Esta es una casa de 2 dormitorios con vista directa y acceso a la playa (a 30 metros) de este pintoresco pueblo de peces del sur del Peloponeso, Grecia. Tiene un gran jardín, dos terrazas, una mirando hacia la montaña y la otra hacia la playa. Principalmente protegido del sol por los enormes eucaliptos, se mantiene fresco incluso en el momento más caluroso del día.

Cuenta con aire acondicionado, TV, TV vía satélite, internet, estacionamiento seguro y un gran jardín para niños.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble, los otros dos individuales. Dos sofás en la sala de estar pueden acomodar a dos personas más.

A poca distancia (3 minutos) del puerto deportivo del pueblo que está rodeado de restaurantes, pizzerías, cafeterías, parque infantil, hoteles y supermercados.

La playa es muy limpia, principalmente de arena o guijarros y no está superpoblada. Puedes caminar desde el estrecho de la terraza hasta la playa a través del pequeño parque de eucaliptos.

Prácticamente no necesita un automóvil para pasar unos días o semanas allí. Pero si tiene uno o un bote, las posibilidades de visitar grandes lugares alrededor del área son muchas. La antigua Olimpia está a 90 minutos, Koroni está a 15 minutos, la antigua Messini está a 45 minutos, el famoso Mani con Stoupa y las cuevas de Diros es un maravilloso viaje de un día.

El cercano aeropuerto de Kalamata (30 km) tiene conexiones con muchas ciudades europeas, como Londres, Manchester, Milán, Viena, Berlín, Múnich, Stuttgart, Roma, Copenhague, Ámsterdam, Estocolmo, etc. Se tarda 3 horas en conducir desde el aeropuerto de Atenas a Aghios Andreas y 2 horas y media a Patras, donde puede tomar el ferry a Italia o a las islas Jónicas.

It's a very nice place to stay. Near the beach and the shops. For us it feels like home. Everything you need is in the house. Rosemarie en Vasillis are very nice people. They are helping with everything you need.

We are a family of two adults and two teenagers and we've had a great stay here. Rosemary the owner was very generous with a lovely meal prepared for us on arrival. Beach towels and beach mats and chairs were provided for us along with parasols. The beach is so close and was very quiet when we were there which was great, along with a beach bar and the sea was so clear. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from in the village and we had lovely meals. The villa had everything we needed and lots to explore in the area. We hope to be back again.

2 wonderful weeks

We would like to say thank you for 2 wonderful weeks in Aghios Andreas. Everything was just right. Rosemarie is a perfect host who looked after us with care and warmth. It started with a delicious lunch when we arrived. She accompanied us via WhatsApp in two weeks with suggestions for things to do. Our questions were always answered quickly this way. The beach house is perfectly equipped with everything you wish for a pleasant stay; from kitchen equipment to the terrace with outdoor shower. Everything is there, even the beach bags are packed for everyone. The location of the beach house is excellent. It is just a few steps from the quiet and clean beach, which is still one of the most beautiful for us. Also it is perfect for excursions. Many attractions can be reached within 2 hours. We will come back definitely because we felt very comfortable and haven't seen everything yet.

A perfect place for relaxing holidays

Rosemarie is a very warm hearted perfect host. She welcomed us with a greek meal and wine. The beach house is located very close to the beach and is perfectly equipped with i.e. towels and kitchen tools. An extension of our stay was easily possible. A perfect place for relaxing holidays. Excellent !

Rosemarie a été une hôtesse incroyable. Communication extrêmement aisée, plat pour le diner et boissons fraîches à notre arrivée, huile d'olive "maison" à disposition, tout était vraiment parfait. La maison est tout à fait fonctionnelle et adaptée à une famille de 4. Rosemarie avait tout prévu : sacs de plage avec nattes, jouets pour les enfants, masques et tuba, savon, shampoings, cotons crème hydratante... vraiment tout était prévu ! Vivre face à la mer pendant ces 2 semaines a été une expérience très agréable. La plage est peu fréquentée et très agréable. Il y a d'autres plages magnifiques à proximité (nous avons adoré Zaga Beach) et des cascades avec vasques naturelles éblouissantes. Merci pour ce séjour mémorable !

beach life....

nice beachhouse at a quite beach: a laidback beach where mostly local people went swimming. they had set up a volleyball field on the beach right behind the house when we stayed, beachfun to the max :) the owner does her best to make everything to your liking, when internet seemed to fail for a moment her son was already in the car to fix it (and went back after we unplugged it for a while) She even makes sure the books in the house are in your language - that's what we call a pro host :) If you are this close to the beach you take those 5 minute swims , morning swims, evening swims when you come back from your daytrip..... quick dips, and, because the bay was mostly calm, long swims!

nice and single beach house

wonderful hosts, calm place; the house has everything you need for a convenient stay. sun or shadow as you want, restaurants ,little supermarkets and a bakery nearby. with a car not far to koroni,kalamata, costa navarino and ancient messene. we loved it for one week. thank you rosemary and vassilios.

Excellent hospitality in a wonderful environment

We would like to say "thank you very much!" to Rosemarie an Vassilios! We passed a wonderful time in their house at Agios Andreas. You can see the sea Mediterranean Sea from the windows of the living room and you have just to walk a few meters to reach the lovely beach where our whole family did a lot of swimming, beach volleyball and diving. Rosemarie and Vassilios had prepard everything for us - including the beach equipment and even a wonderful meal for our first lunch (Moussaka with Tsatziki - just a dream!) Agios Andreas with its bakery shops, its little supermarkets and its restaurants at the port gave us a really feeling of the life in Greece. But with the car, we had rent at Patras after doing the rest of the journey by train and by ferry, gave us the oppurtunity to visit nice places like Koroni, Vojdokila Beach, the nearer part of the Mani peninsula, the farmers market of Petalidi, the ancient Messene etc.

Perfect location

The house is very close to the beach. The beach is mainly visited by the Greek. Beach chairs, umbrellas, airbed, beachgames etc. it's all available in the house. Rosemarie is a very friendly owner. She's caring and very helpful. We had a great vacation and enjoyed the home very much.

Wunderbares Strandhaus

Die lieben Eigentümer Rosemarie und ihr Ehemann Vassilios haben schon vor der Reise den Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen, es sind perfekte Gastgeber, äußerst zuvorkommend und super nett . Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dorfzentrum mit kleinen Supermärkten, Bäcker, Metzger und Restaurants - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive neuer Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Agios Andreas ist ein netter Ort, der sich auch sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aller Art eignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

The best Place to be.....

Rosmarie and Vassilis Beach house....for us the best place to stay at peleponnes! 50m away from the Beach....100m away from Agios Andreas little harbour..and even in wintertime: Agios Andreas is not "dead"....open restaurants, supermarkt , butcher , bakery ,Coffeeshop...everything there, to feel comfortable. The House: spotless cleaned, if you want shade or sun...both possible at the two terraces around....fully equiped kitchen, smart tv, fast Internet (wifi with the "houserouter" !)....two Bedroom with double and single Bed....everything very comfortable! Rosmarie and Vassilis.....they care optimal for their guest!!!..Not only Maps, personally written "what to do around".....via Whatsapp or Phone....you can ask what ever you want, what ever you need.......they will make it possible !!!! Thank you so much !! And for shure: we will see you both......and your lovely beachhause again!!!

Magnifique séjour !

Que choses positives sur notre séjour ! Rosemarie et son mari sont aux petits soins pour vous. Location très bien située en bord de plage pour un bain le matin et visiter ensuite, douche extérieure très appréciable, vue sur la mer de la terrasse. Tout est bien équipé de la salle de bain à la cuisine, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et on apprécie la climatisation la nuit. Dès notre arrivée le sac de plage était prêt ainsi que de quoi manger le midi et pour le petit-déjeuner le lendemain, tout pour vous libérer des courses le premier jour, génial !! Bref, une maison vraiment à recommander ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes, nous garderons un très bon souvenir !

Petite maison simple mais très confortable, idéale pour une petite famille avec 2 enfants. Accès direct à la plage et notamment au petit bar de plage "Mammakita" où vous serez très bien accueillis. L'accueil par Rosemarie a été fantastique, Charmante, souriante, avec le soucis permanent du bien-être de ses hôtes. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Auch im Winter ein Träumchen...

Wir sind dem deutschen Winter entflohen und haben von November bis Mitte Januar im Strandhaus von Agios Andreas gelebt. Aufgrund der schönen Lage direkt am Meer und nicht zuletzt den vielen sehr positiven Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Strandhaus entschieden. Schon vor der Reise hat die liebe Eigentümerin Rosemarie und ihr Ehemann den Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und die Kommunikation war stets perfekt und super freundlich! Wir haben uns schnell in das Haus verliebt und sind auch im Dezember noch regelmäßig ins 18° warme Wasser gehüpft. Die Lage ist super, wie gesagt direkt am Strand und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dorfzentrum mit Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants und Einkaufsladen - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses tolle Haus an diesem tollen Ort in Griechenland entscheiden. :)

villa bien équipée en bord de plage : nous recommandons

Excellent séjour dans cette villa bien équipée à juste quelques mètres d'une plage de sable et galets où on peut nager très facilement. Le descriptif est conforme à l'annonce. Même en septembre nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans le salon qui permet de bien rafraîchir toute la villa. Des moustiquaires récentes sont installées à toutes les fenêtres. La grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer est très appréciable pour tous les repas. La voiture peut-être garée sur la pelouse de la propriété ou devant sous les eucalyptus. La propreté du logement est excellente. Le linge de maison laissé est suffisant pour 15 jours par exemple. Inutile de charger les valises. Et surtout l'accueil et la gentillesse de Rose Marie et de son époux sont remarquables. Pour les français Rose Marie parle vraiment très bien français ce qui facilite les échanges. Nous avons eu à notre arrivée plein de petites attentions sur le plan gastronomique qui nous ont été très agréables. Les placards de la salle de bain et de la cuisine sont déjà remplis de pas mal de choses. Le nécessaire est fourni pour aller à la plage aussi. Rose Marie est de bon conseil sur les excursions à faire et les restaurants à fréquenter. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour la qualité de leur accueil dans cette villa bien située pour découvrir une partie du Péloponnèse.

Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern - dieses war am besten ausgestattet inkl. neuer Fenster mit Fliegengitter. Lage sehr schön - nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Vermieterin äußerst zuvorkommend und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Excellent Stay

We were met by Rose Marie who was beyond helpful in every way. The villa was spotless and nicely done. The beach is 20m from the rear gate, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the bakers 150m. We loved our stay here and this was made better by the owners attentiveness to us enjoying ourselves. If you love a beach on your door step this is the place to be. Food is very very reasonable and much variety. I would come back in a heartbeat. Book early as this place is a gem! Richard, Lisa & Amelie

Perfect accommodation, perfect location, perfect hosts

We think this is the best holiday accommodation we’ve rented over many years and in many countries. Not only was the house clean and tidy, it it was extremely well-equipped. Rosemarie and Vassilis go further, though - the kitchen cupboards were full of goodies so that we didn’t have to go shopping for essentials - coffee and tea in cupboard, honey, oil and olives; beer and wine in the fridge, bathroom well stocked with towels and all needs, there were even beach towels - little chairs and sun umbrella for the beach, too. And it is perfectly located beside the village of Aghios Andreas - and the sandy beach and blue, warm sea are just yards away. Thank you for being excellent hosts - it was a real pleasure to stay in the house and to meet you both. Your Oxford Friends!

Wonderful stay

Our family if five had a superb stay in Agios Andreas. As per other reviews the, the relaxed village ,restaurants, marina and ample options for sightseeing make it a great location for visiting Messsini. The cool/cost villa is ideal for a peaceful stay, with everything you need. It is 45 seconds walk to the beach and sea looking across the bay over to the brooding massifs of the Mani peninsula. However it is Rosemarie and Vasillios who bring the stay up to another level, with their hospitality, and attention to their guests. We had a fine stay. Recommended.

Paradise!

My family and I loved this comfortable house which is ideally located on a beautiful beach. There are great tavernas by the marina, and lots of places to visit nearby. The owners were very kind and thoughtful, and we really appreciated the gifts that they left us. We would love to return, and maybe next time we'll make it to ancient Messini. Thank you so much Rosemarie and Vassilios!

We are a retired couple who have traveled all over the world during our working life. We have friends from around the globe and enjoy meeting people from different countries.
In addition to Greek we also speak English, French and Italian. We enjoy boating, trekking (we belong to a local international trekking group), the arts and travelling.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This was our summer house for 18 years and we have lots of wonderful memories of our time in Aghios Andreas in the company of our children. It was a great place to spend our holidays and we think you will enjoy it too.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

At the edge of the village, yet only 3 minute walk to the marina, shops and restaurants. It has privacy because there are empty lots of land to the villa's right and left side, while the front of the house has a large garden and the back of the house overlooks a small eucalyptus forest and the beach, which is only 30 meters from the house and is accessible from the villa's back door.
