The location of this place was perfect, and we loved the character of it. We had a few issues, though. One was that we did not know we needed to bring blankets. We expected to bring sheets and towels, as most Cape May places require this. The listing said linens were not provided, but we have never had to bring blankets before. This was a problem since we were flying in from Texas and fitting Queen size blankets plus sheets and towels in our suitcases would be difficult. We ended up renting them from a service at the last minute once the check-in info revealed we needed blankets, too.
We also had no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms or mat, so we had to go looking for these (found curtain in dryer finally), and some of the beds were "crunchy" because of the wrapping around the mattress.
Also, we felt that check-out instructions asking us to vacuum and sweep were a bit harsh, considering we had already paid a cleaning charge and the nightly price of the place is quite steep.
Overall, it's a great place, but a few amenities and fewer demands from the owners would have made it much better.
