I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found our management team professional and responsive—that’s something we take great pride in. The temporary hot water issue during your first two days was certainly not the experience we aim to provide. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we worked to resolve it as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience while it was being corrected. The shower tile area you referenced was part of a recently completed repair, and we regret that finishing touches were not finalized prior to your arrival. Regarding the bathroom fixtures, cabinet hardware, and closet knobs, we agree that small details make a big difference. Some items had been removed for maintenance and were unfortunately not reinstalled in time. We have since completed a full walkthrough to ensure everything is secure, aligned, and fully functional. The refrigerator shelf guard and unstable TV stand have also been corrected. As for the kitchen cabinetry and overall finishes, this condo does have a more classic style compared to some recently renovated units in the building. That said, we will work with the owner to make some updates. We are committed to continuous upgrades so that future stays fully reflect the high standards our reviews are known for.
