Spacious Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this three bedroom condo. It was a great layout for our family and only a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach (depending on the tide).

Amazing Views Day and Night

Great condo with plenty of room. Additional space right outside the sliding glass doors, with views and room for more friends and family. Look forward to a return visit.

Fantastic getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here on Fripp Island! We got to see tons of dolphins, we found seashells on the beach each morning and evening, and we even got to see the baby sea turtles make their way to the ocean! Such a great experience!

Great overall vacation

This has made our top two in locations since traveling to Fripp for the last 10 years. The location was great for the view and proximity to the beach. The overall process for reserving and checking in was as easy as it gets. Communication was also the best we have received so far. Overall it was a perfect vacation and we will be looking to stay here again.

Family vacation

We had a great time at New Haven! There are some ups and some downs! Things to know: it is a shared patio walk area. We were between a large group staying in units on either side of us and they were constantly walking by and in two instances purposely peeping in the sliding glass door. So if you like privacy… kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need for cooking. Beds aren’t great in my opinion but could be worse. Pillows are not good may be time to upgrade those. There are a few beach items/chairs available. Yes dolphins swim right by the condo! View cannot be beat! There is beach access at the condos at low tide otherwise you have to golf cart it to another access point. Amenity cards.. we golfed and used the pool twice so we used them otherwise we did not need them. We cooked and only ate off island (Beedos breakfast is a must). Hunting island is right there so go! Other things to know about the condo; parking car second left spot (more room) cart parking use other spot. communication was fine, we didn’t really need anything while we were there. Shower pressure not the best but to be expected. The condo is just a comfortable to be in. The decor obviously is not hotel chic but honestly made it feel like home! Overall a great place to stay.

Spectacular

It was our first time on Fripp Island. The condo was clean, comfortable, and with great views. We saw dolphins almost everyday. The island is so laid back. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We would love to come back.

An amazing view!!

Amazing view, saw porpoises every day! Was there for golf outing, golf club right across the street, so convenient!! We had everything we needed. Only thing the condo does need some updating.

Awesome views!

What wonderful views! My friends and I enjoyed our stay here and we want to come back! Booking and communication with the owner was fast and easy. The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We prepare most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that needed. We are looking forward to returning!

Relaxing vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was wonderful in answering all of our questions and communicated promptly throughout our stay. Most vacation rentals have uncomfortable beds but not this one! We slept great! We enjoyed beautiful views from both the master bedroom and the living areas. Fripp Island is lots of fun and we will certainly return.

Great Vacation!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Baverman’s condo! It was our first time staying with them, and, certainly hope that it won’t be the last!!!!! We love this area of the island. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and well appointed. I always bring my own plastic containers for leftovers though, as no one ever has any 😂😂😂. Everything else you could imagine was there though. There were only 2 of us, but, plenty of room if you have 6. It was also very clean. Plenty of chairs for sitting outdoors on the balcony. I would advise bringing bug spray though, as we were bitten often. Just a suggestion. The sun rises were fabulous! I got beautiful photos. Very peaceful sitting out at night. It wasn’t noisy, as this was our first time in a condo here. We are normally in a house. Assigned parking is very convenient to the condo, just down the steps right under the condo. Enough space to park your golf cart as well. Right across the street from a nice little restaurant for breakfast and lunch as well as a beautiful golf course! We sure hated to leave and can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the Baverman’s fir a very enjoyable and much needed vacation!

Best Spot on the Island

The most spectacular sunrises right off the deck! The views from the condo are amazing. Walk to the beach, Ocean Point pool, and Ocean Point Grill for breakfast. Best spot on the island.

Sunrise and Dolphins- Condo stay!

You can not beat being able to wake up every morning and watch the sunrise from bed (or while you make your morning coffee in the kitchen or from one of the 2 living rooms or stepping out the back door!) And also being able to watch dolphins swim at the same time was surreal! They swam outside the condo all day one of the days! The condo itself is very spacious! The kitchens spacious and has everything you need. It’s very comfortable living quarters! It was very peaceful looking out at the ocean while you go about your day. I highly recommend staying here!! Enjoyed our stay to a degree!

We enjoyed our stay to a degree. Their was no beach access really, so you had to drive to find a good one however it did have a beautiful view and we got to see dolphins in the mornings. If you like being near a golf course then this is perfect but if your wanting more beach then no. Owner came into our room several times while down asking questions and having maintenance done while we were there. Bathrooms could use an update as well as fix screen door and put one on the other sliding door. I wouldn’t recommend staying while the owners are down at all, if you don’t want someone in your condo constantly. Parking is down stairs and you gotta walk up and down them or others at front in order to unload luggage or use the ramp they have there. The condo itself was very roomy which was nice for our group. Their was a really nice pool near us which was great if you wanted to swim. You can’t fish from condo unless you go find a beach access. You don’t get any signal hardly in condo, so you had to go outside mostly to make phone calls etc.
