Wailua Bay View está ubicado cerca de Kapaa, junto al famoso río Wailua y el antiguo complejo Coco Palms donde Elvis filmó 'Blue Hawaii'. Está a solo 10 minutos del aeropuerto y es una ubicación perfecta desde donde hacer turismo en Garden Isle. El condominio está situado directamente sobre la hermosa playa de Wailua y se encuentra a pocos pasos de la playa de Papaloa, una cala protegida para bebés y niños pequeños. Lydgate Park se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos en automóvil y cuenta con el mejor área de juegos en Kauai. Además, el Condado de Kauai acaba de terminar un carril bici que limita con Wailua Bay View y se extiende desde Kealia Beach hasta Lydgate Park, con más de 8 millas de longitud.

Great place to stay for two. Wife and I enjoyed the second leg of our honeymoon here. Centrally located for north and south shore destinations. Also close to Kapaa restaurants and other walkable bars, breweries, and convenience stores. Would stay again

Very nicely updated condo that is close to a supermarket and several good places to eat. Everything was clean, and we had no problems during our stay. Only minor thing worth noting is that the AC is only in the bedroom, so the main living room/kitchen area can get warm, even with the windows open. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, amazing views! Clean and in a good location to visit various parts of the island. Great remodel. Lydgate park is a 5 min drive and was great for our 2 year old (sectioned off beach, wood playground!). AC in the bedroom made sleep easy. AC is limited to the bedroom, however. Thanks for the stay!

Our stay was perfect! We had great views, easy access to the beach (there was a path to the beach pretty close to the location) and the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality, Luke!

The property is just as described. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and inconsistent on its noises making it hard to sleep with it on. Other than that we love staying at the place.

Great location as we didn't want to get a rental car, nicely equipped, it is convenient to restaurants and breweries, a short uber to major stores and airport. This place is 2 minor upgrades from being PERFECT! I did get a little warm in the living room so an AC in the living room and remove the tree (as pretty as it is) it blocks an incredible view from the sofa.

This place is an absolute gem! It's perfectly located right on the water and I absolutely loved the upgrades throughout the entire unit. My only knock on it is that there's a tree that's obstructing the entire view of the ocean but it's still a fantastic view! I would recommend staying here!

Great place to stay on eastern shore of Kauai!!

Great centralized location in Wailua right on the ocean. Beach next door, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby walking distance. We rented bikes for the week with excellent scenic riding in both directions with the 5 mile bike path nearby.The unit itself is beautifully newly renovated with much of the local monkeypod woodwork personally crafted and installed by the owner, Luke. Luke also pulled through for us giving us an additional night (when there were virtually no rooms available on the island) when we could not fly out due to the tsunami evacuation. Great stay at Luke's place!!

Best birthday ever!

My husband and I stayed in this property for about 10 days, for a much needed vacation and birthday celebration. The unit was absolutely perfect. Gorgeous finishes, fantastic location and we could hear the waves crash as we drifted to sleep. We will absolutely be back, and will recommend this spot to our friends and family! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Great location, great value, soothing sounds of the waves

Excellent property with professionally done upgrades. This was a great location for exploring the southern and eastern parts of the island. The ocean is right there and we loved keeping the patio screen open for the wonderful ocean sounds. I would definitely return.

The location was terrific and the view from our lanai outstanding. The property was very comfortable and extras (beach chairs, cooler, towels, fan) made it so convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend. We will be back with a longer stay next time.

This was a very nice condo and I would recommend staying here. The listing is VERY accurate with what you can expect from your stay (We were cat-fished on Maui) The view from the patio is just what is posted. You can relax, fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. All new, modern appliance's, cookware and dinnerware. The bed was comfortable and lots of closet space. We made use of the supplied beach chairs, umbrella and beach gear. The location is great, close to the airport and not too far from any other area (Hanalei, Waimea). Shopping at Safeway etc. is less than a mile away. Other users had noted an AC issue but we did not have an problem, we thought the living room stayed comfortable enough for us. The internet / TV were outstanding and easy to use. The grounds are very nice and well maintained. Even though we didn't use the pool it did look very inviting. The only thing I might caution people on with mobility issues is that this is a second floor unit, I'm an old dude in need of a hip replacement and I did just fine. Thanks again

Our stay in kauai

Property was well kept. Unit itself is nice and updated just as the listing describes. It had everything we needed as well as they have beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrella, and boogie board. Right on the ocean. Unit was away from the highway which made it so we had no road noise. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Has ac in the bedroom but not the main area. Description states that but the main area definitely gets warm on a nice summer day. Overall awesome unit and stay. Thank you! Picture is view from the unit.

Beautiful stay

This property is located on the water offering beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The property is centrally located near shopping and restaurants. Nice pool and BBQ area. The lanai is amazing! We will be coming back here soon.

Amazing view from the balcony! Condo was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Good location - short walk to Napali Brewing Co, Passion Bakery Cafe and Filo's Kauai (great fish tacos).

Fantastic views

Great location with fantastic views. Lots of space for two people. Beach and snorkelling equipment kindly supplied and appreciated. A bit of highway noise for those sensitive to it, otherwise good base to access the island from.
