Large architect house - Goulien beach

Large wooden architect's house, composed of large volumes and half-levels, very bright and warm, with the decoration inspired by my trade and my travels. Three double bedrooms and a mezzanine with a sleeping possibility, ideal to welcome a family or a group of friends in a nature atmosphere. Heated by a unique mass stove in the center of the house, it is very comfortable even in winter.
Located near the beach of Goulien, in a green and quiet, with a large garden and a sunny terrace. It is 3 minutes by car from the shops, and ideally located at the barycentre of the local surf spots.

Great!

Was a fantastic place in a quiet area but convenient for Crozon, Camaret and the beach. Lots of areas to sit and relax. Agent is super attentive. Really enjoyed it.

Impressive house in a calm environment

This was a great week in an exceptional house. Located in a calm rural environment, the house impresses with modern wooden architecture and much space on different levels. Everything we needed was available. The friendly caretaker Eric le Brize gave us a lot of detailed informations and was very helpful throughout. This was a very good place to discover Crozon peninsula.

Bad luck with the weather, good luck with the flat

We had a great week in the very beautiful and special holiday home in Crozon. As the weather was not so good, we were even happier to have such a feel-good place where we could make ourselves really cosy. It was wonderful to light the fireplace, cook in the spacious kitchen and retreat to one of the many cosy corners to enjoy the peace and quiet. Éric, our host, was never there in person. He contacted us a few days before our arrival, sent photos of the arrival and details of the key handover and was always available via messenger for small questions during our stay. The house was not 100 per cent clean, a few of the appliances were a bit dated, but most of them were in top condition and of high quality. The house is really special, has character and we felt very comfortable and would definitely go there again.

Charming yet in dire need of cleaning

A very nice house, very pleasant and uncomplicated contact. For a 3 bedroom stay only one closet in one room is not enough (the rest occupied by other clothes). The cleanliness was an apparent negative vs. the price and expectations raised by the ad. Childrens socks under the cupboard, popcorn on the TV sofa, trash and other empty remnants to remove were a disappointment. We hope that our extra cleaning adder will be used properly prior to move-in of successors... It might be of value to remove all predecessor groceries in the fridge.

Küche war zufriedenstellend, für kleine Kinder wegen ungesicherter Treppen nicht geeignet. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar per whatsapp. Zimmer sauber , gute Betten. Sehr praktische Außendusche um den Sand vom Strand draußen zu lassen und Neos zu waschen. Gemütliche Wohnlandschaft. Liegen für Terrasse oder Wiese wären schön gewesen

u bent erg kritisch, de keukenkranen werken, ook al bevallen ze u niet, de douche is in het bad, zoals op de foto's, het fornuis is vrij hoogwaardig, maar het heeft een fabricagefout in de kleine oven, die tot op heden niet is opgelost ondanks de reparaties. Maar hij werkt verder perfect, en de grote oven ook. Het is vervelend om dit soort opmerkingen te ontvangen, u heeft bij iemand gelogeerd, voor een laag bedrag, en niet in een 5-sterrenhotel.

Un excellent séjour

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans la très jolie maison de Mr Schaar. La maison est idéalement située pour partir à la découverte du GR34 et des merveilles de la presqu'île de Crozon. La déco très personnelle de la maison et son ambiance nous font tout de suite nous sentir "comme à la maison". La magnifique terrasse entourée de nature nous a permis avec le soleil de profiter à fond des extérieurs. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le coin ciné avec le rétroprojecteur et home cinéma et la bibliothèque. Le seul petit bémol très personnel, des rideaux occultants aux fenêtres des chambres nous ont manqué pour prolonger un peu les grasses matinées. Encore merci pour tout !

Grandioses Haus

Sensationelles Holzhaus in toller Architektur. Super Lage in Fussreichweite zum Traumstrand von Kersiguenou. Perfekte Ausstattung mit wirklich allem, was man so braucht. Superschön eingerichtet und viele unterschiedliche Bereiche auf verschiedenen Ebenen zum chillen. Sehr schöner Kaminofen mit gemütlicher Sitzgruppe davor. Extrem ruhiges Umfeld und großer Garten mit schönen Sonnenterrassen. Perfekte, sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit unserem Ansprechpartner Eric. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Au calme.

Le calme règne en pleine nature. La maison est très agréable, et la plage est vraiment de toute beauté.(à 1/4 heure à pied) Seul bémol, le couchage un peu "rigide" ;-)

Super location, super plage, super maison !

Tout est dit dans le titre. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette maison. A Home away from Home. Un chemin vous amène à la plage en 10 minutes. Le poêle de masse est génial, et chauffe parfaitement toute la maison en une seule flambée. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Et il y a même un HomeCinéma, pour les journées pluvieuses.

Très décevant

Cette maison semble attractive mais n'est pas entretenue: jardin tout juste defriché à notre arrivée, plusieurs vitres cassées, odeur de renfermé, confitures moisies dans le frigo, literie vétuste et inconfortable, draps loués roulés en boule sur les lits, chambres sans volet ou rideau occultant, velux cassé. Nous sommes partis dès 9h30 le lendemain matin. Le litige avec le propriétaire a été compliqué à résoudre - il a considéré que nous étions "pointilleux"- et de manière tout à fait déséquilibré par rapport à la situation: nous avons obtenu un remboursement seulement pour 2 nuits et avons donc dû en régler 3 alors que la station était vide à cette période. Dommage de ne pas mieux considérer ses locataires et leur confort, il y a tout de même quelques standards d'accueil à respecter, d'autant que la maison a du potentiel.

Bonjour, location extrêmement problématique ... Le soir de votre arrivée, vous m'appellez 10 fois à 23h45 pour me dire que vous ne pouvez pas dormir, que les lits sont trop petits : ils font 140 x 190 cm, comme indiqué sur l'annonce. Vous souhaitez partir sur le champ et être intégralement remboursée immédiatement. C'est un peu facile : on ne trouve pas des locataires en claquant des doigts. Pour le reste, vous pouvez inventer ce que vous voulez : les plusieurs vitres cassées , par exemple ; une vitre a pris un plomb de chasse effectivement, elle est félée mais étanche et il faut plus de 5 mn pour la changer. Et tout le reste est faux, et particulièrement irrespectueux. Vous cherchez à justifier votre comportement en trouvant des prétextes. Je suis consterné et affligé de A à Z.

Tolles Haus, sehr netter Kontakt

Das Haus ist sehr individuell eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen- Sofas und Betten könnten mal erneuert werden. Eric, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar.

Soweit ganz gut, fĂĽr kleine Kinder jedich eher ungeeignet

Wir ( zwei kleine Familien, insgesamt 4 Erwachsene, ein Säugling und ein Einjähriger) zogen für 4 Wochen in das Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Herr Le Briz, dem Hausverwalter, war super und sehr unkompliziert. Er stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet mit einem mehrebigen (!) Wohn-und Kochbereich, einem Bad und 3 kleineren Zimmern mit je einem französischen Doppelbett (1,40m), es gab auch ein extra Klo (leider aber ohne Fenster). Dieses offene Konzept ist für Kinder, die das Krabbeln oder Laufen entdeckt haben jedoch recht gefährlich, auch weil die Treppen keine Begrenzung hatten und das Geländer auf der Empore aus Drahtseilen bestand. Viele Dinge, sind gemütlich gestaltet gewesen, so z.B. die Lese- und Filme Ecke mit Beamer und tollen Grafic Novels. Und auch am Kamin konnte man gemütlich den Abend verbringen. Auch bei miesem Wetter ist das Haus wunderbar hell. Das Highlight der Küche war für uns der super Gasherd, mit dem das Kochen richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Das Holzhaus braucht jedoch wieder etwas mehr Zuwendung und Inventur. Hier ein paar Beispiele: Von fünf Türen haben sich drei so verzogen, dass sie entweder nicht mehr im Schloss hielten oder sich gar nicht mehr schließen ließen. Einige Stellen der tollen Sonnentrasse sind morsch (da konnten wir die Kinder leider nicht gefahrlos krabbeln lassen). Das Haus ist für bis zu 6 Personen ausgelegt, es gab aber nur 5 große Tassen oder 4 Buttermesser und tiefe Teller... An sich hätten wir uns etwas mehr willkommen geheißen gefühlt, wenn z.B. beim großen Garten z.B. Rasen gemäht wäre oder die Fenster, durch die man zwangsläufig immer schaut (z.B. an der Küche) geputzt gewesen wären. Zudem waren alle Küchenschränke bereits voll, ein Fach für unsere Lebensmittel wären toll gewesen. Auf der anderen Seite gab es in der Küche alles was man brauchte, vom Pürierstab bis zur Salatschleuder war sie gut ausgestattet. Das Haus lag sehr ruhig im Grünen (da begenet man auch mal einem Fasan oder Nagetier) und für uns Surfbegeisterte wunderbar zentral, sodass man es nie weit zu den Spots hatte. Kerlo'ch war nur ein katzensprung mit dem Auto entfernt und Goulien war in ca 15min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Neo-Waschen eignete sich auch gut die Außendusche. Unser Fazit: Ein helles uns großzügiges Haus im Grünen, das für Familien mit kleinen Kindern jedoch eher ungeeignet ist.

Das Haus stimmt mit den Fotos überein, die davon gemacht werden, keine Überraschung also auf der Innenausstattung, und daher setzen Sie drei Sterne, weil Sie das Gefühl haben, dass es nicht kleinen Kindern entspricht, ist streng, da Sie dieses Haus ursprünglich wissentlich gewählt haben.

Escapade charmante

La maison a été à la hauteur de nos attentes : super cosy et agréable. Cuisine bien équipée et spacieuse, très bien adaptée pour 5. Poêle à bois au top pour les journées de février, 2 salons très confortables, coin rétroprojecteur spacieux et Idéal pour le groupe, sans compter la terrasse abritée du vent sur laquelle nous avons pris plaisir à profiter du soleil de février. Lits 140, l’un des 2 grince un peu, seul mini défaut d’un séjour sinon sans faute. Plage à 5 mn en voiture, 20mn à pied par la route, chemins trop boueux en cette saison pour les raccourcis. Quelle beauté une fois arrivés : grandes plages ultra Sauvages et préservées. Sublime vue. Que la nature. Peu de monde, pas de construction, un régal. Crozon bien équipé en commerces. Et pour finir notre hôte Eric, d’une très grande réactivité. Un séjour au top et une parenthèse ultra agréable dans notre quotidien trop confiné. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir !
