105 Sailmaker - Beautiful 3 BR Oceanfront

This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with combined living room/dining room, washer and dryer, and cable TV. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to have meals inside while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This open floor plan is perfect for the whole family. The ocean view master bedroom is located upstairs and has a new king size bed with walk-in shower. The upstairs guest bedroom has a new queen bed and has your own private bath that has tub/shower combo.  The 3rd bedroom is located on the main level with the living area and has 2 new twin size beds and a shared bath with walk-in shower. This unit is a 3/3 Ocean Front Townhouse with entrance on the 2nd level with about 16 stairs to the front entry.

Weekly Only June 1-mid-August
Unit is pet friendly. One dog under 50 lbs.
Streaming services available ONLY on ALL TV's.

Amenity Card Available $112+tax.
Amenity card gives access to the Beach Club pool, tennis courts and access to golf at The Golf Club of Amelia Island.
The Beach Club pool is open year round. They have food and beverage available from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

Just Beachy

We loved this little gem!! Pictures were accurate. It was very clean and the added touches were very thoughtful (soap, paper towels, trash bags, small toiletries, etc)…just what we needed for a short stay. The view was lovely. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the dunes. The beach was perfect…flat and great for walking. The host was more than accommodating for us! No doubt we will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit, great location. Only a few minor items and it would have been perfect. In priority order1. Water pressure seemed low i.e the master shower was very weak, maybe a new shower head or a pressure issue not sure2. Everytime the AC kicked on, it would make a loud thump, like a solenoid engaging, and it woke me up sometimes. Never heard an AC unit do that3. My son said the second bedroom upstairs mattress was too softHaving said that, I would stay here again, but it would great if those minor issues were looked at.
