Welcome to your newly renovated condo in the heart of Olde Naples! Just ONE BLOCK to the beautiful Naples beaches and all of the shops and dining on 3rd Street! Your first floor condo suite is ideally situated just steps from the oversized heated pool. And with large windows you can let that warm Florida sunshine in. The studio also has a designated parking space, common laundry, kitchen, bathroom, dining table, king size bed, pull out single trundle bed and can sleep up to 3 people.

Your condo suite is just one block to the famous Naples Pier, the white sandy beach, and all of the dining and shops on 3rd Street in Olde Naples.

The first floor, light, bright corner suite is ideally situated just steps from large, heated pool. It has a king size bed with a dreamy mattress, a single twin trundle bed, brand new flooring, quartz countertops, new cabinets & all of the essentials needed for a wonderful vacation.

We are Naples residents & pride ourselves on always pleasing our guests!

This is a very nice condo. It is an efficiency but it is very spacious. There is plenty of room to move around, there are chairs for relaxin, and there is a full kitchen and table/chairs area. Great amenities, the welcome gift was very nice, and everything is freshly decorated. We would definitely stay at this condo again

The hosts were so helpful with the check in process! Everything was clean and tidy when you walked in. I liked the book of things to do around Naples and specifics about checking in and wifi, etc! The area around the building was safe, easy to walk everywhere, and the beach is a minute walk!

The condo was very beautiful just like the pictures! It was nicely appointed. Very, very clean! In a great part of town with restaurants and shops within a short walk. Literally 200 steps from the beach! Quiet area. Beautiful pool and plenty of chairs to enjoy some poolside sun. Had a wonderful conversation with the host whom I texted, but she phoned me. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Best of the best of Naples!

This studio apartment truly is the “best of the best of Naples!“. You’re steps from the pool, a block from the beach (a very easy walk), and a five minute walk to boutique shopping, restaurants, coffee, shops, etc. check in with seamless and communication with the owners was excellent, they were very responsive to questions we had about activities in the area. This was a great stay and we would highly recommend this facility.

An Absolute Gem!!

This condo was absolutely perfect—clean, cozy, and in the most ideal location! Just one block from the beautiful Naples beaches and all the amazing shops and restaurants on 3rd Street, it couldn’t have been more convenient. The condo was beautifully updated spotless, and modern. Being just steps from the large, heated pool was such a treat, and the designated parking spot and on-site laundry made our stay even easier. A true gem in Olde Naples—we can’t wait to return!

Delightful!

Has all the amenities you need - kitchen, pool access less than five steps away, restaurants and beaches near seconds away. Quiet and peaceful enough area. Very kind and communicative hosts! Would be more than happy to return.

Perfect get away

Very nice studio condo for being close to a great area in Naples. Love the location and this condo was very comfortable and the owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a couple. I loved the pool as well and it’s right outside the door. Just wish the weather would have been better. Will have to come again.

Great unit - fabulous location

I have stayed at the Mariner Hotel for many years the location is fabulous across the street from Naples pier and directly behind third Avenue The unit 127 was an oversized studio with a king size bed and full size futon couch ( the mattress was full size and not a “futon” matress). The room was immaculately clean the accessories and the essentials that were left for my use your very thoughtful and well planned for a traveller I was able to contact owner in minutes via email!! Would stay again😎😎👍☀️☀️

Perfect location! Clean, comfortable studio.

My wife and I stayed four nights in Old Naples. This studio unit was clean, comfortable with plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The location is perfect. Just a short 1/2 block walk to the beach. Third Street shopping and dining is two blocks to the east. My wife and I walked to 5th Avenue on two nights (nice 15-20 minute walk). The unit has two beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and beach bag. Also has full size refrigerator, oven, and microwave. The unit is a studio so space is a little tight in the kitchen and bathroom, but much nicer than a hotel room. The pool on property is very nice and clean. Really enjoyed the keypad entry. No need to carry a key. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Excellent stay

This was perfect for what we needed, a place close to the beach (one block, easy walk) and close to restaurants and shops (one block), comfortable bed and attentive hosts. Kimberly and Susie communicated thoroughly before and during our stay. We had a very minor issue that could have been left to address until after were gone but they showed up in a short time. Wine and chocolates for us upon arrival made us feel very welcome! Did I mention it was very clean? It was. Highly recommended.

When the opportunity to own a little piece of paradise right next to the beach came up, we were so excited! We spent several weeks redoing the 1966 condo, until we both felt it was time to share our hard work with you.
Kimberly, a Naples business owner, was originally from Massachusetts. She traded in her snow boots for flip flops 18 years ago. And never looked back. She enjoys real estate, yoga, and meeting new friends.
Sue, a Chicago native, also came to Naples 18 years ago and fell in love at first sight.
She loves the beach, working out, and making people smile.
She has a great husband, wonderful daughter, and a hilarious boxer dog. She loves spending time with them all.
