Pros: clean - especially beds/bath/kitchen, well stocked kitchen, nice touches like a small bag of coffee/dish detergent/paper towels/toilet paper supplies. Cons: hot tub was closed despite listing stating open thru early October, laundry entry was flooded when it rained all day, living room furniture in disrepair, no "balcony" as described but just a landing at door which has a nice view. Not an issue for us, but any heavy luggage or mobility issues would make this place challenging to access. Overall good value as we were there during shoulder season. Pillows on beds could be more comfortable.

We apologize for the disappointment regarding the hot tub. Sundance Swim & Tennis Club is managed independently, so its seasonal closure dates are not determined by our team. We strive to be as transparent as possible when communicating amenity availability and appreciate your understanding. Regarding the laundry area, while this space is managed by the HOA, we regret the impact the rain and flooding had on your stay. We’ve shared your concerns with them, and they’ve advised that they are working toward a long-term solution. Had we been made aware of the flooding during your stay, we would have been happy to explore alternative laundry options, including laundry service, to help minimize the inconvenience. Thank you also for your feedback on the living room furniture. We’re making thoughtful updates this fall and appreciate the opportunity to improve the home. We’ve also updated the listing to remove the reference to a balcony, as we understand how this description could have been misleading given that the only outdoor landing is at the top of the entry stairs. We apologize for the confusion. We regret that these issues impacted your stay, but we truly appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite these concerns, you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson. We had a nice stay and really appreciated how responsive and communicative the hosts were throughout our trip. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area, and the coffee and donuts waiting for us upon arrival were such a thoughtful and welcoming touch.A few things impacted our experience, including the warm indoor temperatures (there isn’t A/C), inconsistent Wi-Fi, and noise from neighboring units. While some of these are outside the hosts’ control, they’re worth noting for future guests. Overall, we appreciated the hosts’ hospitality and communication and had a good stay.

Very convenient to slopes with the shuttle. Could easily ski to the lifts if there was more snow. Condo was well stocked. Hot tub and pool were very nice and a very short walk from the condo

Great location with a village shuttle making it easy to get around. Great spot for a small group.

Property staff very communicative. Easy Checkin and check out. Enjoyed the donut holes and local ground coffee they had ready for us when we arrived. Good location. Half way between Grand Teton Park and Jackson Hole.

Teton Village in the Summer

Great location with easy access to Teton National Park and the city of Jackson. We enjoyed the local restaurants, the area was quiet and peaceful and the condo itself was clean and comfortable.

National park tour

The location was perfect to visit the Grand Tetons and downtown Jackson. The condo had everything we needed for my wife and two boys (14 and 9). I would recommend this place to stay for anyone and would stay here again if we go back.

Good stay, just as described!

Very nice condo in Teton Village. Centrally located to shops and restaurants at Tetons and right near the south entrance to Grand Teton NP. Be aware that they do not have central air conditioning for those expecting that amenity, but would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Location

Great location to Teton Village! We enjoyed walking to the village nightly. Also fairly close to GTNP for park access! Property was overall clean and had plenty of supplies/equipment (fans, cooking utensils, bear spray, etc.). We had a wonderful stay at Tensleep and would absolutely book again! Just wish there was an outdoor balcony to enjoy the scenery and wildlife that surrounded the condo! Would recommend!

Home away from home

We liked our stay and settled right in. One issue was there where no hangers for any of our clothes. We did leave a message with no response. We ended up purchasing them on our own. The view and location was great.

Clean small apartment for Adventure Basecamp

Very nicely kept place to settle in for the evening after a day of being out and about. I would have given 5 stars but the description doesn't state that this unit is on the 4th floor and you need to walk around the back of the building and up 2.5 flights of stairs to access the unit. It was fine for us, but some guests may find this difficult. Otherwise it was one of the nicest places we have stayed!

Tensleep stay

Cleaning people did not clean food out of the kitchen sink. Property manager said they would send someone over to resolve the problem, but no one showed up. No room to open a large suite case in the bedrooms. There would be a more room in bedrooms if they would remove the broken fans and store the extra linens in another place. I

This has been addressed internally to ensure that it doesn’t happen again in the future. We also regret the lack of space in the bedrooms to open luggage during your stay.
