Nuestra más reciente incorporación al mercado de alquiler de vacaciones, Serenade Shores es una casa nueva en 4. 27 acres con vista a un estanque privado. La ubicación está a 10 minutos de la entrada al Bosque Nacional Pisgah y a 12 minutos del Bosque Estatal Dupont: un lugar perfecto para saltar para excursionistas, ciclistas de montaña, pescadores, kayakistas y cualquier persona que disfrute del aire libre. También estamos ubicados a solo minutos de tres lanchas en el French Broad River. La casa tiene un plano de planta abierto con muchas ventanas orientadas al sur para disfrutar de la vista del estanque y las montañas de invierno y las vistas al río. Hay una chimenea de piedra de gas para noches frías y una parrilla de gas en el amplio porche cubierto. Hay dos habitaciones con camas king-size en el nivel principal, cada una con baño completo (una es privada y otra se abre a la lavandería / cuarto de baño), así como un loft con capacidad para cuatro: una cama queen-size y una completa sofá de dos plazas Serta plegable (muy cómodo sin barra). We stayed at Serenade Shores for 5 nights, 20-25 October 2025, and had a great time. The location is very convenient and while staying there we took a number of day trips. We went to Lake Junaluska, Brevard, Hendersonville, and Greenville South Carolina. We had a lot of great food including some top bakery. The home was very comfortable with 2 master suites, bathrooms in suite. We very much enjoyed “Porch Therapy” in the evenings and woke up to misty mountain mornings. Colleen was a superb host who was very responsive when we had text communication. Serenade Shores was a 5 Star experience for us in every way! This was our second visit and we plan to come again!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin and property are just as described. The location is perfect for those wanting to bike, hike, shop, eat, or just drive around the mountains. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended.

Wonderful weekend getaway

Mountain Getaway

Great weekend getaway

We had a great weekend at the house. Very relaxing area and quiet. Beautiful land. The pond was great and our kids enjoyed fishing (they caught a few bass and tons of bluegills). The house was in great shape, very clean, and stocked with all the supplies we needed.

Secluded cabin close to everything

The cabin was very clean and so was the property. The private lake was great for light fishing and the trail around the lake is perfect for a small hike. We would rent this cabin again in a heartbeat. Thanks Colleen!

Wonderful stay

This is our second time to this property. We love the location and amenities. The surroundings are so peaceful! We visited nearby towns and wineries. Great stay

This place in an awesome little oasis just outside of Brevard, and a short drive to Hendersonville. Super close to many of the trails in DuPont Park. Very nice place with many of the little things you don’t often find: lots of dish towels, plenty of TP & paper towels, shampoo & conditioner. There were even dog bowls in the pantry.

3rd Stay

This was our third time staying at this property. We keep coming back because it encompasses everything we are looking for; beautiful & clean home, fully stocked kitchen appliances and the most amazing outdoor space. Plenty of room for our kids and dogs to run and explore. We will be back a fourth time!

We have lived in the Asheville area since 2004. We moved here to be close to all the outdoor activities we love! We are mountain bikers and also enjoy hiking the area trails with our two dogs. Colleen is a full-time Realtor and Chris is retired from the YMCA. We have several long-term rental properties and have operated a successful vacation rental, Serenade Cove, since 2008. This is our second vacation rental and the first home we have ever had custom designed and built.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When the opportunity to buy this land was offered to us, we jumped at it! We started construction on the home in 2018 and finished in January 2019. We love this location because it is so close to the outdoor attractions we frequent: Pisgah National Forest, Dupont State Forest, the French Broad and Davidson rivers, and the wonderful downtown areas of Brevard and Hendersonville.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We designed the home to offer two comfortable, identically-sized bedrooms with en-suite baths for couples and families. The loft offers additional sleeping space with a queen-sized platform bed and a foldout Serta loveseat which converts to a full-sized bed (no bar). The gathering space is an open concept kitchen/dining/living area with a vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace. There is also a mud room/laundry room just inside the back door. Two sets of sliding glass doors open onto a large covered deck for enjoying the pond view, listening to the waterfall and breathing the fresh mountain air.
