Charming house of 1920 fully renovated and comfortably furnished 10 minutes walk from beaches and shops.
It includes a living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, ...), a bathroom with separate toilet, washing machine, 2 bedrooms. 'floor: a bedroom with a large bed 160x200 (new quality bedding with mattress) and a room with 2 bunk beds + drawer bed (new bedding also).
Outside, large private terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, shed (bike storage possible) and parking space.
Residential area very quiet.
Linen (bed linen and towels) included from 7 nights (+50 € from 3 to 6 nights)
At your disposal: high chair, cot, baby bath, board games, beach games

Schönes Gartenhaus

Wir waren zunächst wegen der Größe der Schlafräume irritiert. Die Fotos des Online Inserats lassen größere annehmen. Wenn man wie wir zu zweit das Kinderschlafzimmer mit nutzt, ist es ok. Die Treppe ist sehr steil, besonders nachts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Die Mücken haben genervt. Ein Insektengitter am Küchenfenster oder besser noch an der Terassentür wäre gut. Der Concierge Bruno war perfekt. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub an einem phantastischem Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Beate und Fred

Une semaine dans cette charmante maison au calme. La proximité de la plage de la jetée idéal et le centre d Arcachon à pied très bien. Logement très bien équipé. S il doit y avoir un petit bémol l escalier un peu raide et la douche un peu petite. Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Location très agréable avec beaucoup de charme.

Petite location charmante meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Localisation idéale pour découvrir la ville d’hiver d’Arcachon et se déplacer à pied en centre ville ou sur la plage. Malgré une météo pluvieuse, nous avons pleinement profiter de notre séjour.

Très jolie maison de vacances, Beau de cachet, propre, moderne, très bien équipée. Localisation idéale proche Centre Ville et plages. Située dans le quartier d’hiver très calme, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, ressourcés et nous allons revenir très vite ;-)

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in der Winterstadt mit den alten großen Villen in direkter Umgebung. Strand und Geschäfte der Innenstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar, besser noch mit dem Fahrrad. Es fehlt an nichts.

C'est une jolie maison, très bien équipée et décorée. La literie est vraiment top. Le quartier est très calme (en tout cas au mois d'Avril). Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine.

belle situation, au calme mais des choses à revoir

horaires d'arrivée et de départ un peu stricts (19 H et 9 H respectivement) que nous avons réussi à négocier, bel endroit mais propreté à revoir : plaque de cuisson sale, avec résidus brûlés, hotte aspirante grasse, frigidaire avec produits moisis, taches sur le sol..., 30 minutes de ménage et ensuite on se sentait mieux. Le cadre est sympa, petite maison jumelée dans l'enceinte d'une villa dans le quartier très résidentiel de la ville d'hiver, décoration simple et basique, petites chambres à l'étage mais escalier raide il faut compter 15 minutes à pieds pour se rendre au centre ville, 10 ' pour la plage Une belle situation mais propreté à améliorée...
