Let this be the vacation of your dreams. This is a newly built 2 bedroom 3 bathroom home that has spared no expenses. High end artistic furnishings and decor make this home luxurious for your holiday. The Hawaiian tropical island vibe of this home is just what you are looking for in your Maui vacation. As you walk through the front door you will feel the breeze and see the picturesque view of the waves crashing on shore. Check the surf, watch whales breech from December to May, paddle board, surf, kayak, foil, or snorkel right from the home. We are located Ocean Front, steps away from the water’s edge, stay in the shade on the spacious lanai or prop a chair up in the grass…what about hanging your beach hammock from the perfectly spaced coconut trees next to the water and read a book or take a nap. Never miss a sunset as you sip on a cocktail and prop your feet up.

Located in the beautiful gated community of Puamana, you’ll enjoy the 35 acre community in the heart of Lahaina Town, at the South end of the world famous Front Street Lahaina. Puamana is away from the crowds of the large resort complexes but still a short walk or bike ride into Lahaina town for the shops, restaurants, art galleries, famous Banyan Tree, Lahaina Harbor, and night life. All you really need is the enjoyment of the Puamana Community, stroll the spacious grounds and explore the coconut trees, banyan trees, well producing Mango trees in summer, and the lush and tropical landscapes full of exotic flowers. Pick Mangos and make your own morning smoothies or Mangoritas. Lime trees and bananas are also abundant on the grounds of Puamana.

Learn to surf or charge the waves at Puamana’s own surf break, Hot Sands. Play in the sand or take a morning walk or go shell hunting along the 1/4 mile golden sandy beach (seasonal). Swim laps in the 3 pools that Puamana has to offer. Puamana is the only place to swim laps as the waves are crashing into the pool, in Maui’s only oceanfront pool. Play a game of tennis at the beautifully kept courts located near the remodeled oceanfront clubhouse!

We are also a quick drive to many beaches, particularly Launiupoko Beach Park or Baby Beach. We are a few miles South of all the perks of Kaanapali shopping and restaurants but away from the crowds. We are close to all of the West Side attractions and about a 30 minute drive from the airport.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the most amazing time! The condo was bigger and better than we expected. Ryan was so helpful before and during our stay. We absolutely loved spending time on the lanais - especially the upper lanai for coffee in the morning and watching the sun set at night. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are very nice. We loved the showers with a view (especially ocean side). There are all the comforts of home with an incredible view all within a lovely well maintained gated community. We even saw Monk seals and sea turtles right from our beach. Front St is so close, perfect for shopping & dining. We will highly recommend this beautiful condo to our friends and family and hope to be back soon!

Disappointing

The location is beautiful, however, there were several issues. I am posting this review because I would have wanted this info before spending $2000 per night to stay here at Christmas time. The view is gorgeous. Maui is a beautiful place. The house was decorated nicely and the kitchen was well stocked. Here are the issues. There were mites throughout the house. Literally all over the kitchen counters and the living room. The master bathroom has no door. This was crazy and we had no privacy at all. It was hot while we were there and no AC downstairs was uncomfortable at times. They do have AC in the upstairs bedrooms. Also, while this home is very close to the beach, you really can’t sit on the beach until late afternoon when the tide recedes. Also, the beach in this area is very rocky so you need to have flippers or water shoes to comfortably go in the water. We needed some small repairs when we got there but it took a few days to get someone there. Anyway, I guess I expected more for this type of price. I won’t be back. This is the first negative review I have ever left on VRBO. I did express issues with the home to Ryan and I received no response which was also disappointing.

Beautiful property in paradise

This was a great place - amazing views, well stocked with amenities (including extras like sunscreen, board games and beach towels), in a quiet location about 20 mins walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. Would definitely stay again!

Highlight of our trip at Puamana

Loved staying at this beautiful home in Lahaina. Working with Ryan was seamless and we appreciated the accommodation for our car early in our stay. This home was perfect for our family of 3, had all that we needed, and was comfortable. The view was outstanding and it was a treat to look out at the ocean every morning. Enjoyed snorkeling, swimming & lounging at the great little beach on property. Walk to town was possible for those that can walk a mile or so. Highly recommend this property & hope to return again someday soon!

The property was beautiful, well maintained, and in a great safe location. My only complaint is that we could only park one car at the property which lead to a logistics headache when both couples wanted to go separate places. This was not mentioned in the listing and I did not receive the help I had hoped for from the owner in solving this problem. Parking issues aside, the views and sunsets were everything you would hope for when visiting Hawaii!

What a great place!

This place is AMAZING! It has been well decorated and has everything you'll need for your stay. Ryan was quick to reply to my questions. Sunsets from the lanais were wonderful. We rented beach cruisers for our stay and the ride to Lahaina was super easy and added to an already great experience! Thanks you Ryan for sharing your wonderful home in paradise!

Heavenly Maui Getaway

Waking up the first morning to the sound of crashing waves and walking out on the lanai to see the sunrise and stunning ocean view while the family slept was a perfect way to start our vacation. Bella Mar is impeccably appointed, roomy for four adults, and conveniently located (you can walk to town but we didn’t). All the instructions from Ryan were clear, so we didn’t need to contact him except once (user error on electronic lanai sunscreen). He called within minutes and had us back in action. On checkout day, we all stood at the sliding glass doors and agreed we didn’t want to go. We also agreed we’d be back. Highly recommend this little jewel in paradise.

Amazing Location & Great Hosts

You know as soon as you walk in the door that this vacation is going to be amazing. The unit is very current with beautiful artwork and positive vibes all around. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The location could not be better, 2 surf breaks not far from the back door and the sound of waves at night. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards to use, even an ice chest. The walk into town is less than a mile and Lahaina is very fun place with something for everyone. Our host Ryan was responsive, flexible, and made our stay and booking a breeze. Mahalo Ryan....we will be back.

Location was AMAZING!

When I say right on the water I mean it! Every morning the kids grabbed their surf boards and headed out. Maybe a two minute walk into the water. Clean, safe community. Ryans condo was up to date and renovated but not all in Puamana are so check out descriptions. A/C upstairs only. It was a bit hot downstairs but we ate outside almost every meal so it really did not water and by sundown the breeze came in. Condo had everything we needed to cook which was great. 3 minute ride into Lahaina and once you figured out parking it was no big deal. I ran into town every day and it was great. If we return to Maui we would definitely stay here again. If you rent a condo you are really forced to explore the island. The pools were nice but this is not a big fancy resort. It is the best location to see what Maui is all about. Thanks Ryan!

OceanFront Bliss

The overall feel of this place is amazing! As soon as you walk in the front door you are greeted by the ocean! The breeze, the waves, the beautiful Maui sky is so peaceful! The home is very clean, high end, has beautiful art work and is very beautifully decorated. We felt at home with the fully equipped kitchen and we just can't wait to come back for the whales and Puamana! I couldn't recommend this house more! The manager Ryan was amazing!

Best thing about this home is the location, this is oceanfront living at its best! Puamana is the very best vacation resort here in Lahaina. Great mix of local and tourists alike! You will love the 3 different swimming pools and the beautiful beach right here on the property. This home is completely remodeled, Everything is brand new!
