For sports enthusiasts, Erquy bay is ideal for kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, sand yachting, paddle or kitesurfing. The beach of St Pabu, big beach of blond sand, is a spot famous for the kitesurf.

For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 does not go far from the house.

10 km from Erquy: Val André has one of the most beautiful golf courses in France, in an exceptional environment, between sea and countryside.

20 km from Erquy: in Lamballe, you will find the national stud farm, one of the leading equestrian centers in the west of France.

It is a house for 2 to 6 people:
 upstairs: 2 bedrooms sleeping 160x200 and sleeping 140 × 190. Velux blackout blinds.
- In the rdc: 1 room sleeping 160x200. Cupboards + bedside lamps, mirror in each room. Duvets and pillows. Quality Bedding.

- bathroom shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC.

- kitchenette with electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ... large fridge and freezer, microwave, large oven, dishwasher

- bright living room with flat screen TV, hi-fi, books and board games for moments of relaxation with the family. .. a large bay window + awning.
- the deckchairs and the garden furniture on the terrace invite you to idleness, the barbecue also calls you!

2 adult bikes are available (under your responsibility) for walks.

* Children will love the HEATED private pool located in the center of the residence, and reserved for residents only, secure and open from mid-June to mid-September ...
They can play in the garden of 200m2 fully enclosed, cycling, scooter or other. ... in front of the house in dead end (very little traffic).

Behind the house: a forest trail leads to the center of Erquy ..., bike paths, hiking trails (GR34) across the moor and pine forests along the pink sandstone cliffs. .. breathtaking scenery!

Vacances reposantes dans la pinède.

Très belle résidence au calme, séjour très agréable. Très belle plage (2,4 km), beaucoup de randonnées à proximité. Pour 5 personnes, taille de cuisine légère. Désagréable surprise cependant, pas de linge de toilette car soucis avec l'agence qui gérait le linge.

Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen. Der Kontakt mit Annick lief sehr gut. Das Haus und die Anlage sind schön und ruhig. Zu den diversen Stränden in der Umgebung ist man schnell gefahren. Unsere Kinder haben auch die beiden Pools geliebt und waren fast jeden Nachmittag nochmal Schwimmen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Wunderbare Ferien in der Bretagne

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Erquy sehr genossen. Das Haus war ideal für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung war zweckmässig und alles war vorhanden. Einrichtung war sehr persönlich und charmant. Die Umgebung war ruhig und man hatte viel Privatsphäre. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in der Bretagne

Wir haben zu dritt zwei fantastische Wochen in Erquy verbracht und unser Ferienhaus war täglich ein Ort an dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die beiden Gemeinschftspools waren eine schöne Alternative zum kalten Atlantik.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gepflegt und bequem. Das Haus ist für bis zu 5-6 Personen nutzbar, allerdings fanden wir die Größe für uns 3 (Ehepaar mit Teenager-Tochter) perfekt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen hier zukünftig noch einmal unsere Ferien zu verbringen.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans cette maison. Tout est conforme au descriptif. Le logement est très propre, bien agencé, en partie rénové et calme. Nous avons bien profité du jardin, du barbecue et des 2 piscines chauffées. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement et de manière professionnelle par la personne sur place. La propriétaire nous a donné de nombreuses informations sur les choses à voir, à faire, restos, etc...La région est sublime, nous avons adoré. Un grand merci pour tout, c'était parfait.
