We sincerely apologize for the issues with the heat/AC in your original rental and for the condition of the second property, including the strong mildew odor. Your comments about cleanliness, the late departure of the cleaning crew, and the items left behind on the porch are noted and will be passed along to our team. We also regret that communication throughout your stay didn't meet your expectations. While we’re glad our maintenance team was able to respond, we recognize that the overall handling of the situation did not reflect the level of service we want to provide.
