This beach decorated Townhome is located less than 2 miles from the beach in the private community of Bethany Breeze. The community pool and tennis courts are within walking distance or relax and enjoy the private deck for outdoor entertaining and relaxation. We only accept non-shedding hypoallergic dog breeds under 30lbs. Owner has allergy.

Enjoy every part of this comfortable home that features an upper level master and second bedroom while also having the convenience of a third bedroom two sets of bunk beds for the kids. We have 2 large screen TVs with Netflix, HuLu, Amazon Prime, Imbd for viewing (no live cable).
Master includes a quality King bed, the second bedroom includes two bunk bed sets, to sleep 4. The third bedroom with a Queen size bed, and huge closet, and a pull-out cot to accommodate an extra guest. There is a bath conveniently located on each level. Two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The sunroom has a Queen pull out sofa if needed for additional guests. This home can sleep 9 comfortably.
Also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, movie library, books and board games. There is also WiFi internet at this property. We have 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, buckets, football, 1 umbrella, and a few other miscellaneous items for your use during your stay.

This home is located on a low traffic street (just off Kent Ave) in a tree lined neighborhood, perfect for long walks, jogs, and bike rides. There is a pool, and tennis court all within the community.
Bike to downtown Bethany to enjoy the many shops, restaurants, stroll the boardwalk or the beach. This area offers the opportunity to fish, crab, hike, kayak, canoe. Rent a boat at a nearby location and explore the many canals, inlets, or bay. Enjoy sport or deep-sea charter fishing from the Indian River Inlet just 5 miles north toward Rehoboth. There is plenty of tax free shopping, along with the Tanger outlets in Rehoboth Beach. You can explore Fenwick Island, Ocean City, MD, Dewey Beach, and Rehoboth all within a short drive. There are more than 25 golf courses within 20 miles.

Beach home luxury

Beautiful beach themed property with plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 kids. Great location, extremely clean. Nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. Great place!

What a lovely home! Cannot say enough great things about this location and home. Everything was as pictured. Mary and Chris were quick to respond to any questions we had. The kids enjoyed our end of summer vacation. We will be back soon!

Great Property

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo was very comfortable and close to all of our favorite spots. The kitchen was well appointed and the coffee bar is a lovely touch. Very easy to communicate with the owner. We loved that it wasn't run by a large company who can set difficult to reach.

Good time at the beach

This was our second time staying here and we had another great time. Home is nicely decorated and very comfortable for a family. The beach, restaurants and area attractions are only a short drive away. Be sure to visit the pool it's a nice bonus. The owner is friendly very responsive if you need to contact them.

Great beach vacation

Great location! Just 2 miles by bike to beach, nice community pool. All the amenities needed to comfortably house my wife, myself and 5 teenagers. Mary was very responsive to all my questions usually within a half hour. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a quiet retreat.

Wonderful stay

We spent a week at this beach home and loved every minute! Excellent communication from Mary the owner, house was very clean and well-maintained, many thoughtful touches and amenities. Beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet at night - we slept well. Private local pool access, easy walk to a lovely, well-maintained pool. The pool attendants were incredibly kind. Easy access to the beach and main strip on Garfield, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and a great farm stand down the street. We hope to be back again!

Great house and host

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! House was clean. Host responded to our inquiries and solved any issues very quickly. Enjoyed walking and biking on the quiet neigborhood. Beach and downtown are at 5 minute drive. Happy to be able to take my dog as well — but be aware that Delaware doesn’t allow dogs at the beach during summer months :( Overall great house and host. Only thing I missed was a grill outdoors, but I recommend this house!

Great place to stay

This home was very nice, clean and very spacious. It was very pretty inside and was perfect for our family of 6. Also, it is in a quiet neighborhood and was an easy drive to the beach. We did ride our bikes to the beach several times. Beach was not overcrowded. The pool was also nice and never overcrowded. The location was great and it was easy to get to restaurants & stores, etc. The owner of this property was great and got back to us quickly when we had any questions. You do have to bring your own bed linens, towels and kitchen towels, which I didn’t realize until the last minute, but it was no problem. We would definitely stay there again.

Mini Vacation

The place was beautifully decorated. It accommodated all of our needs. It was clean. The location was close enough to get to the attractions, but you do have to drive or ride a bike to get to them. We did not need to reach out to the owners while we were there, but when I had questions before our arrival, she got back immediately. All-in-all, if we plan on going back, we wouldn't mind renting it again.

Beautiful

Our family just stayed at Bethany Breeze for Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful home and allowed us to travel from Lewes Delaware to Assateague. It is just 2 miles from Bethany. We wish we could have stayed longer! I love the sun room and how quiet the home was. We played some good old monopoly and just had fun as a family. Everyone was comfortable with their own room. Truly a lovely place!

Beautiful, Clean Home

The house was beautifully decorated and well kept. The kitchen had most everything you would need. If you’re planning to bake anything, you’ll need to bring pans for that. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The queen is extremely firm! There is a loud noise when you walk across the floor upstairs in the queen bedroom -woke everyone! The community pool is lovely but you had to bring your own chairs due to Covid. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.
