Enjoy our Lake Norman home from this beautiful waterfront three bedroom condominium! This end unit, on the top floor, has an open-concept layout with a full wall of windows in the living room, which brings in an abundant amount of natural light. Our unit has one of the best views of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon refreshments, or evening sunsets overlooking the lake on the outdoor back balcony.

Granite counter tops complement the fully stocked kitchen, with all new stainless steel appliances. Comfortable counter-top seating for casual dining. Large dining room with table for six.

Living room has a new 75" LG Smart TV located over fireplace with comfortable seating.

The master suite has a king size bed, wall TV, private bath, walk-in closet, desk, and an incredible view of the lake. The other two roomy bedrooms each include a queen-size bed, each with their own TV. Condo sleeps six.

All our beds are incredibly comfortable. We also insure that everything is spotless when you arrive. Unit also has a new washer and dryer for your use.

The pool opens on May 1 through September 30. The on-site tennis and pickle ball courts have recently been renovated.

Ideal lake location which is close to grocery stores (Publix/Harris Teeter), shopping (Birkdale Village), multiple parks and greenways, golf, kayaking, uptown Charlotte, NASCAR racing, and close to Davidson College. Upscale restaurant (The Lake House) is within walking distance.

For Boat Lovers: Morningstar Marina is just a few minutes away for boat and jet ski rentals. Note: Our unit does not have a dedicated boat slip and boat trailers must be parked at the marina.

We are located off I77, Cornelius exit 28. Start making memories with family and friends in this totally relaxing lake environment.

Inquire about monthly rates during off season (January through April). Discount for 7 nights or more, also offered during off season.

This property has a Ring Doorbell camera at the outside entrance for added security and to enable remote guest access.

Beautiful property and location

We had a wonderful respite in this lovely place. The condo was in top shape, with convenient communications inside about lights, codes etc. Our owner was very friendly and responsive too. Everything here was easy and perfect. The unit is pretty and comfy. The porch has a great view, with a breeze. It’s a fun place to sit in fair and foul weather. There’s a great restaurant right around the corner too. We liked it so much we visited it twice.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice! Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. All the comforts of home were available. Every room was tastefully and beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The view of the lake from the patio is positively stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the space for morning coffee and evenings with family. The pool was very nice and many days we had it to ourselves. The location of the condo was great as you could easily access the surrounding areas of Davidson, Huntersville, etc. Anne was so kind and easy to communicate with. At first we had a question about connecting to the WiFi and her and her husband, Curt, jumped right in to assist. Everything was resolved quickly and easily. We so enjoyed our experience there we are rebooking a stay for vacation next year! Lake Norman is just a beautiful area. There is so much to do in all the surrounding towns. We had so much fun boating, checking out new restaurants, and perusing the towns. Birkdale Village, Davidson College Campus, Charlotte, Cornelius, Huntersville were great. So many neat places on the water to eat and enjoy a drink.

Loved the unit. Great light & a fabulous view of the lake. Host were easy to reach & very helpful with suggestions for eating & shopping.Pool right beside the unit. Would definately stay here again.

We could have not been happier with this property. Totally updated and extremely clean, awesome view of the lake, excellent location. The pool is right next-door, and you can walk to the Lakehouse restaurant.

Great Autumn Trip

Had a terrific time in this great unit. It was immaculate, very comfortable and fully equipped. We had a problem with leaving...we didn't want to! Overall, we really enjoyed it. Also, Tina was super...ready to help with any questions we had and even with travel tips.

Beautiful condo in great location

Everything about this rental was exceptional. The condo was exactly as described. It was IMMACULATE and well stocked with convenience items and essentials. There were many really smart and thoughtful details. Communications with management were fantastic. I have rented a LOT of VRBO's and this is a 10 out of a 10. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lake Norman.

We had an exceptional stay! Thank you! The property was clean, well maintained and had plenty of room. Views were beautiful and the location was great! Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and very well-equipped. The elevator was not working, however, our rep kept us informed about the company trying to get someone there to fix it. We managed fine. Thanks for offering this beautiful place for our family to have a place to visit.

Perfect condo for your Lake Norman stay

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in Lake Norman. There’s a lot to do for all ages. I actually had to carve out some time to “relax” because there’s so much to do. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. We had a great view of the area from the balcony. The food at Port City Club (right in the neighborhood) was delicious. Publix, Harris Teeter and Aldi are a short drive away so it was nice to have the fridge stocked with snacks and drinks. The pool was very clean and everyone around were super friendly. There’s tennis rackets in the condo if you like to play. Washer/dryer is a bonus when you have kids. Would rent again next time we go back.

Fun for the whole family!

Our family of four spent a week at the property and had a blast. We had breakfast on the balcony most days and a few dinners, too. They also have board games that are great for kids in the living room. The kids' charades game got a ton of use. There's a restaurant that you can walk to that serves more tapas/small plates, which is great. It's also close to a bunch of grocery stores and other restaurants.

My husband and I purchased this home as our vacation get away because of its incredible views and relaxing atmosphere. It feels more like a home than a condo with its three bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, and open concept layout. There is an abundance of natural light throughout the day and the views of Lake Norman are incredible. We enjoy sharing our home with others and hope you find it as relaxing and enjoyable as we do.

Beautiful views, pool, & great location (close to grocery stores, great restaurants, shopping at Birkdale Village, boating, pickle ball, Jetton park, golf, uptown Charlotte, as well as Davidson College). This end unit has spacious vaulted ceilings and has three double sets of additional windows in the main living area. Our top floor condo has the most breathtaking views of Lake Norman, whether it’s morning, afternoon, evening, or night!
