Calm Water Cove! Lakeside Family Home! 3 bedrooms, 3 bath, sleeps 10!

Perfect for vacations and family gatherings.

Calm Water Cove is located on MM 2 close to Bagnell Dam in Lake Ozark, MO in a quiet cove minutes from the strip. Less than ten minutes from restaurants, entertainment, shopping , mini golf and Go-Karts. Designed with families in mind. Four kayaks (one youth kayak), Lily pad, paddle boat and paddle boards, fireplace, WiFi and parking for three vehicles.

Large master bedroom with King size bed and pull out Queen Sleeper Sofa, sleeps 4. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom. Patio doors leads to a large balcony with a great view of the lake and seating for relaxing.

2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a patio door to the balcony.

3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and bunk beds, also located on the upper level. Sleeps 4.

A second bath/shower combo is located upstairs as well.

The main level has an open floor plan for entertaining, enjoy the fireplace and a 55” inch television. The dining room table seats 8 and a breakfast bar supplies additional seating. The kitchen has all new appliances, ample storage, and a large prep and serving area.

Laundry area has a front loading washer/dryer and is located on the main level. There is also an ironing board and iron if needed in the master closet.

Outside the French doors on the main level is a grill and patio seating for 6. The Martini deck, between the house and the dock, has additional seating and a large umbrella for shade option.

Calm Water Cove has three tiers of seating for your group to take advantage of the lake views!

Dock has 1-10x20 slip for your boat if needed (no lift). Boat ramp available across the main cove at Point Randall. On the dock there is a table for enjoying lunch, 4 kayaks (1 youth), float toys, Lily pad, life jackets, Paddle boards, and a paddle boat for relaxing and playing. The swim deck has 2 chaise lounges for sunning and Wet steps for ease in getting in and out of the Lake. Enjoy great fishing from the dock, swimming, and kayaking. Relax with a cold drink, feed the ducks, boat, fish, swim, and remember be safe and use the life jackets for you and the little ones!

Life Jackets are located in the dock box with a variety of sizes from child to XXL Adult.

Great time with our family we had all of our grandkids and kids. It was plenty to do with the kayaking, games, paddle board and the paddle boat. Everything was clean and just as promised, had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house on the lake in the Ozarks. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We spent so much time relaxing on the deck and taking in the peaceful lake views. Having kayaks and paddleboards available was a huge bonus—we had a blast getting out on the water! A perfect place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the Ozarks. Although we had to cut our trip short for a family emergency, we would absolutely stay here again. Don't miss this awesome lakehouse!

The house was amazing. Location was just like described. Jackie was amazing to deal with any questions I had prior to our arrival she answered promptly. I would recommend this house to any family with kids,looking for a quiet end of the cove location absolutely amazing.

This was a great house for our group of 8. Everything you needed for enjoying the lake from the dock was provided. The house was very clean and well equipped with all of the things needed such as towels, toiletries, kitchen had everything we needed, parking for 2 cars and a truck. Definitely would recommend if you enjoy the Lake Life!

Beautiful dock, plenty of space and three bathrooms made this a comfortable and relaxing stay. The dock had 3 kayaks, a child size kayak, swim mat, peddle boat, and 2 paddle boards. There is yard size connect 4 and cornhole in the shed. Our kids 5 and 9 had a blast.

We love this house for our family summer vacation. This year, we were there when a large storm hit - 70 mph wind gusts, a waterspout, and a microburst. We were fortunate that we only lost a few items due to the wind, along with a power outage. The loss of power also meant no water, since they're on a well. The host was amazing! She kept us updated on the power outage and offered assistance if we needed anything to get us through. We highly recommend this place for families with young kids who need a quiet cove to relax and swim.

What an amazing stay! Calm water cove well exceeded our expectation!!!! We spent the whole week there and we are already talking about next year! The host was very responsive and very helpful! The house was very clean! The kitchen had everything you would need! The kids loved the Lilly pad, kayaks, paddle boat and boards, and giant connect 4 game! The host even had full set ups for fishing just needed bait! We didnt have to leave the house for anything but groceries! Short distance to the strip, golf course and groceries! Absolutely amazing!

I spent way to much time cleaning so we could enjoy ourselves. I had 5 adult children with me and luckily no littles cause I would have wasted more of my time cleaning. It took away from our time. I got 3 days this year with them all together and you took that from us. Washed all the dishes before using after taking 5 coffee cups out of the cupboard that were still dirty. Coffee still in the pot and grounds plus kerig didn’t work. Bathroom rugs were dirty, some sheets and comforters had stains. And PLEASE don’t look under the bed cause it was sooooo gross. And why no garbage cans in the bathrooms?? Where the heck should we put out feminine products….And having the thermostat on the top floor makes NO sense. Freezing and 100 degrees outside. I work way to hard for my money to come and relax in a not so great environment in a home that a half ass carpenter built.

Nice getaway at the lake

Very cute house right on the lake. Loved the private dock, lily pad, kayaks, and floaties for the kids. The adults enjoyed the patio and decks for relaxing. The host thought of everything a family could want.

Perfect weekend trip!

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had such a great time swimming and using the paddle boards. The location was great, super easy to get to and from shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
