July and August are week long stays starting and ending on Saturdays.

I want to address the BC new legislation on short term rentals. Oliver has opted out and we have a Temporary use permit that allows us to be a legal short term rental business. The renewal date is Dec 2026.

The location of this home isn't all that will dazzle you...This gorgeous home has (8)Eight SPACIOUS BEDROOMS, beautifully decorated, luxurious pillow top mattresses and fine quality linens for your utmost in comfort. There are 2 King size beds, 5 Queen size, and one room with 2 twin size beds. The master suite is a home within itself; A dual headed shower, makeup area, dual sinks, heated flooring, massive walk in closet, separate toilet area and a soaker tub that allows you to gaze at the stars through its grand window overlooking the lake.

The MAIN FLOOR offers a massive gourmet kitchen fully stocked with all amenities for everything you’ll need to prepare and serve a nice dinner. A great table set for 16 with a large picture window at one end looking out over the lake will be a perfect way to connect with your friends and family. If you prefer to grill outdoors, the large outdoor BBQ and patio furniture await your use on the patio overlooking the lake. A second fridge/freezer and full size oven add additional convenience.

THE GREAT ROOM adjacent to the kitchen is the ideal entertaining area. The fire place is wood burning. The 55" wall mounted television with Roku TV for your streaming pleasure can be viewed comfortably from the great room and the kitchen.

A large games room is on the upper floor with a Slate Pool Table, Foosball, and TV. With a large comfy sectional and chairs around for spectating.
If you prefer your outdoor sports we have a basketball hoop and large concrete patio at the side of the Manor and a large lawn for a lawn games. Or take out one of our kayaks, canoe or paddle board for a paddle around the lake.

VASEUX LAKE is 3 km long and is a non-motorized lake, only non motorized boats are permitted. Excellent fishing opportunities for large mouth bass, and rainbow trout await the end of your hook & your fry pan.

Family celebration

This property was perfect for our family group of 16, offering many activities on site, and cycling, wine-tasting and golf were enjoyed in the local area. Nicole was very responsive to any questions, The facilities were great and allowed for the family to spread out both inside and outside the house, and the bedrooms were all a good size. The shaded sitting area and A/C were much appreciated as in the first half of our stay the temp reached 40+ degrees. Great place to stay, highly recommend it.

Thanksgiving on the Lake

This is a beautiful large home in a simply stunning setting, and the large windows in the main living area are situated to captivate the ever changing beauty of Vasceux Lake and surrounding hills. It is well accommodated to suit a large group, with large outdoor and indoor areas, outfitted with games, boating equipment and hot tub. The kitchen is an amazing gathering and cooking area, extensively supplied and well organized. Our large family from 2 to 86 enjoyed our stay immensely!

May Long Weekend

We were so surprised when we showed up at how much the house had to offer. First of all, it was big enough that 11 of us didn’t feel like we were tripping over each other. Plenty of space. Secondly, the kitchen was well stocked with all you could need from preparing to serving. Lastly, the view is outstanding. We didn’t use all the things we discovered (like the BBQ) so we are going to go back next May. Nicole was a pleasure to communicate with and very responsive. Excited to go back.

Everything was awesome at the property. Tons of space to enjoy the beach and backyard. The only drawback was a late check-in and early checkout time that made our stay feel shorter than planned. Other than that, the property was fantastic.

Vaseux Lakeside manor house

The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way for our large group….Every room was huge! Kitchen had everything we needed and was very well stocked with dishes etc. The host also provided us with detailed instructions along with everything we needed to know about the house. Everyone had a wonderful time .. only complaint?….it wasn’t a long enough stay! Thank you Nicole!

Perfection!

The Lakeshore Manor was the perfect setting for our girls weekend! The home had everything you needed and more. Rooms were spacious and the outdoor space was unbelievable. Pictures do not do this property justice. We were blown away walking in. Nicole was accommodating and very responsive to any and all questions. I cannot recommend this property enough and hope to return one day!

Breathtaking!

This was the most amazing place to stay with our 15 family members. I can't begin to describe the views, the lake is amazing, the property is clean and so well maintained. The owners are fantastic, and communication was clear, quick and consice. There was nothing the host missed. I have recommended the Lake Shore Manor to a number of people already and will cintinue to do so. I would give this more stars if I could.

Family Celebration

Our stay at Lakeshore Manor was wonderful! The house was ideal for our family getaway with so many bedrooms and spacious common area. We loved that there were so many spaces to just hang out, visit, play games and eat. The kitchen was unbelievably well organized and stocked with everything imaginable. We were so pleased with all the extras that this place offered as well. Communication with the host was stellar and much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property and our married kids have suggested that we try to get a spot on their calendar in the summer :)

Ideal venue for a big group! Enormous kitchen with almost too much storage - so much that the owner has thoughtfully provided an illustrated book to help guests find kitchen items. You can easily cater for a large group here, plates and cutlery for 20, and all the serving dishes to go with that. Big BBQ area to add to the mix.The lake view draws all eyes to it, and the house itself provides plenty of shade in the heat of the day. It's calm and tranquil, and surprisingly private given proximity to neighbouring homes.If you want a bathroom for each bedroom, this isn't the place. Theres one shower downstairs, but it's not in the little powder room between the two main floor bedrooms. Upstairs, the master suite has its own bathroom, but the other five bedrooms share a single bathroom.Our group used this to host a corporate retreat. It was great for this purpose, with lots of group space to hold our planning sessions. The location is more private and scenic than a hotel, while being less expensive than 7-8 rooms plus meeting space. We brought and cooked our own meals, but it would also work perfectly for a caterer.

A gem on Lake Vaseux

Our arrival was perfect, it was a hot day and after several hours travel we arrived at an immaculately clean, tidy and cool air-conditioned home on the lake. The home was equipped with everything one could possibly need, from linens, cutlery and crockery., BBQing equipment and toys for the kids. The surroundings are exquisite, lake and landscape breathtaking, the sand beach right there, and the proximity to so many you notch wineries was an added bonus. There was ample space for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids, and eeryone had an amazing time. We are booking for next year again.

GOLFER GROUP/ FAMILY GATHERING....IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!!!

We were a golfers girl's group that stayed at this fantastic home. We were so close to two great golf courses (Nk'imp & Fairview Mtn) that we will be going back. Great views too. The private home is right on Vaseau Lake with a large grass area for kids to play and we enjoyed siting down on the beach having a bonfire and siping our wine after a hard day on the course. The rec room with three game's table was the source for many laughs one night. The best feature of this house is the kitchen (lots of dishes/glasses/cutlery, pots/pans, serving trays, two refridgerators, two ovens, spices, and the list goes on). It is so well equiped and the island is a great spot to 'help' with the meals. This house has set a new standard for us because each person had their own bedroom!! It doesn't get any better! Thank you.
