Located in the center of the business district Part God, this furnished and equipped apartment of 43 m2 with balcony can accommodate 4 people. 1st floor with lift, this furnished apartment has an entrance with closet, a spacious living room with a sofa bed of 140 cm and French doors opening onto the balcony, a kitchen with bar and table for 4, a separate bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, a bathroom with tub and toilet. Parking space in the basement on demand.
The apartment is only 8 minutes walk from the station Part Dieu, business and training center, in a quiet street perpendicular to the Vivier Merle Avenue.

Cecile (host) was excellent. Communication was promp and clear..She povided excellent detail in every aspect. The apartment was excellent. Impeccably clean and exactly as described. Kitchen was remarkably well equipped with everything provided for an extended stay. Modern styling and conveniences added to overall comfort Location was perfect for me. I was taking day trips by train and a short walk to the train station made daily trips convenient and easy. I will definitely stay here again.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement qui est à proximité des transports en commun et du centre commercial de la part dieu. Nous avions loué la place de parking en sous-sol où nous avons laissé la voiture toute la semaine. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Cécile, merci et à une prochaine fois sur Lyon. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

très contents de notre séjour a Lyon dans cet appartement en plein centre avec tout le confort, et le professionnalisme de notre logeuse qui est au petit soin pour ses clients. nous relouerons surement sans hésiter lors d'un nouveau séjour a Lyon Mme ROLLY

Appartement agreable : avons aprevié balcon et garage. Situation ideale pour nous. Rques: le salon avait un radiateur en panne: réparé en cour de sejour. Lampes : salle de bains et chambre beaucoup trop bas. Pour le reste , appartement confortable , bien équipé. JP METZGER
