Stay in the fifth-floor penthouse villa of this oceanfront complex on Hilton Head Island, SC. You'll be treated to breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the complex offers shared pools and a boardwalk that leads to the beach.

This oceanfront condo is located in the Folly Field area on the northeast side of Hilton Head Island. You'll find restaurants, shops, and multiple golf courses nearby. You can't stay much closer to the shore, and a quick walk along the boardwalk will deliver you to the white sands of the beach. The complex offers a shared pool with a children's pool and covered lanai for lounging.

Inside, this condo has two bedrooms and an upstairs loft, and each bedroom has a private bathroom. The balcony provides stunning views of the ocean, and you can relax at the outdoor table and chairs while enjoying the view. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals, and there is a six-person dining room table where you can share a family dinner. To unwind at the end of the day, guests can curl up on the living room sofa to watch the 42-inch flatscreen television with DVD player, or they can lounge in front of the televisions that are in two of the bedrooms.

Sea cloisters

The room was very nice, need to update some pans, toaster needs replaced. Would be very nice if the beach access had ramps instead for stairs makes it hard to take wagons, coolers and etc to beach. Overall the place is very nice and clean.

Good location

Pros: good location, landscaped nicely, easy short walk to beach, super nice outdoor showers, elevators not busy, quiet complex, nice bath towels, hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen, pretty spacious space, plenty of seating, kitchen had most things we needed but needs some more utensils. Plenty of blankets. Cons: door from living area to balcony wouldn’t shut all the way and when my husband finally got it shut there was a gap letting in warm air. I told the owner about it and they did nothing about it. So to go outside we had to go through the primary bedroom. We stuffed bubble wrap we found in the home into the crack in the door to keep some hot air out. Also the furniture was a bit old and had that old dirty smell you get with that. Some parts of the home are just old and worn and needs some freshening up. While the home was clean, it didn’t smell terribly fresh. Beds were just ok. We would probably come back again with a few small improvements.

Sea Cloisters is the best on Hilton Head Island

The unit was much larger than we needed but the location is our very favorite on the island and the price was the very best. Wonderfun week before the tourist season and perfect for our anniversary trip to our honeymoon location!

Great family vacation spot

Family fun

My children grandchildren and I had a great time. The villa was roomy and ocean view was beautiful. Great beach and pool. Walking distance to mini golf and two restaurants. Beds upstairs were a little uncomfortable. Wonderful trip

This was great for our larger family! The only thing I would complain about is the dishes in the cabinet were dirty and we had to wash them and there were dead cockroaches on the floor in a few places.. other than that we loved it!!!!

WONDERFUL STAY!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was very clean and all around a perfect size for our family of 6. We will be coming back! My only concern about the condo itself were the outlets. They are pretty dated (overused) and do not hold a plug in at all. They kept falling out and that's a fire hazard. That isn't a tough upgrade to do, therefore, we will be back! All around GREAT view, property, and condo!

Nice Unit, good Housekeeping, needs maintenance

The cleaning and prep staff did a great job - nice toiletries, folded towels, etc. The furniture is nice and in good condition, beds nice, and kitchen furnishings are good. They need to send in a maintenance person for: electrical outlets so old that plugs fall out, a/c filter no present and strange smell, The cable TV barely works (picture freezes, etc). broken sliding door handles/locks, etc. The location offers a nice view with good access to pool/beach.

Would stay here again, wonderful location

It’s about time for a couple updates in the house, couches and beds are starting to be a little saggy. Other than that, it was a really great stay. Walk right to the beach in a minute. Beach chairs and a few toys were provided. Nice big rooms. It was nice that they gave you starter toiletries, some house rentals don’t. Did use the washer and dryer a couple times. It was just a really nice place, really nice trip, very pleased. Discovered on the last day, when we were asked to load the dishwasher before leaving if possible, that the dishwasher didn’t work. I’m sure that will be quickly repaired.

Poor lighting, no tv service, bathroom need updating comfort toilets, no welcome packet local restaurant’s or sites of interest plastic dishes, not adequate glassware, one wine glass- - view was excellent that was the only positive feature - bummer

Nice location but old property and not well managed

I was at the property with my family over New year's. The location as shown in pictures is great. But on the day that we checked in my brother was stuck in one of the elevators which suddenly stopped functioning. I tried calling the phone numbers listed for management and inside the elevator (which my brother relayed) but no one responded. I had to call 911 (by that time the elevator) had started and finally opened up by itself (30 mins after the incident). On the morning of January 1 on returning from a walk the property gate code would not work suddenly. I had been using the same code for the past 3 days. Again I tried calling the number at the gate and the property manager and after 30 mins was able to get through to a person who gave me an alternatice code. The door to one the bedrooms closed on itself everytime so much that we had to leave the bathroom door open and could not even use that bathroom for the same reason. I hope they spend some more in the upkeep of this property.

Beautiful view but mechanical issues

This is all on the VRBO renter, and not Vacasa. Vacasa was extremely responsive when called and documented the below issues: We absolutely loved the view from this home but there were 3 large things that could have been easily fixed by the Condo Owner that caused us to go from a definite 5-stars to only 3-stars: 1) Washing machines agitator was going out. The neighbors could hear it, we had to sit outside while it was washing and could not watch TV even due to how loud. 2) Upon arrival, the bedroom screen door was leaning against the wall, off. We had to leave a chair against it to keep the bugs from coming in. 3) Beds were old spring type and extremely uncomfortable, not a quality bed. We had to take the bedspread and sheets off the other bed just to make it through our 11-days. There was no reason these item could not have been fixed before our arrival. We spent North of $5300.00, but with these issues, our past locations where we spent $4-k would have been better.

Very nice property... terrible check in

I would give the property itself 5 stars. Nice place, plenty room, beautiful view, well stocked, friendly residents. However, we had a terrible check in experience. We received an email a few days before arrival with and "elock" code. We assumed this was the door code since the listing said it was an electronic key pad. The email had a to. Of information, much of which did not even apply to the property we were renting. It stated something about stopping by the main office to get the door key, but we assumed this didn't apply since the property we were renting had a keypad. When we arrived, the "elock" code wasn't working. We stood at the door with all our luggage, hungry with our sacked luch getting cold, and a screaming baby in the phone with Vacase for over 30 minutes. They answer and immediately put us on hold and never came back to the call. In the meantime we found the condo manager downstairs. He tried the code he had on file, which did not work. Then he called Vacasa and finally got a person and told them he would not be put on hold. Turns out the "elock" is a code we were supposed to give the Vacasa office across town and then they would give us the door code (and apparently try to sell you on a vacation package from what I understand now). That was so unclear in the email. Also I tried to call and email before arrival to clarify and received no reply. If not for the hour long check in fiasco I would have given this place 5 stars easy. We really enjoyed everything else about our stay. If your in Hilton Head, Hudsons on the dock is a must try restaurant! So good. It was our favorite.

Beautiful ocean views! Beautiful condo!

This property accommodated four adults and two children quite well via two bedrooms and a loft. All three locations had their own TV and bathroom. The loft made this condo feel very spacious. The living room and master bedroom had direct access to the balcony which provided fantastic views of the ocean and shoreline, views unobstructed by any surrounding complexes. The master, dining area, kitchen, and loft also had views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a laundry. Living room cabinets contained books and games. The walls were sound-proof giving us a feeling of privacy and luxury. Its fifth floor, top-floor location (serviced by elevator) precluded any noise coming from above. There were even chairs and beach toys provided in the hallway closet. The entire condo was well cleaned, especially the bathrooms. We rented the condo for three nights, but everyone wanted to stay longer. We could not have picked a better place to stay. We will be back!
