Over all it was a very peaceful week , unfortunately Mother Nature was a cooperative as expected rain 2 days and rip currents all week but made the best of it Shopping and Dinning.

Lovely Getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! Greg was very communicative and helpful. The house itself is adorable. Lovely kitchen. We also enjoyed the porch. Perfect location; you can walk to the bay/playground, several restaurants and the beach.

Great stay at great location and great host

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and host made everything really easy. The property is in an ideal location close to ocean and to bay and to town and restaurants. The property is the bottom floor of a two story house and its backyard is connected to another house so you are sharing the backyard space with two other rental groups. Everyone has their own grill and table and even outdoor shower but raise it just for awareness as we were eating alongside other groups in the backyard. The place itself was clean and spacious and host was great so very happy.

Had an awesome vacation

I have 2 girls and we went on vacation the first time on our own - we had such a great time. The house is immaculate - walking distance from beach and bay. I highly recommend renting this this wonderful family. We are definitely going back next year. Thank you Greg and family..

Close to the beach. Clean. Do need to bring your own sheets and pillows. Communication was good and everything worked. Outdoor shower is a very nice touch.

cute little lavallette home

great little lavallette home. not very spacious but it is the perfect home for small families. the place is extremely clean. overall great experience with the owner. only mention is that there is no laundry in the house, you have to go to the laundromat which is about 15 minute walk or 3 min drive. affordable and would come again!

New Baby

My husband, myself & our daughter stayed at this beautiful house when we came home to visit our new great granddaughter. We are now living down south & couldn't wait to meet the new baby. The house was everything we anticipated & more. It was beautiful, spotless & had all necessary items. We enjoyed the house immensely as did our visiting relatives. Our host was kind, caring & very accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed 😊 K Steinig

Walk everywhere!

We had a great stay - house within close walking distance to town and ocean. A very short walk to bay (1 block) to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Greg the landlord was out of town but his dad (also Greg!) who lives a block away, made sure to check in that all was well and if we needed anything. He gave me his cellphone number but didn't need anything.

Nice apartment in a good location

The apartment is a little outdated and noisy (traffic right outside bedrooms) but comfortable and well equipped. It would have been nice to have linen available or at least for a small additional fee. A can opener was missing in the kitchen and darker blinds would have been preferred. We were welcomed by Greg and truly enjoyed our stay

Comfortable and familiar

This place was wonderful. I was here for about 6 weeks with my husband and two young boys. We stayed downstairs and the apartment is perfect, it feels like a home away from home. Greg and his wife were there to meet us and walk through when we got there, and were immediately accommodating, walking through with us and making sure everything was in order. It was clean and simple, with an awesome location. My toddler and baby were also comfortable, as it was a quiet, peaceful house with a layout that is easy to navigate and hang out together while still giving everyone privacy. Greg was available to us for any questions and concerns, and was super kind and easy to work with. We could not have had a better overall experience, and definitely look forward to a return trip next time we're in the area.

Great home and we will definitely return

We stayed at this property for the second year in a row. We liked it last year but loved it this year. The owners did a great job upgrading the home and you can tell they care. Also, we had a minor issue while we were there but the owner came to fix the issue immediately. We will definitely be back.

Great spot for family and fun

This house is in a great location. Everything was clean and modern and really felt like home. Greg and Greg sr were a pleasure rent from. I would defiantly recommend this house or one of there other beautiful houses to anyone.

Great vacation!

Property was just as listed! Everything was very clean and updated! We had such a great vacation and the owner did everything he could to make us feel at home! This whole experience was a pleasure and we look forward to renting again next year! I would HIGHLY recommend this property or anything else he owns to my friends and family! A+++

My husband and I love the beach. He grew up spending every summer in Lavallette. His grandparents, and now parents live there. Our 3 children, 2 now in college, are beach babies who grew up loving sand and sea shells. We want to share this wonderful slice of life with others and their families.

Lavallette is a wonderful shore town! It brings the best of the best when it comes to family time at the shore. This This home sits in the middle of it all. A stroll to the ocean beach or the bay beach, restaurants, ice cream parlors, piazza, or Italian ices shopping, tennis, bocci, yoga on the beach, its all here. You can park your car and just walk. evenings at the bay beach watching sunsets listening to live music on Sundays from the gazebo! its a wonderful experience.
