この美しいペントハウスは、フンシャルの主要な観光地の中心部にある海沿い（50メートル先）にあります。 建物の最上階に位置するため、素晴らしい海/山の景色とプライベートな環境で巨大な屋外エリアを楽しむことができます。
4階（2つのエレベーター付き）にあるこの125 m2のアパートメントは、1〜2組のカップル、友人グループ、または子供連れの家族に最適です。 2つのシングルロングベッド（92 x 200cm）のある寝室、クイーンサイズベッド（180 x 200cm）のある2つの寝室、2つの完全なバスルーム、6つのディナーテーブルのあるリビングルーム、設備の整ったキッチン（食器洗い機、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、トースター、ケトル、コーヒーメーカー、台所用品）、小さなランドリーエリア（洗濯機、回転式乾燥機）。
すべてのリネンとタオルが提供されます。
無料のWiFiと2つの専用駐車スペースがあります。
アパート全体で利用可能なエアコンと暖房システム。
外側のエリアには約50㎡あり、1つのソファとコーヒーテーブル、2つのサンベッド、パラソル、2つの椅子のある小さなテーブルが備わっています。 また、自然と常に接することが重要であると考えているため、私たちはいくつかの天然植物も置きました。

We had a 8 night, Lovely stay with air conditioning, fast wifi and full kitchen. There is a small open air mall across the street from the front door with a nice grocery store. cute coffee shop also across the street. Secure and safe underground parking. Nice view from the huge balcony. The owner was quick to respond when we locked our keys inside the condo .. and the problem was fixed quickly. (Thanks to Monica for dropping everything and saving us ).

Ein weiterer wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem toll gelegenen Appartment und haben den Urlaub erneut genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön groß mit einer wunderbaren Dachterrasse. Supermarkt und viele sehr gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr praktisch ist zudem ein Garagenstellplatz. Klare Empfehlung - wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht.

Perfektes Apartment!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im RodaMar Penthouse. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die Lage gegenüber vom Einkaufszentrum ist perfekt, so konnten wir zu Fuß zum Supermarkt zum Einkaufen gehen. Der Check in mit Claudia klappte einwandfrei und das Apartment war sehr sauber. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank!

Gorgeous well appointed property

Everything you could want in a self catering property even including stock pantry items such as condiments, herbs, oil, balsamic, dishwasher cubes, washing powder, pegs etc Very comfortable with great views. On the lower ground floor of the Forum shopping Centre directly behind the apartment was a well stocked supermarket. One of the sun beds was held together with gaffer tape and broke again. Apparently replacement is on order. Claudia is obviously very busy, but always responded to my queries. A Wonderful find!

Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig und war hervorragend sauber. Die Lage gegenüber dem Forum Madeira mit großem Supermarkt und vielen netten und guten Restaurants in der Nähe ist optimal. Klare Empfehlung.

great views

We have stayed in 2 apartments close to Rodamar and 2 other apartments in Rodamar and this is by far the best. It is quiet and spacious. Yet, the greatest parts are the balcony and the view. With spectacular skies, over the ocen, at just about dinner time, every night was a different view. The views of the hills to the north and all the lights sparkling rivalled those of the ocean. We hope to return.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location

Very comfortable, spacious property near large shopping centre with supermarket, some great local restaurants and on a very frequent bus route into town. Oh - the views from this top floor apartment are great.

Ideal Apartment

Immaculately clean and equipped, this very comfortable apartment was ideal for our 4 week stay in Funchal. It is close to excellent restaurants and shops , is quiet and has great sea and mountain views. In addition Claudia and Manuel were excellent hosts - friendly and responsive. All-in-all, we couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Loved everything about our stay

So many amazing things to say about this property, I'm not sure where to start. It's perfect. From the care Claudia took of us (she went above and beyond as a host), to the breathtaking wraparound balcony views of the ocean and mountains, to the lovely rooms and homely feel.... it was all fabulous. The location is also great, and particularly convenient if you don't have a car as there are shops, restaurants and coastal walks a few minutes walk away, and a taxi rank just outside the apartment. We were three girls staying in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and there was plenty of room and everything was sparkling clean. The building also felt very safe and secure. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely like to return on my next visit!

A ovely Penthouse Apartment Overlooking the Ocean and Gardens

You can't get better than this apartment. All the facilities and benefits described in the overview are right on target and more...you have the caring eye of the co-host, Claudia, and even the owner, Manuel, who was not in town at the time, took very good care of us. They are replacing the sun umbrella used on the enormous wrap-around-the-apartment terrace, which will put all visitors in good stead to enjoy the peace and tranquility outside the apartment. We have stayed in many condos, suites, homes in our travels, and I must say RodaMar Penthouse tops our home-away-from-home experience. Enjoy! You are going to love this place!

Fabulous Holiday

Colin and I love Madeira and were looking forward to introducing my Mum and sister to the island. Because my mum is not able to walk great distances we looked for a property in the San Martino area. We were delighted with this property. The accommodation was first class. So much so that my mum stated she was not going home! The location was also ideal: a beautiful sea view, across the road from the Forum Madeira shopping centre, bus stops only metres away from the door and excellent restaurants all around. A fabulous holiday.

We're a friendly young couple who recently started receiving people from all over the world which has become also a way of life. We live 20minutes from the Penthouse apartment, and pretend to provide our guests with all the information and support they need to explore our island independently and outside the traditional tourist routes. We are friendly and helpful. We appreciate a simple life, quiet, country setting. We like being at home, deal with the land, enjoy the flowers, delight me with the baths of sun and sea, do levadas and when it´s possible we also love to travel. Our interests are organic farming, permaculture, sustainability, yoga and spirituality.
We start receiving guests in other property in the summer of 2014 and since then keep paying the same attention to the quality of every stay: each guest is special and we want all of them to feel like if they were the first ones.
We also intend to meet new people, exchange experiences, practice our English, be happy and most of all provide our future guests unforgettable holidays.

Our main goal? A suitcase full of good memories :)

Unique front sea views ,almost looks like you are on top of the sea due to the proximity :) huge balcony to have sun bath, or relaxing while you read a book. The apartment was recently all renovated, new furniture and modern decoration, it is located in a tourist area full of attractions although it looks like you are out of the city when you get at the 4 floor and only the intense blue of the sea.
