Modern & Remodeled 3bd/2ba duplex unit in Bothell - walk to UW Bothell, Downtown

Welcome to this completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit with an open-concept floor plan! Located in Downtown Bothell, you'll enjoy being able to walk to Downtown's restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment venues! We're also walking distance to UW Bothell and Cascadia College, and the Woodinville Wine Country is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Seattle attractions are 1/2 hour by car; Bellevue and Lynnwood are a 20 minute drive.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, and we do have a couple of memory-foam pillows per bed. The living room is complete with a leather sofa and loveseat, as well as 65" Smart Roku HDTV. Fast WiFi enables you to stream and enjoy a variety of media, including 65+ channels of DirecTV Now. Hardwood flooring throughout the home gives a smart and modern look to the interior.

For more than six guests, we do have a nice queen-size air mattress available as well.

If you fancy cooking, our home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Prepare your meal and enjoy it either on the island/bar, or in a formal dining room.

A brand-new high capacity Samsung washer and dryer complete the space.

The home is in a very walkable location, with lots of public transit options right off your doorstep. King Country Metro and Sound Transit buses can take you directly to Downtown Bellevue, Seattle, Lynnwood, or the University of Washington Seattle Campus. If you have a vehicle, there is easy access to I-405 and SR-522 which will take you to Everett, Bellevue, Redmond, Seattle, and beyond. The area's major employers are very close by: 15 minutes to Google, 20 minutes to Microsoft's Redmond Campus, and 25 minutes to Boeing at Paine Field.

Parking is in the driveway, which is shared with the other unit in the duplex (there is enough room for one car per unit); street parking is also available.

This is a perfect place for anyone travelling for business or pleasure!

Great location and very comfortable!
This property is located in a wonderful location, easy access to just about anywhere. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the living room was cozy. We are excited to stay again!

Very comfortable property in a convenient location
This is a very nice property that appears to have been recently remodeled. The main living area is open concept and really comfortable and useable. The bedrooms are small so a king size bed would never fit, but the queen beds are very comfortable and two kinds of pillows are offered. Although the street is busy, we didn't hear any noise inside, and there is a safe area to back out of the driveway that avoids backing into traffic. I would definitely rent this property again.
