Enjoy the beautiful ocean views from this west-facing, sun-drenched condo! Whitewater ocean views are yours to enjoy from the moment you enter Dolphin Cove, elevated above it all in this 3rd floor property. Relax on your ocean-view balcony, and as you relax enjoy the sights and sounds of the Pacific. You'll love the fully equipped, gorgeous granite and stainless kitchen as well as the granite counter and designer tile in the bathroom. The living area is beach chic with soothing ocean colors with a queen-size sofa bed and two comfortable chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

North Coast Village is an oceanfront tropical paradise located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, tropical foliage, flowers, streams, walkways, Koi ponds. Other amenities include two heated pools and spas, a putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards and foosball.

The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross - this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the large heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on the beach.

North Coast Village offers a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, a clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities in the building.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market near the pier is a delightful experience which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the exciting Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at NCV. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and loved being so close to the beach! Would definitely stay again.

A Perfect 10-Star Stay: Beachfront Bliss with Outstanding Views and Impeccable Service!

I would give this property 10 stars if the option existed. My stay here exceeded all my expectations and more. The location was absolutely phenomenal, just by the beach with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The responsiveness of both the management company and the owner was top-notch, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The condo itself was impeccably clean, and the staging and organization were truly impressive. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. A truly fantastic stay! I can not wait to go back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved that we could see the ocean from our balcony! We had a great experience staying here. A couple things that could’ve made it better would be to have blackout curtains in the bedroom! The room is right next to the hallway and lights and it’s very hard to make the room dark or quiet which did affect our sleep. This rental did provide two breach umbrellas and two beach chairs which was appreciated.

We were able to see the runners from our balcony. We were also just a short walk from the Harbor and the Pier.Overall, the unit was very clean and had plenty of room for the two of us. The only, minor minor thing was the amount of dust in the wall heater units that was noticeable (smell) when we turned on the heater.The staff at Make My Vacation was exceptional. They always replied in a timely manner to any question I had. The office in NCV was also very friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay here again if we were to come to Oceanside. I would bring a sleep mask next time due to the bright light outside the bedroom window.

New Favorite Place

The pool was great and we had a blast playing ping pong in the recreation room. I loved how green and lush the landscape around the Village was, and we especially loved being able to hear the ocean waves from our condo. It was very soothing and relaxing. We will definitely return!

Amazing vacation with amazing view and quick access to the beach!

We had a great time! The place was beautiful and very relaxing. The view was spectacular and we had a quick less than a minute walk to get to the beach. Towels, some toys, and beach chairs were provided. We had a fantastic time and we would absolutely stay there again.

Exceptional Accommodations and the VIEW!

We've booked through VRbo three times now specifically at North Coast Village in the last 8 months and we have never been disappointed. The amenities this property offers is more then a resort. Immediate access to the beach from the property. Grounds are clean, even with the high traffic times (summer). This unit was well furbished. Clean. Nicely decorated and up to date. The view from the balcony is picturesque. Plenty of fans for a nice cross breeze. We will continue to book at North Coast Village and through Vrbo for years to come.

Fourth of July Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to North Coast Village for 9 years and have stayed in many different units. Our stay in B307 is at the top of the list. Starting with the comforts of the living room furniture and the beautiful view of the ocean was simply perfect. They must have cut a tree down because the photos of the listing show some branches slightly blocking the view but that is no longer the case. Eating lunch and dinner on the balcony it was a treat and having a covered umbrella was amazing. The view continued into the bedroom and napping in the afternoon on the comfy bed with soft linens with the window open, ocean breeze, and sound of the waves was heavenly. Some previous reviews mention the walkway being close to the bedroom window which is true. However just shutting the blinds halfway solved this issue and did not obstruct the view while having the privacy needed. The shower was a good pressure and our daughter loved having the bathtub which has not been in all other units. Everything was perfectly clean and having lots of kitchen appliances, storage, extra towels, cutlery, dishes, and a brand new dishwasher were some nice touches. Given the option I would book this place again and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to call home by the ocean. A few other reviews mentioned no A/C. Staying in July we had no problem by just leaving the windows open and letting the natural ocean air cool down the unit in a few minutes.

This unit could use some help

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been visiting Oceanside since 2012 and have stayed in a different unit at NCV each year. I would not stay in this unit again. It is dated, was not that clean, and it could use some help. Make My Vacation has always been decent to work with, but they could invest some money in this particular unit. The door to the dishwasher sounds like you're opening a screeching vault door. Also, you can't open the blinds in the bedroom as you're right next to the public walkway.

For summer, it got hot and it would have been nice if the staff had left the windows open before we arrived to cool off the house. More ceiling fans would be nice; one of the portable fans was not working. There is carpet throughout the main rooms. Although not advertised, the unit did offer boogie boards, a surfboard, and a small cooler, in addition to beach chairs.

The condo was extremely comfortable and conveniently located to walk to the Harbor and down to the beach and strand. We did find that the steak knives in the knife rack all had food hardened on them and we had to clean them before use. The view from the condo of the ocean is hampered by the big pine tree. It would be nice if that was cut down a bit.All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location!

These condos are in a great location in Oceanside within walking distance to everything you need. It is gated, safe, and has a curfew to keep it quiet. There are great amenities in the complex, however we really didn’t have time to use them.
