This property is a stunning 3 bedroom 2 bath professionally decorated and custom furnished condominium is located in Orlando's newest resort community of Vista Cay situated right next to the Orange County Convention Center.

This beautiful 1,447 square foot home boasts a master bedroom featuring one king-sized bed, a 26" LCD HDTV, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed, a 26" LCD HDTV, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a 32" flat screen TV, all to sleep a total of 6 guests.

The comfortable living area has a spacious elegant suite, full entertainment center complete with a large 46" LCD HDTV. This condominium also has high speed (100Mbps) wireless internet access for all your business and personal needs. This is where you sit back, relax and think to yourself 'why have I stayed in a hotel room, when this condominium offering a generous layout, gorgeous designer furnishings and all it's comforts of home is available'?

Also includes washing and drying units, making it easier to have those 'little one's' ready in time. Why pack a big suitcase when you can wash their favorite sports jersey or best-loved dress!

Location for this unit is great. Amenities such as pool and club house are very good and well maintained.The unit we rented is in dire need of an intense cleaning. The rugs are dirty, the unit is very dusty, the washer had to be cleaned before use, and the cooking supplies are worn, dirty and scratched to the point they must be replaced. There are few cooking pots, pans and baking sheets that are usable. We raised concerns with the host; he replied quickly but dismissed what we said.I wouldn’t rent this unit again although I really enjoy Vista Cay resorts.

We always look to improve and to be able to provide a very clean, happy and relaxed place to stay during a guest’s vacation, and that is why we always listen to our guests and their comments and/or recommendations. It was a little difficult to understand just all your complaints and comments as you gave a very large blanket statement about the condo and mentioned it did not match another unit you had stayed at, as well as nothing meeting your expectations. We are very sorry to hear that, and feel bad that you are disappointed with the unit, and since 2007, we have always strived and is our goal to make everyone's vacation a fun and happy time. We take cleaning very seriously so it was difficult to pinpoint any specific concerns we could address, (nothing was missing or broken or not working), other than the entire unit did not meet your lifestyle expectations. We understand that there will always be some wear and tear with rental units and some dust may be seen if you look hard enough for it; however, we feel we have provided a properly cleaned unit and from our consistent reviews that we have received over the years, we still feel we have provided you with a quality unit for the price you paid. We truly wish all the best for you and your family, and hope that you find that special spot in your future travels. All the Best!
