie. Goed verzorgd, had alles wat je nodig hebt. De woning was voorzien van een airco die de hitte dragelijk maakte. Echter voor een hele kleine dreumes is het wat onveilig met die trappen. Locatie is mooi, alles bij de hand. Kortom heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Comfortable and great location

The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. The apartment was very comfortable and within walking distance to metro, tram and buses. The whole city was very welcoming and easy to get around. Walking distance from the train station.

It is an ok cave.

The apartment is at street level noisy, there is a contruccion in front of the apartment that create a lot of noise and dust. If you close the windows there is no ventilation and the air conditioning is a portable one, then you have to leave the window open for the hot air to come out. Location is very good. It is walking 10 min to Part Dieu train station.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans ce joli loft pour visiter Lyon en famille ( parents et 2 enfants). Le logement est très bien situé, à 2 pas des transports en commun (bus, tram, métro), ce qui permet d'être rapidement au centre de Lyon. Boulangerie, supermarché à proximité,...grand centre commercial avec des dizaines magasins accessibles à pied. Logement aménagé avec goût, très propre, bien équipé (télé, internet, machine à laver la vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, livres, peintures à l'huile...) Accueil simple et parfait.

Un pied à terre idéal pour sillonner Lyon dans toutes les directions.

Idéalement situé, à proximité des transports en commun. Facile d'accès (gare proche et rue à stationnement gratuit). Un nid douillet équipé tout confort. Un propriétaire gentil et disponible. Ce fût pur nous un nid charmant à partir duquel on a pu découvrir Lyon sans sortir de ses murs, à pied (halles, parc de la tête d'or) ou en utilisant les tram, bus et métro.

UN JOLI LOFT BIEN SITUÉ

La location se situe entre le loft et l'appartement et est très bien conçue et très bien décoré. Elle est bien équipée et très propre. La copropriété est très calme ainsi que la rue (une des rares du quartier où l'on peut encore se garer gratuitement). Toutes les commodités sont à proximité: gare et centre commercial Part-Dieu, tram, bus et métro pour aller vers le Vieux Lyon, parc de la Tête dOr, restos et bars à 2 pas. Le propriétaire est sérieux et sympathique, je conseille cette location sans aucune hésitation.

Cute with all the comforts of home

Loved our stay in this very cute apartment! Modern decor and appliances, very clean. Great grocery store right around the corner which made it very convenient. Close to many things by car, especially the Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse which we visited every day!

Great location, comfortable apartment

We are a family of four with two grown kids and enjoyed our stay. the location was very good, close to subway, market, shops, and a short bus ride or a 10-15 walk to the center of lyon. Communication with Franck before and during our stay was great and he greeted us as planned when we arrived from the airport.
