About this property

Nice 3 star apartment in the Aravis

We rent our apartment on the neck of the cross fry.
The apartment has been completely renovated this summer. The apartment has been rated 3 stars by the office furniture tourism.
For hikers our friends: the departure of the Beauregard plateau at the foot of the residence, the massive spreading the Sulens, Mount charvin, and all roads in the area are for you.
For our cycling friends: the neck of the Fry crosses the Col des Aravis, the colombière, bike path around the lake of Annecy and many other delight you. (Possibility of having a foot shop in the garage)

sporting events to come: the cyclo Grand Bo (road), the rock of the Alps (ATVs) and the trails KV

The apartment has a separate bedroom, shower room and separate WC
The kitchen is new with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave
The ski slopes are 3 minutes walk
A private garage is available as well as an outdoor parking space.
A cellar and a ski locker are included.

Bon séjour

Bel appartement très calme et agréable vue. Il faudrait bien préciser que le ménage n'est pas compris et qu'il faut le faire à fond pour ne pas avoir de problèmes.

Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen völlig ausreichend. Alle notwendigen Küchengeräte sind vorhanden. Eine Garage steht zur Verfügung. Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge. Viele wunderschöne Bergwanderwege in der Nähe. Freundlicher Gastgeber und problemlose Kommunikation (Deutsch und Englisch).

Joli studio bien placé

Séjour très réussi par la proximité du plateau de Beauregard pour le ski de fond, le ski alpin et les balades. L’appartement est joliment décoré et bien équipé et avec une belle vue sur les montagnes.

Très bel endroit à Manigod

Appartement très agréable, résidence calme et très bien située près des départ de pistes de ski alpin et ski de rando, nombreuses balades à proximité immédiate. Navettes gratuites jusqu’à Thones ou la Clusaz. Communication au top avec les propriétaires, très bon accueil. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Très bon séjour, le logement est chaleureux, spacieux (a minima pour un couple) et très bien équipé. La situation est optimale pour profiter de la Croix Fry, du col des Aravis et de la Clusaz.
