This is a 3000 sq.ft home with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bath with open kitchen and den area. Den with fireplace, Master bedroom, and additional living room have huge windows to overlook the pond. Triple layered deck that leads to a fire-pit and pond access. Outdoor grill and heat lamps on top layer of deck with outdoor seating. Breakfast area seats four people, formal dining seats 6. Another master bedroom, two additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs. A 1/2 bath is downstairs. All the rooms have queen beds. Both master bedrooms have t.v.'s. Home is 15 miles from Augusta National Golf Club, 5 miles from Bartram Trail Golf Club, and 4 miles from Champions Retreat Golf Club. Easy access to restaurants, highways, shopping and amenities.
