- bakery at 30m, beautiful lively market every day in season at 150m, bicycle rental at 50m.

* a large living room - dining room (25m2) with a convertible sofa (Dunlopillo mattress 140 cm), large picture window, equipped with satellite TV, DVD player / fully equipped kitchen area: extractor hood, ceramic hob, dishwasher, combined oven / microwave, fridge-freezer

• Upstairs :
* a large 13m2 bedroom with 160 cm bed / TV

1/3 on booking, the balance 30 days before with a deposit check (not cashed) of 400 €.
