This Studio Slopeside Condo is a great location for year around vacation-Retreat This beautiful area is known for vacations-romance-weddings, skiing, and also all sorts of great outdoor recreation, etc. This condo is well-equipped with Wireless internet, an Electric fireplace and a short 150-yard walk to the main 6-person chairlift and shopping in the Purgatory main Village.. (walking distance) to the resort's many activities, and Our Restaurants are 5 Star Certified with access to the "club" amenities. The location is also an easy drive to local attractions like Charming Durango and its nightlife, Many art galleries, Mesa Verde National Park, and other areas with hiking, Camping, biking, fishing, and the narrow-gauge railroad through the mountain is breathtaking... That is just to mention a few amenities. Just a lot of fun things to do.
This spacious studio condo has a queen-size Murphy bed and a Quality Queen American leather Brand size sleeper sofa; the condo sleeps 4 comfortably. It also has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes if you like, and is stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Also, there is a 42” smart TV with a small DVD library with some movies. You also have access to all of the Purgatory (Durango)
Mountain Resort amenities include a hot tub, heated year-round swimming pool with water slide, and gym. You also have access to the ski-snowboard valet and lockers. located right at the base of the slope, Historic. Charming Durango, Colorado, is only a 25-minute drive away, and Silverton, Colorado, is 30 minutes to the north along the Scenic San Juan Byway. A great holiday vacation-retreat rental where you can enjoy the Colorado mountain getaway you will never forget. ,

Why they chose this property
I retired in 2016 and my son owned a Condo in this same Building and this unit became available next door.to his. This is a beautiful area and the Family loves sports and my son can manage both units and seems like a Brain-er. Now the whole family can enjoy the area Why not?. The unit Just needed some updating which was done spring-summer 2019.

A real spontaneous adventure, You get a discount on tickets if you buy them ahead of time online. You can purchase passes with 10 activities each, but it is hard to use all 10 activities. Some of the choices take longer than others, like the line for the chair lift to the top of the mountain, and the zip-line Also doesn't forget a Great Charming Place for Marriages so keep that in mind.
